house was good. had an issue with a leaky pipe in the downstairs bathroom, but Obinna sent some plumbers to look at it. but overall nice house and neighborhood.

CRYSTAL‘s place was just as pictured! Perfect for a small group of friends. The bedrooms were a good size and the hot water stayed hot for four showers straight! I definitely recommend this listing and will stay there again!

We enjoyed our stay at Vinithra’s! The lounge was very cozy and comfortable and we spent a lot of time there. Overall the apartment was very spacious. It’s at a great location in a very beautiful cute neighborhood, walkable to many places! The only thing that bugged us was being able to hear the neighbors upstairs so well, walking around, talking, doors closing because it’s a slightly older building.

My guest and I were comfortable. The apartment was super clean, looked brand new! I had packages delivered and they were safe and secure. Upon request, the host even placed my package inside the apartment for my peace of mind, and that I really appreciated. That’s service. Any questions or needs I had, I was able to communicate and get a quick response regardless of the time. I was there for an event and got in late and I was still able to get good communication. Anyone staying in this area would be very satisfied with this unit and its host. Check in and check out was super simple. No complaints on this end.

Stephan is a perfect host. The apartment was great. The bed was super comfortable. The neighborhood is filled with places to go without ever having to leave it, if that's what you choose. Highly recommend!

Great weekend get away with my family. Very easy to get to all of the Chicago sites and activities. Plenty of room for my family to spread out and be comfortable when we were tired at the end of a busy day. We were always able to get street parking.

Christina was an excellent host! Aside from the great location and cleanliness, she was also very responsive to questions and provided recommendations to some her personal favorite local spots. Overall, no complaints and would definitely consider making this a top choice for visits to Chicago.

Michelle and Brendan’s apartment was great. The location is close to so many bars and restaurants, and the neighborhood feels safe for walking around. The linens and towels were high quality and everything was clean and plentiful. Communication was easy and Michelle sent clear instructions for how to get in, along with an excellent list of recommendations. We saw a couple of shows and it was really nice to come home and raid the snack basket. What a brilliant perk! Would stay here again!

Another great vacation at the Fox Den! This is by far the best Airbnb we've stayed at! Plenty of room, great location and well equipped. Lots of great places to eat nearby, we highly recommend Il Milanese, only a couple of blocks away. The thing that puts this apartment over the top is the hot tub, a great way to relax after a busy day in Chicago. Look forward to staying here again!

This home is perfect for group trips very easily accessible and close to train stations so you can get around without vehicles. Peaceful and quiet area which makes you feel safe and at home. The home was very clean and didn’t have anything wrong with anything in the home. To say the least if you’re wanting to book a home in Chicago this is definitely your one it’s affordable and all around perfect for a comfortable and peaceful stay. Not only is the home perfect but the host and co host were always available and would always text you back within 5 minutes if not sooner with any questions you had.

Brock’s place was absolutely perfect for our stay in Chicago for the marathon. Just close enough to public transit to get into the city but away from the crowds and noise of downtown. The neighborhood was quiet but still had great options for restaurants. The place itself was clean and had everything we needed! If I am ever back in Chicago, I’ll definitely be staying again. Susie’s place was comfortable, clean, and located in a very nice neighborhood. It was spacious and nicely laid out. Susie was responsive to the couple questions I had and her communications were clear and concise. Wouldn’t hesitate to come back.

My husband and I stayed here over the holidays. The apartment was pretty well appointed, clean and is in a good location- centrally located for our purposes of being near family and close enough to the expressway to get to the city.

I am incredibly particular with places I stay. This place was simple, very clean, had everything you would need to be comfortable. Bed was great! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

We had a great stay at Michelle’s “Heart of Evanston.” I loved the indoor garage parking option with easy in and out. If you have a large vehicle /SUV, maneuvering in and out of the spot may be challenging depending if the spot over is occupied. We have a mid-size SUV and had no issues. The room was easily accessed from the garage and we had no issues getting in. The place was clean and well organized. I loved that it smelled clean and also had a faint hint of bleach in the bathroom. It was a little warm in the bedrooms at night but we used the air conditioning to bring the temperature down. Town is very walkable and we enjoyed the local restaurants (Taco Diablo, Bat 17, Bennison’s bakery). We found the town to be very quiet - almost too quiet for what we expected but after our visit to Northwestern found out it was spring break for the students. Michelle was available for any questions and always replied promptly. We had a great stay and would stay again!

I stayed here while traveling for work. It was comfortable and cozy. This is a perfect place to choose for extended stays. Great location, I would recommend.

We really enjoyed staying at Michelle's place. It was a perfect home away from home while visiting Northwestern University. The area had many cafes and restaurants. The place was spacious with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The primary suite had a very firm mattress. But this did not bother us at all. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, glasses, plates and utensils. There's a coffee maker and we were able to try some local coffees in the area. We enjoyed having family dinners on the bar style, raised table and stools. The view of the sunset from the balcony was amazing each night with purples, pinks and trees - fantastic views of Evanston. The place is great for watching movies with a long couch lounger, cozy seats and cup holders! The area is a perfect blend of city and nature with Lake Michigan nearby. We will definitely be back.
