comfy place with an amazing location, many restaurants and shops in the surrounding areas. place also had everything we needed!

We stayed for a few months as waiting for house build. The location is great and with a garage, pool and gym. We found it easy to get to shops and used the Italian restaurant just below the building. Very comfy bed - the bedroom has no window but glass frosted sliding door,,but it was great as with AC on didn't need fan in bedroom. Bathroom great - good sized shower. Plenty of space for two people. Lots of light. We got very comfortable any Angelina was great as we extended our time.

Great place to stay! Close to everything in the city. Will definitely return. Good rate for wet season

Maree provides a seamless checkin and exit process. Unit was spotless and fully equipped, instructions were clear and thorough. Location is excellent! Couple of minutes walk to the water and restaurants. Super handy to get to and from Avalon airport. Couch and bed very comfortable. Really liked the flexible layout of the living space! Perfect for what we needed, a base to stay while we attended a wedding and visited friends. Price is very reasonable and comparable to hotel rates but with the added bonus of having the entire place to yourself! Would certainly stay here again when we next visit Geelong. Beautiful apartment. Lovely decor. Lots of light and a very nice balcony. We really loved it. We were going to the tennis centre everyday and it was in walking distance. Only improvements would be clearer insert

I had a great time staying at Grace's place. Great location, close to the city but yet with the right amount of distance to enjoy some peace and quiet. The apartment was in pristine condition, well looked after and comfortable, with an amazing view you can relax to for hours. Just as described with all the amenities you need for a getaway. Highly recommended, would book again.

Our stay was super comfortable and relaxing. We had access to all the amenities of the Novotel Hotel including the pool, restaurants, beach and gym. The apartment was fantastic and served our family’s needs. The beds were comfortable, the outdoor seating area was great and the overall ambiance was excellent. This was a great place to stay, it’s important to remember that just because you are on the 18th floor doesn’t mean you are in a hotel. You are in an apartment with normal people living their lives, they are not on vacation. This place is really great for people who prefer to walk to get places, everything is close by so getting out to see and do things was really easy. And if we wanted to go farther away, driving is easier as you are just outside where traffic gets really busy from all the activity in the city. Andrew is quick to respond to any questions and has realistic expectations of his guests, next time I come to Melbourne I will definitely be checking to see if this place is available again.

The location is very easy to find out and the room is very clean, very comfortable.

This was an ideal location to access the cultural areas of Melbourne. The unit was clean and tidy and had everything that we required. I loved the close access to Woolworths and some cheap Asian restaurants. I would highly recommend this apartment and wouldn’t hesitate to use it again when next in Melbourne.

Joshua's place is beautiful and spacious. The view from the apartment is awesome. The apartment is connected to a mall so very convenient for us. The beds are comfortable. I was happy that the place has a microwave! Joshua was very easy to reach and to talk to. Thank you for sharing your place with us.

it's was good location and place was nice. Although door was bit heavy and unfortunately my partner toe got hit by it which made it swell for the holiday. The rest was good though.

From the first moment I drove into the parking lot,I was amazed with the security and I told myself that it's gonna me an awesome place to stay for the holiday with my family and I was totally right. The moment I opened the door,the thing that I noticed first is how clean the floor was. It was spotless and the furniture are really arrange according to the pictures shown. Then, while we were unpacking our things,I was wondering about where I would sleep coz there are 5 of us and there's only 2 queen beds but then I found a folding mattress on one of the cupboard and it was one of the comfiest folding mattress that I've ever slept on. I got no trouble going to sleep on the folding mattress coz my youngest son is sleeping with my wife. And the amenities that the owner provide like the iron, washing machine, microwave oven, the filter for the water and the aircond were working wonderfully. The best thing about the place is the shower. I'm blessed to have found this place to stay. Thank you

Absolutely loved our stay here! After being let down by our first accommodation in Melbourne, the team were extremely helpful and got us sorted for our remaining 5 nights at very short noticed. Responses were extremely quick and informative, and the space was gorgeous! Clean and cosy, I would definitely recommend.

Fantastic place and very modern, clean and beautifully furnished. We found it very convenient and close to amenities. Was a little harder on our older guests given the 3 floors but otherwise perfect!

Great little place , ideally located for our needs and the pool on the complex was fantastic on the hot days . 20 minute walk up the beach was Tonic by the Bay , great little bar with live music

house is beautiful, plenty of eating places within walking distance. highly recommend Indian restaurant called Vatican. yo chi frozen yogurt was a daily visit for us. The only downside to this property was the size of the pool. property has 5 double bedrooms.There was only one lounger and if 10 people got in the pool you wouldn't move

This place really is a modern oasis! The architecture and design are absolutely stunning, with every detail thoughtfully curated to create a serene and stylish retreat. Nestled in tranquil surroundings, it’s the perfect spot to unwind and soak in the beauty of Bali. While you’ll need a motorbike or taxi to get around, the peaceful setting more than makes up for it. A truly special stay—I’d love to return!

We really enjoyed our stay. Very peaceful with all the facilities we needed. The location was great as a base to explore the Mt Field National Park and surrounding areas. Highly recommend.

One of the most well-maintained properties in the area. Everything in the house is well thought out and logically placed The location is very good - close to the beach, close to shops and other amenities and attractions. Carla is a super excellent host and very responsive. Highly recommend and would come back in a heartbeat
