The apartment was beautiful and well maintained, with everything we could need. The cross ventilation is amazing, especially after a long, warm day walking about town. The surrounding rooms were quiet, the location is quite peaceful, but it's very easy to get into the centre of town where the action is, as well as being close to attractions like the NMA. The lake is close by for lovely walks, too. There is a nice bar and cinema down stairs, so you don't need to travel far for a night out. We would definitely be up for staying here again. The property was as listed, clean and well placed for the stay we wanted. Walkable to everything required if staying local to Greenway - Public Transport into city if required

Wonderful Memories in Gold Coast – A Heartfelt Thank You to Liz and Cherie This is my fifth time vacationing in the Gold Coast, and once again, I had an amazing experience during my one-week stay. What made this trip even more special was the warm and exceptional hospitality of Liz. When we arrived, it was already after business hours, yet Liz was still waiting for us in the lobby, ready to assist with our check-in. She patiently explained how to use the facilities and made sure we settled in comfortably. During our stay, whenever we encountered small issues and messaged her for help, she responded immediately no matter if she was on duty or off. Her dedication, patience, and kindness truly made us feel at home. The apartment itself is in an excellent location- convenient for transportation, shopping, and sightseeing - making our holiday even more enjoyable. We were all very happy with our stay and will surely recommend this place to our friends.

Adam was a life saver as our previous accommodation fell through, and Adam was able to get us into his lovely apartment. Adam was very responsive to messages, and was very helpful, from getting the keys to check in, through to the checkout process. Highly recommended!

Stayed one night in Alex's place. She is a wonderful host; responsive and allowed me to check in early and check out late. The place does get a bit of foot and road traffic as it is located next to a carpark. The blinds were getting fixed therefore we got a lot of car headlights and street light into the apartment at night and early morning. In saying that, I would definitely stay here again if I visit Canberra in the future.

Second time we have stayed at Turtle Beach Resort and each time seems to get better. Kaitlyn was very accommodating to an early check-in as flight landed in the morning and allowed us to move our stay out a day to take advantage of cheaper flights.

Great location, amazing views and overall a beautiful appartment that was spotless on arrival. Julie was also an amazing host, she was quick to respond to inquiries and accomodated to our needs.

Beautiful and spacious home nestled in the trees, perfectly close to both the hinterland and coast. We had a lovely time exploring the surrounds, sipping tea, and enjoying a homecooked dinner with the full kitchen. Ed was a fantastic and considerate host

We stayed as a very big group, and this house was absolutely perfect for us! There were plenty of rooms and amenities to keep everyone comfortable and entertained. The neighborhood was peaceful, yet the location was super convenient—close to a mall and convenience stores. The host was excellent—very responsive and provided lots of helpful information throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

Really great house well suited to a large family group. We had 10 adults and 5 kids and there was plenty of space & we never once felt on top of each other. Good kitchen to cook or BBQ with a lovely view to the ocean from the east facing deck.

The apartment is amazing, it’s right in the heart of Melbourne so you can get around by walking but if you’re not a walker then there is multitude tram stops nearby. Also Matt is a wonderful host who was very helpful and responsive. For anyone coming to Melbourne I would recommend staying here

I booked Vanessa’s place for my parents for a few weeks and they found the apartment super comfortable, clean and quiet. They were particularly impressed by all the amenities that the apartment had, the hosts have really thought of everything, thank you so much!

We had a great stay in Southbank. Kids loved the two pools and the view from the apartment. Great location, easy access to the CBD and trams. Some great restaurants around as well. Obviously crown is across the road, hope you have better luck then I did.

Aman is a great landlord, he always quick reply to the message. It's really helpful for us to make next plan. Sorry for him about the midnight check-in. However, he's still let us get the key ASAP. Apricate him.

We had a pleasant stay at a lovely place with great hosts!

Sam's place is a very comfortable, lovely place. Has everything you need to stay like a local. Full kitchen appliances, utensils, consumables, everything is clean and in good working condition ... Originally had some issue with air conditioning settings, but Sam responded quickly to how we can make the settings change. Location is great, just across the road from Canberra Centre and Civic. Secure parking spot at B3, close to lift lobby. However if you are light sleeper, bring along an eye mask. The corridor light in the building common area (just outside of the bedroom's window) has some energy saving feature on past about 11pm, where it will turn on and turn off on every few minutes which can be disturbing if you are sensitive to light. Not something that Sam can do, since it's in the building common area. Other than that, everything is perfect! We had a great 9 days stay in Canberra in Sam's place.

A stunning apartment in a beautiful location offering everything you need for a home from home stay. The accommodation was bright and spacious with a large terrace giving direct access to the lake front. Lovely walking around the lake and had fun in the kayaks too. Lisa was an exceptional host. She was quick to respond to messages and was always very friendly. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a luxury stay in Canberra.
