I recently had the pleasure of staying at Amelia Place and I can't recommend it enough! The space was exactly as described in the listing. It felt welcoming and comfortable right from the start. Amelia was incredibly responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. They even granted us a late check-out, which was a fantastic bonus! Overall, a fantastic experience! I would definitely stay at Amelia Place again. Thank you for a lovely stay!

We had a fantastic time and Noosa is a great place to visit so much to do. The house is in a beautiful setting and quiet neighborhood. Lots of lovely shops and places to eat and a short walk to the beach - it has it all. We were a mixed bunch staying here and it suited all our needs. We would definitely stay here again. Communication was fab

Great place to stay as a base to enjoy the hunter with some great recommendations from Mark! Place is well equipped, clean and has a lovely deck to sit out and have a bbq in the evenings.

Katherine is excellent to deal with, very accommodating, friendly and always responsive. The property is very clean and tidy and has everything that we needed. Easy walking distance to Bridge Rd & Swan St and only a short walk to the MCG and City. Will definitely stay again next time we are in Melbourne.

My husband, son and I had a wonderful stay at this 60s-inspired house! It was very clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for walking to Sovereign Hill, which allowed us to enjoy a couple of cheeky beers without the hassle of driving. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the electric blankets were a fantastic touch for those chilly nights. The location was quiet, offering beautiful views of Ballarat. Michael, the host, was very responsive, making the check-in and checkout process easy. I absolutely loved the 60s theme, and the quirky kitchen was probably my favorite room. Highly recommend!

Jacky Winter Garden is a little slice of paradise. Nestled among the trees with the gentle sound of the creek nearby, it’s the perfect place to unwind and disconnect. The house is beautifully designed, cozy, and full of charm and artistry — you can tell that a lot of care has gone into creating a peaceful, welcoming space. Waking up to kookaburras with the light filtering through the trees felt like something out of a dream. Highly recommend for anyone looking to slow down, recharge, and enjoy a bit of quiet in nature.

Karen and Michael were absolutely amazing hosts. Their place truly was a breath of fresh air, with so many added extras surprising you every step you took into their stunningly decorated and inviting home. They went above and beyond to provide guests with such a personalised and thoroughly thought out supply of absolutely anything you could need on a holiday. We would love to come again. Thank you so much for hosting us :-) Couldn’t recommend these hosts more highly. So friendly and accommodating. We had the best time there! Location was also absolutely amazing.

Perfect location and close to the beach and restaurants. Property was clean and spacious and Rachel was a excellent host. Would recommend this property if travelling with family or group of friends. Was perfect for our 7 night stay in Scarborough.

Lii,y's place was perfect for our 2 night family catch-up on the GC. Located just across from Surfers pavilion which has half price oysters 4-6pm Monday-Friday. Facilities are great unfortunately the spa and other pool were out of order but there was another pool and a spa in the room (which is a good size). Only 2 blocks from the beach. Close to Cali Beach, craft beer bars and great coffee. We needed a walk in shower as our Mum isn't very mobile and the bathroom suited her needs perfectly. Beds are comfy. Only issue is that only the master bedroom has block-out blinds. The Living room where the twin beds are located the blinds are semi-transparent which is great for enjoying the view but not so great if you want to sleep in Lol. The balcony is a decent size and we enjoyed the evenings having nibbles bought from the Woolies literally downstairs. I definitely recommend this place to stay if you want to be in amongst the action in surfers.

Great little place in Richmond. We went for the Grand Prix and the location was excellent. Close to Swan St yet so quiet! Coffee and eateries galore. Fantastic stay! Would recommend if you are ok with stairs!!!

Quite literally on the beach with sweeping views to the north and south, you feel like you are surrounded by the ocean in this lovely apartment filled with sunshine and sea breezes. Surprisingly spacious, clean and comfy and close to Tedder Ave with some yummy cafes and restaurants. From the balcony you could almost forget the plethora of high rise that is the Gold Coast. Sandi was responsive and very graciously gave us early check in and late check out. As stated, car park is tight but manageable. Loved being able to step out of bed onto the balcony and watch the sunrise - a must do while you are here.

This place is why AirBnB exists - local accommodation in a great location that feels like your own place. Everything was as described with easy check in/out and great set up. Location is A+ with stunning views and walkable to beach, park and cafes. Easy local public transport to city if you need it and parking in the building (critical in this area). Highly recommend for a trip to Sydney's eastern suburbs beaches - and Bronte is one of the best. Great for kids and adults alike. So much to do and see from this perfect base.

We absolutely loved Peter’s studio apartment. It had everything we needed, was very well kept and cleaned, and was in the perfect location (I had a work event at the Royal Exhibition Building and couldn’t believe how close we were!) Having the car spot included outside was the deciding factor for us as we were struggling to find a hotel with parking (especially for our larger car.) Peter made the whole process super easy. I will be keeping this lovely apartment at the top of my list for the next visit! Thank you Peter! 😊

Perfect place for our family of 5 - 2 kids and 3 adults . Righr across all the touristy spots in melbourne Eureka Tower , South bank very walkable and amazing views . Alot of convenience stores in the neighborhood. We loved our 5 day stay amd will definitely revisit and stay at Peters day . Peter was flexible and extended a checkout as our flight was at 10 pm in the night and we were able to checkout at 7 pm .
