Cherry ist ein sehr charmantes, über 100 Jahre altes Haus. Die Liebe zum Detail spiegelt sich in jeder Ecke dieses kleinen Häuschens. Es erzählt seine eigene Geschichte und lädt mit offenen Armen dazu ein, seine eigene dazu zu schreiben. Wer ein richtiges Gefühl für Norwegen bekommen möchte ist hier keineswegs fehl am Platz. Auf der Terrasse stehend werden wir von Bergen umarmt und können uns nicht satt sehen. Sofort zieht es uns raus in jene Natur, die bereits zu Fuß zu erreichen unfassbar schöne Wege für uns parat hält. Mit den Hunden, die problemlos - ja fast selbstverständlich genau so willkommen sind starten wir jeden Tag in die verschiedensten Abenteuer. Und für keines davon mussten wir uns weit von Cherry entfernen. Am Ende des Tages jedoch waren wir immer wieder dankbar, zu unserem kleinen „Zwischenhelm“ zurückzukehren, das uns bereits am ersten Tag ein Gefühl von Zuhause geben konnte. Wir können uns nur bedanken und haben uns in jeder Hinsicht sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke Viki!

Ole is a great host, we had a wonderful stay at this comfortable house! From the moment we arrived, the owner was incredibly welcoming and attentive. It was clear that he had taken the time to consider all the information he had about us to make sure the house was perfect for our needs. The house itself was cozy, well-equipped, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. The thoughtful details and personal touches made a huge difference. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and pleasant stay with great places to hike.

Peaceful and relaxing place with beautiful scenery everywhere you look. Ine gave us great recommendations for things to do!

We walked from the railway station to the apartment with suitcases. It took 20 minutes and was easy to find. We cooked dinner on our first night on the hob and relaxed with Netflix after a long day. The views out of the window are waterfalls and mountains and we even saw a red squirrel. The apartment is spotless and modern, warm and comfortable. We spent 2 nights in Flam and did the snow shoe hike, sauna, RIB boat trip and meal at the brewery. There's plenty to do and we were glad to see Flam at a quiet time of year. The supermarket was well stocked and having a kitchen meant we could save money on breakfast and lunch.

Great place to stay. Amazing views, lovely house, very responsive and welcoming host. I definitely recommend this place to anybody planning a stay in the area.

Overall we had a good stay. Tip - car parking opposite the Brygge restaurant. Then it’s a short walk to the house. Pros Quiet and peaceful location Generally well presented and equipped. Responsive hosts. Good internet. Use of a washing machine and dish washer. The view from the deck is absolutely amazing, and worth 5 stars on it’s own. Fire place was a bonus. Improvements Mattresses and pillows could be upgraded for a better sleep Both rooms should be ready for use particularly for family’s. Floor matts by the shower would be helpful as shower cubicle leaks. Would love to return when the weather was better to be able to make use of the deck. Thank you.

This lovely cabin is close to Flam on a quiet rural road surrounded by high mountains. The interior has very comfortable furniture and beds, a well appointed kitchen, and a sparkling clean bathroom. The examples of Norwegian rosemaling and hand made wall hangings were especially appreciated. The goats ambling by every morning just made us smile!

Truly a stunning location, the house was perfect and clean! We really enjoyed the heated floors and it was a nice place to sit and watch the world go by. Would stay here again and recommend it for anyone staying in the area!

It was the perfect spot to unwind after exploring the beautiful landscapes of Leardal and Flåm. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable getaway!
