Austevoll Municipality : locations de vacances adaptées aux familles

A true island only accessible via boat - a little stressful as we arrived as the sun was going down during active snowfall with a layer of ice on the water, but Tord (Gard’s brother) helped us boat over with our 9 family members and luggage. Be aware you have to climb 2-3 flights of stairs to get to the house and will have to operate a boat yourself. Gard, Kari, and Tord helped us pre-stock the house with groceries as everything was closed during the Christmas holiday, which was so extremely appreciated. The house is absolutely beautiful and well equipped. The scenery is like out of a storybook and well worth the extra effort of getting there. We had an idyllic family vacation with memories to last a lifetime. We would love to come back, maybe during warmer weather next time.

Flott hytte med god plass og god standard. Nydelige omgivelser med gode turmuligheter. Definitivt en rekreasjon ☺️

Vi hadde et fantastisk opphold i denne nydelige hytta! Den har god plass, nok sengeplasser til alle, og et stort, flott bord som var perfekt for felles måltider. Uteplassen var også veldig fin med bålpanne. Steamrommet ble brukt mye og var en skikkelig luksus. Boblebadet fungerte fint første dagen, men dessverre ville det ikke opp i temperatur dagen etter, så det var kanskje den eneste som vi syntes var kjedelig. Verten har vært utrolig imøtekommende og rask til å svare på spørsmål – kommunikasjonen var topp! Anbefales varmt 😊

Ein wirklich wunderbarer Ort den Jan hier für seine Gäste hat. Perfekt gelegen am Fjord. Kurze Wege zu Wanderungen und nach Bergen(ca. 1h). Das Haus hat alles was man braucht und noch mehr. Salzwasserpool, Pizzaofen, Gasgrill, Kohlegrill, Sprungbretter in den Fjord, ein kleines Boot, Kajaks und vieles mehr. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und kommen gerne wieder:)

Veldig fin hytte! Vi var også utrolig heldig med været, og fikk virkelig nyte den gode beliggenheten ved sjøen. Anbefales!

We had an amazing time at Jarle’s place. It’s equipped with everything to have the perfect holiday one could wish for NYE in Norway from a cosy living-room equipped with a beautiful fireplace and a great view over the mountains all the way to a Sauna which was great. The surrounding nature is just beautiful! Jarle is the perfect host for us and a great communicator. From tips to where we hike or ski to where we can fish or swim we got all the information we wanted plus a lot of help when we most needed! It was a pleasure to spend the holidays at Jarle’s place.

We enjoyed our stay at Jon and Vic's place. It was simple, clean and convenient and fit our needs well. We are glad we had a rental car to get around and see the beautiful countryside which is close at hand.

Zijn slechts 2 nachtjes gebleven als tussenstop tijdens onze terugreis naar Nederland. Fitjar zelf en de omgeving rond de cabin is heel mooi. Leuk dat er een bootje lag waarmee we op de fjord konden. Huisje is prima in orde met een leuk terras en het gezelschap van schapen.

Koselig hus. Vi var der to netter med vår datter på 2.5 år. Vi besøkte sauene som bodde lengre ute på Øyen. Det lille biblioteket var veldig populært. Kjøkkenet var velutstyrt, med flere vaffeljern!

Vi har hatt et fantastisk opphold! ·      Den storslåtte utsikten over fjorden og Sandholmane var en fryd å våkne opp til hver dag. Huset ligger idyllisk til i et uforstyrret hjørne av en stor park, noe som virkelig bidro til en rolig og avslappende atmosfære. ·      Leiligheten var både romslig og ren, med et interiør som forteller en spennende historie. Vi satte stor pris på hvor godt utstyrt alt var, noe som gjorde oppholdet vårt enda mer komfortabelt. ·      For de som verdsetter en god natts søvn, er dette stedet en sann oase. Sengene er komfortable, kombinert med den fredelige beliggenheten, omgitt av natur, skaper det perfekte forhold for en dyp og uforstyrret søvn. Ingen støy fra trafikk eller byens lyder, bare den rolige susing fra naturen rundt. ·      Svømmebassenget og badstuen med utsikt var høydepunkter for oss. Det var en glede å kunne slappe av og nyte disse fasilitetene i slike vakre omgivelser. Som alle skjønner, de besta anbefalinger – et helt spesielt sted!

Koselig leilighet i flott omgivelse. Sentrumsnært men likevel stille. Matbutikk rett ved siden.

Det er andre gang vi har vært hos Monica og det har vært helt supert begge ganger ☺️! Hvis noen skal til Bergen så anbefaler vi å dra hitt. Veldig rolig sted!

Kari er den perfekte vært, alt er som beskrevet i opslaget, rorbuen super ren og hun er meget hurtig til at svare hvis man har spørgsmål. Har kun positive ting at sige om både Kari og hendes rorbu 👍😊

Beautiful apartment in the centre of Bergen! Very stylish, clean, light, quiet and perfectly located to walk to anywhere within the centre of the city. We absolutely loved our stay here and would recommend Petter's place to anyone!

Wat een geweldige plek om Bergen te gaan ontdekken. En parkeerplek voor de deur. Wat wil een mens nog meer. Nou, bijvoorbeeld een heerlijk badkamer en mooie keuken. Allemaal aanwezig. Bed wat smal (1,40) maar dat mocht de pret niet drukken.

I liked it very much and I felt like I was in my own home. Everything was clean, new and tidy and the owners of the house were very wonderful.

We had a fantastic stay in Ivar’s home! A lovely home with spectacular views across the lake. There is a regular bus into Bergen and lots to do in this beautiful city.

What an inspiring house! We’ve stayed at Heidi Kristina’s friend for a couple of days in August 2022 and what an amazing experience it was. Not only did the house have all the amenities one could dream about (e.g. comfortable beds, plenty of space, a washing machine, cooking utensils, fast internet, coffee grinder) it also serves as a case study in tasteful interior design and comfortable living. We loved having meals with kids at a big table during the day and absorbing amazing views of Bergen at night on the sofa. The kids also loved the outside garden and trampoline, and clocked in a few kilometers running and jumping around. Heidi Kristina’s house lies at the base of the Ulrike mountain (the trail up starts literally 200 meters away) and a decent hiking distance from the Fløyen mountain. This made hiking up these mountains a no-brainer. And what an amazing experience it was! Finally, when it comes to communicating Heidi Kristina is probably the easiest and friendliest host I’ve encountered to date. It was so simple to arrange things, get answers, and valuable insider tips on all things Bergen. In short, this was an experience to remember and I’m already jealous of anyone who gets to stay at this AirBnB in the future!

Suzanne was very quick to respond to any communication sent to her which was reassuring. The apartment was easy to access. It was very clean and everything had been thought of to make our stay a relaxing one. Despite us arriving quite late Suzanne went out of her way to ensure that we had everything we needed and were aware of the logistics of the apartment. Lovely stay would highly recommend.

Stunning views. Super clean. Very responsive hosts. If driving, approach from east on Fjellveien. Local gps had a nearly impossible route up from the train station.

I love staying at Tina and John’s studio when I travel to Bergen. It’s cosy and a very convenient location right next to the Bybanen. Shops etc. in walking distance. It’s always perfectly clean as well with lovely homely touches. I will continue to stay there on my visits!
