This was a great place to stay, it’s important to remember that just because you are on the 18th floor doesn’t mean you are in a hotel. You are in an apartment with normal people living their lives, they are not on vacation. This place is really great for people who prefer to walk to get places, everything is close by so getting out to see and do things was really easy. And if we wanted to go farther away, driving is easier as you are just outside where traffic gets really busy from all the activity in the city. Andrew is quick to respond to any questions and has realistic expectations of his guests, next time I come to Melbourne I will definitely be checking to see if this place is available again.

very reliable host. approachable, easy to contact. place is clean and there are many toys and kids’ books which our kids super enjoyed during our stay. bathroom was super clean. place is spacious.

Pet friendly, closed in garage makes loading and unloading easy. Aside from some minor maintenance issues, was wonderful stay. Will be back!

We loved our stay and would highly recommend it for anyone. great views of the water and mountains and only a 10 min walk to the main strip. The only downside is the big hill you have to walk up to get to the place but the views are definitely worth it

Such a lovely quiet and comfortable apartment close to cafes, restaurants and shops and a five minute drive to the Salamanca markets and the waterfront. The parking bay outside the front door was so convenient and being on the ground floor made it very easy to get luggage inside. James is a very considerate host and we would always aim to stay here if back in Hobart, it was perfect for us.

Place looks exactly like they are in the photos, tidy, spacious and cozy. We stayed for almost a week and we actually felt like home. Location is around 10mins drive to the centre of Perth which is very convenient, while retaining the privacy and tranquillity in the neighbourhood. Would definitely recommend in staying in this listing.

Kelvis made my partner and I feel right at home during our short trip in Melbourne! Kelvis was quickly responsive, friendly, professional, and very accommodating. Great place to stay in Glenelg! It was comfortable and very close to all of the local sights. Great for a small family. Building had a pool and sauna (although we didn’t use them) and quite a big deck. Very quiet building, we didn’t hear any other neighbours.

Tim and Kim’s communication was great. House was better than the pictures. Swim out pool was perfect. Aircon and fans in every room. Lots of storage. Close to all the shops. Beach quick drive or about 15 min walk. Resort staff was very welcoming and offered so many tours. Very friendly.

Perfect place for us during our stay in Scarborough. Place was nice & clean, very convenient location. Pei was a lovely host & had great communication. Recommend
