This was place absolutely beautiful! Easily one of the best Airbnbs I have stayed at in Sydney, and for the price it's unbelievable what you get. The house itself amazing with the additional of the backyard the leads on to the jetty I was incredibly happy for the weekend we spent there. Highly recommend, and the Freya was very helpful and kind, we could not have asked for a better host!

We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend to others looking for clean, safe and simple accommodation. Everything felt clean and comfortable when we arrived. We loved the fireplace, our daughter loved the table tennis table out the back, and our dog loved the backyard which was safe and secure. Going for a short, local walk at dusk was great for kangaroo, wombat and rabbit spotting also!

We enjoyed the house and area for an extended family trip. Lots of room and activities at the house. Kids loved the painting spot, and the short walk to fish off the jetty. Some nice foreshore walks, with a well formed track to Verona Sands. Thanks

We had a great stay at Mark and Sandra’s place. The house is very nice and spacious. The description, photos and amenities in the listing are accurate. The kitchen was amazing, there were plenty of pots and pans and kitchen stuff so we had no issues when we prepared our meals. Their place has a very homey ambience. Mark has been very responsive to queries and concerns. We had an issue with the screen door during check in but Mark was able to sort it out asap. We had a very nice stay at their place. We highly recommend their place. Thank you Mark and Sandra for being great hosts!

Beautiful place on the lake with a well equipped kitchen. Comfortable bedding, specious bedrooms and a great outdoor area. Christina’s house was a lovely place to stay in over Christmas.

We had a lovely couple of nights at this lakefront property. The home is beautiful, private, peaceful and has all the comforts of home. The welcome bottle of wine and chocolate was a nice touch. Highly recommend if you want a relaxing break. We especially loved swimming off the private pontoon to cool off in the afternoon.

This was the perfect spot for a weekend getaway, within easy driving distance from Hobart and you literally couldn’t get any closer to the beach!! We thoroughly enjoyed the property, the kitchen had plenty of space to cook and the living areas were spacious and cosy. We also enjoyed having dinners out the back. I would highly recommend staying here and would definitely go back again.

Best weekend at an incredible house. Clean, beautifully presented with everything you might need thoughtfully included in each room. The bathrooms had soap, shower gels and clean towels, the bedrooms were immaculate with hot water bottles and blankets, the living room was full of games and dvd options and the kitchen had everything we needed to create wonderful meals at all times. There were 12 of us, two families together and we had a wonderful weekend at the river house We will definitely be back!

Anna’s place was a delight. Her homemade biscuits were awesome!! Anna was there to welcome our dogs and us to her home. Such gorgeous gardens, Anna certainly has a green thumb. Thank you for your hospitality, your Airbnb, was a home away from home, perfect after a long drive.

Howard’s place was great. Perfect location for a weekend getaway from the city. Very relaxing and a lot of thought has went into the accomodation.

I absolutely loved staying at Anne’s place! It was so beautiful, peaceful and tranquil. They had left us little treats on the counter, set up the fire both inside and out. Everything had been thought out and felt so cosy. Watching the sunset and moon rise over the lake was so special and the wide range of bird life and kangaroos moving about the property was wonderful! Anne was incredibly friendly and very responsive with all communication. I can’t wait to bring my family back and stay again!

We had a lovely stay at this waterfront property. The views were stunning and the little touches, like a bottle of wine on arrival, were a nice addition. The host was friendly and accommodating making sure we had everything we needed. It’s a great spot for a relaxing getaway and we’d happily stay again!

When you’ve been on the road for over a week, driving up to this beautiful cottage is a wonderful welcome! But then, you step through the door and are overwhelmed by a wonderful sense of arriving home! Freshly baked bread, cookies and a well stocked fridge for a big breakfast, comfy beds and a lovely sitting room with reclining chairs in which to really relax! We had a marvellous one night stay and wished we had time to stay longer. Meningie is a lovely little friendly town and Denice’s cottage is a real haven!

We loved staying at the pod in Balnarring. It had beautiful views looking over the countryside and lots of room outside for our pooch to run around. Louisa and Jim were friendly hosts who gave great recommendations for cafes and restaurants in the area. It’s close to the beach and worth the visit.

A lovely cabin with everything you need. It was beautifully decorated and very peaceful. we had a great stay.

We had a lovely stay at Astrid’s riverside cabin. It was a lovely, secluded weekend away. We enjoyed kayaking on the river and Col who did the boat transfers for us was fantastic as well. Would highly recommend as a couples getaway.

Staying on the river was paradise. It was beautiful - especially from the deck! My only two suggestions is to share there is no wifi and that the beds are pushed up against a wall. Also, at least for us, there was no data connection. We were able to go into town and use the cafe wifi, but if we had seen in advance (there was a message about no wifi at the bottom of the description), we would have prepared better for working remotely. Also for older people, the beds only allow one person to get out and the other person has a wall they sleep along. Other than these two minor items that can be communicated in the description, the accommodation, the location and all of the extras are excellent. We enjoyed the bbq, the kayaks, the hammock and the firepit. Everything was comfortable and the a/c was helpful sleeping at night when there was a controlled burn. We definitely recommend staying here.

I recently stayed at Chris’ property, and it was absolutely fantastic! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing—if not better. It’s clear that a lot of thought and care has gone into making the space both comfortable and welcoming. Loved it.

Ben and Samantha have a beautiful and relaxing cabin on the Hawkesbury river. We had a great stay there and enjoyed waterskiing and using the amenities offered by the park. Their cabin was pristine and had all out family needed. We will come back!

My husband and I came down for a small getaway and it was absolutely perfect. Location was beautiful, felt so private and only a short walk to a secluded beach. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind. The view from the bed was phenomenal, watching the Roo’s and birds from bed with the sunrise was the most incredible thing. At sunset we would get a fire started and watch all the local wildlife come back to the river, either from the deck or from the hot tub/plunge pool. We will certainly be aiming to come back again!
