Kavitha mams place is really a treat to the eyes. She's an amazing host , really friendly and so very helpful. The soul of the house lies in its architecture. Lovely garden and so much of greenery all around just adds to the charm of the house. The room was big , spacious and very clean. Amazing view from the room. To top it all the breakfast was homely and delicious . We were really made to feel at home.Would love to stay here again.

We had a gud time at tanto retreat. It’s kids friendly place. Calm atmosphere and friendly people.

Super glad to have stayed here. We came as a group of 4. The house is beautiful and has its own charm. Chitra ma'am and Shanthi ma'am are very helpful and friendly. They show you the property and it's amenities patiently and are easily approachable. The surroundings with the easy access to the beach made the stay memorable. The dogs present in the property are super friendly and are another reason to come visit. Please do note that the road leading to the house is fairly narrow, so you might have to drive carefully. Thanks again to Mr. Satya for allowing us to stay here.

Amazing place to stay. We occupied the space for one night only but it felt just like home. Amazing place, great host and very close to all the site seeing place. Worth every recommendation.

We travelled to Pondicherry for a short vacation. The property was too good. It was as seen in the pictures and description. Ms. Kavitha was polite and made us feel comfortable. The food we had was very tasty. Overall we had a very good experience at the property. Would highly recommend this place.

Dess is an amazing host. He is very helpful. The location of the property is near to the beach located in White Town and has good cafes all around. The surroundings are calm and peaceful. The room looks exactly like the photos. Definetely recommend this place.

L’endroit de Maria est parfait pour un séjour dans la ville blanche, Pondichéry. L’emplacement était super. La terrasse et la chambre étaient magnifiques. Il se trouve littéralement à 5 minutes à pied de la plage. Pour être honnête, les transports en commun étaient rarement utilisés car il était toujours pratique de marcher, mais quand il le fallait, c’était juste là. Il y a beaucoup de restaurants, d’attractions touristiques et de cafés autour de ce séjour, mais dans l’appartement lui-même, c’est complètement calme. Ce séjour est très propre et confortable. Maria avait d’excellentes recommandations et a été d’une grande aide. Elle est allée bien au-delà pour rendre mon séjour confortable et mémorable. Merci pour ce merveilleux moment! Je reviendrai certainement.

Die Unterkunft liegt ein paar Meter vom Strand entfernt, weshalb man die ganze Nacht dem Sound der Wellen zuhören kann. Ich habe das unglaublich genossen und sehr gut geschlafen. Die Kommunikation ist großartig, der Check-in war flexibel und total unkompliziert (ich kam erst um 1 Uhr morgens an, alles kein Problem). Helene ist ein unglaublich sympathischer Mensch, man kann sie alles fragen, sie hat mir viele tolle Tipps gegeben, mich mit ihrem Auto zu einem Cafe mitgenommen und mir geholfen, als ein wahnsinniger Tuctuc-Fahrer mich nicht aussteigen lassen wollte (es war filmreif!). Sie ist ein ganz wunderbarer, offener und hilfsbereiter Mensch. Die Unterkunft ist außerdem blitzsauber und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, was in Indien wirklich schwer zu finden ist. Und: Es ist - bis auf das Meeresrauschen - ruhig.

Satisfied with the stay on a whole, host shiva and his family were friendly. Loved the sit out, especially in the sunrise and night. Calm surroundings, near to a lot of wonderful restaurants in Auroville. wonderful stay.

Peaceful place with good hospitality

My wife and I stayed here for a night while visiting Auroville. This is a very peaceful and beautiful place with lots of greenery inside. We only stayed for a night but wished we could have stayed for longer! I certainly recommend it for people visiting Auroville/Pondicherry. The only thing to note is that it's in a somewhat remote location and having one's own vehicle is probably necessary.

Un cadre magnifique, un accueil très pro, des chambre très agréable, pour ceux qui conduisent c'est vraiment idéal, pour moi qui ne conduit pas, je dépend des rikshows...

Serene. This place is beautiful surrounded by ferns, lilies, creepers and many other flowering plants and fruiting trees. I woke up to calls of sunbirds and cuckoo in the backyard. The evenings are quiet however you get to hear only the croaking of the toads and frogs, cricket calls and occasionally barn owl in the background if you are lucky! This place is an ecosystem in itself having tropical marine climate.

Sharad was very responsive, the caretaker was very good he was very helpful to cater all our needs, the place was fantastic we had a great stay in this property.

Très bon séjour, seul point négatif c’est pour trouver des véhicules sur l’application uber car la distance des n’étant pas si grande avec le centre de Pondichery, les chauffeurs ne voulaient pas nous prendre. L’hôtel nous a cependant mis en contact avec un chauffeur.

This place feels like a vacation all by itself. The greenery and the ambience gives you a sense of calm at all times Mr. Murugan, the caretaker is also very proactive and responsive throughout the clock.

A treat to the soul. In the middle of nature, peaceful, calm, big round windows were amazing. It was a feeling of home away from home. Loved staying here, can definitely go back. Breakfast options would help.
