Prasath is a great host. He is responsive and provided recommendations around the city. he was super helpful. he allowed early check-in for us. definitely recommend the place. Thank you for hosting us. Also the property is very near to rock beach and the market area, so many restaurants are at walkable distance.

Very nice place with a constant yet pleasant noise of waves. The host and the manager were super helpful and hospitable. The overall vibe of Pondicherry is extremely different than the usual Tamilnadu metropolitan cities. The people are very flexible in communication and welcoming in nature. Totally recommended for a short tour.

This is a great place to stay in Pondicherry. It's close enough to everything that you can walk within 15 minutes or less. The apartment itself is also HUGE. Great value for the space you get. One thing I would mention, however, is that the amenities in the listing are misleading. Washing machine and dryer are listed as amenities, but there is no washer and dryer. When I asked about it, the host said I should go to a laundry down the street. (I think maybe he didn't realize what he was clicking on when he adjusted the amenities list.) The description also says there is a refrigerator, but there is none. But the host is very friendly and helpful, and the apartment is spacious and comfortable.

This place is cozy, budget-friendly, and a great choice for anyone looking for comfort without overspending. Rayih was incredibly helpful—she went above and beyond to assist my husband in decorating the space beautifully for my birthday.

Riyaville is a perfect stay for a family and fitness, everything was neat and tidy, the place was charming and beautiful. Very clean and you could make out just by the decor and the architecture of the place just how old it is! Loved it. Highly recommend!

I stayed here with my family - husband and both set of parents. There was something for everyone - temple for both the moms, beautiful sunrise and walkable beach for us, and proximity to the main MG road for food and everything else. The check in was easy and we were welcomed by 2 cats. The house is beautiful and cosy. Neighbors are friendly. They guided us on the parking space and their colourful kolams brightened our morning walks.

Great place with amazing austere look. Place is located about 10kms from white town, away from all the hustle and bustle. Marc is always a call away and Sughanthi akka is a life saver

The place was lovely with lots of open space and properly maintained grass lawn. The pool was clean. We would definitely visit here next time. Highly recommended to anyone who is seeking pleasure in a tranquil environment.

This is one of the best Airbnbs we have stayed in, ever. It was a large, spacious, light filled room with really beautiful furniture! The location was also absolutely perfect with some lovely cafes nearby. it’s two minutes away from the promenade so you can have some lovely walks in the evening. The breakfasts in the morning were lovely fresh food - so much better than a hotel breakfast buffet. The host also recommended some great cafes and experiences and we went Kayaking one of the days which was a lot of fun. We will certainly be coming back here - we had the best stay

It’s close enough to the city center for easy access to markets, restaurants, and other attractions, yet far enough to enjoy peace and relaxation. Ranjith is a fantastic host, always available to assist and share valuable local recommendations. Had a wonderful stay at Rajesh and Vignesh’s place! The location is perfect—right next to the beach, with stunning sunrise views from the balcony. The rooms were big, spacious, and comfortable, making for a relaxing stay. Vignesh was an excellent host, providing clear instructions and even sharing some interesting history about Pondicherry, which added to the experience. White Town is just a short walk away, making it easy to explore the charming streets, cafes, and heritage spots. Light sleepers might hear some street dogs at night, but that’s quite common across India unless you're in a resort. It didn’t take away from the experience at all. Overall, this stay was great value for money and truly captured the authentic vibe of Pondicherry. Would definitely stay here again!

Very attentive, proactive, responsive & welcoming hosts. They even allowed us to check in early which was a life saver! Clean spacious apartment with all listed facilities & ample bedrooms. WiFi very fast & reliable which was key for us as we worked remotely full time Mon-Fri. A caretaker is on hand all day so you'll feel very safe. In terms of location, be aware that you'll have to cross an insanely busy main road to get to a supermarket. Going on foot from the flat to the promenade/White Town area is technically possible (15' walk) but probably best avoided (you'll have to cross an impoverished part of town) - but you can get a rickshaw easily for about $2, so it's still a good deal vs staying in overpriced White Town locations.

They allowed early check in as they dont have any guest previous night, which was quite helpful as we reached by 9.

This is a great place to stay right next to Sunrise Beach. You can see the beautiful morning sunrise from the windows. The place is extremely clean and very spacious and has all the amenities required. I would like to thank the hosts for their amazing hospitality. Right from when we checked in till we checked out they were always available to help and quick to respond to our queries. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Pondicherry.
