Very much a family beach house vibe. Low key but lovely in a very home from home way. Facilities and set up for cooking etc was great. The kids loved the ping pong table and the dog was very happy too. Excellent communication with the helpful hosts

We loved our stay - the house was beautiful and very comfortable. The kitchen was large and had everything needed for home cooking, the beds were very comfy, and the deck was so peaceful listening to kookaburras in the evening. The yard was perfect for dogs to play in. It was also super helpful to have baby items like a portacot and high hair available! The hosts Laurence and May were fantastic, so flexible and accommodating. We would definitely return, highly recommend!

Great location to access everything we needed to do on Phillip Island. Really nice home with lots of toys and space for young kids to play.

What a great location and home away from home. We loved being able to walk the dogs along the beach in the mornings, walk to get coffee, walk to town etc. The house is well equipped for anything you need (kitchen has everything, all linens, beach towels, dog blankets etc). Being able to leave the dogs at home while we explored was a game changer for us - thank you Lydia for a great stay!

We had a great time at Ange's accommodation. It was really clean and well presented. There were lots of thoughtful touches included (we especially loved the biscuits). Our dog also really enjoyed the spacious backyard. It's within walking distance to lots of great cafes/restaurants and the beach. We would definitely come back again.

Tom’s place was perfect for our overnight in Albury. The secure back was perfect for our dog and it was very quiet. The aircon was excellent for the Albury summer. Thanks!

Only a short stay but great location, clean and tidy and big comfortable rooms. Pool is not heated so very cold without warmer ambient temperatures outside.

We ended up needing last minute accommodation and Peter was very accommodating and welcoming. We so appreciate him hosting us on short notice. The place was lovely and had everything we needed to spend a few days in the Airlie Beach area. Highly recommend!

I came to Wangaratta for work . Andrew and Christine were just the warmest people . The Bungalow was just what we needed after a long drive north . It was clean , neat and tidy . their dogs , Gunner and Biscuit are just the cutest dogs!!! Thank you , Andrew and Christine !

All as described, well equiped, great check in and out with key lock box, a short walk (5 minutes) to the golf course resort which has a restaurant. Perfect for our golf weekend.

The Perfect Stay for our Family! We had an amazing eight-night stay at this AirB&B in Mackay! It was absolutely perfect for us (me, my disabled friend, and four children aged six to fourteen). The home was spotless, comfortable, easy for my disabled friend who uses a four wheel walker, and it had everything we needed to feel right at home. The location was fantastic-close to everything, yet peaceful and relaxing. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring we had a seamless stay. We couldn't have asked for a better place and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend! We especially loved the jukebox and pool table!!! Thank you very much Glenda and Perry.

Our stay at Louise’s lovely house was nothing short of amazing. Louise kindly allowed us to bring our dogs on our vacation which was perfect for our boys, full fenced and plenty of shade, and we felt comfortable enough to leave them if we wanted to adventure off without them. The house was equipped with everything you could need in the kitchen which made it feel just like home. Our favourite thing about the stay was of course the outstanding verandah, with uninterrupted views. We appreciated the easy check in and meeting the kind care takers of the property. Also a quick mention of the pool, nice and private! Thanks Louise, definitely will recommend this property to our friends!

Communication was fantastic, responsive and helpful. Renee and Izy's place was clean, well stocked with essentials and in the perfect location to walk around beautiful Daylesford. The bed was super comfy as well.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Natashya’s. The accommodation was just what we needed. It was neat and clean and spacious. There wasn’t anything that you wanted for - it was all there. The shower was a standout. Wish mine was as good. The yard was perfect for our dog. You can’t beat the location. Two minute walk to the beach and seven to get into town to enjoy the shops, cafes, restaurants and bars. Would recommend and look forward to returning. Thanks Natashya

Hazel and Owen are exceptional hosts. They take great pride in their home and made sure we had everything we needed. We originally booked for 6 weeks but ended up staying for over 10 weeks while we looked for a long term rental. Hazel and Owen were extremely flexible and supportive during this time. Their communication was great too. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend Timbersands.

A great place to stay if you want a peaceful location close to a nice town and beautiful beaches. We really enjoyed Bretts cabin as a base to explore the island. It’s well equipped for cooking, great bathroom and deck to sit out in the evening and watch the stars with a glass of wine. Brett is a really nice guy and very helpful with recommendations and advice. His dog Chase is very friendly too!

Perfect location, close to Safety Beach but away from the hubbub. Easy to walk to beach, gourmet grocer, pizza & takeaway, even chemist. Also walk to the marina and boatway. The back yard is totally safe for our dog, which we greatly appreciated. A very homely feel. Donna was very amenable and so easy to contact. For us, the home was perfect.

Absolutely beautiful space, everything was immaculate and the whole family had plenty of room and we loved our stay. Beds were SO comfy
