Trevor’s place was awesome! An amazing view, use of the golf cart, gorgeous balcony, and the interior of the condo is beautifully decorated. We would definitely stay again. Trevor responded to our questions immediately and was very kind and helpful. Thank you, Trevor.

We had a great time at Vickie's place! Very nice location, walkable distance from the pier and restaurants and Vons. We traveled with a 2 yr old and a 4 yr old and her place has everything from toys, books, board games to keep kids entertained! And easy walk to the playground too! Vickie is super thoughtful and very sweet! She prepared sand toys for our kids as well. Vickie is also very responsive to your questions and shares a lot of local info. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us! **Highly recommended her place!**

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay in Avalon. The condo was nice and comfortable and clean. It is in the back side of the little town but not to worry because the town is small so it was very easy to walk everywhere. We enjoyed the hot tub and the golf cart made it easy to get groceries and get our luggage to the ferry landing on departure day. We can’t wait to come back to Catalina for another great weekend. If you’re ever debating between an Airbnb or a hotel in Catalina, this place in Hamilton Cove will make your decision easy—it’s truly the best of both worlds. The moment you walk through the door, you can tell the condo is something special. It’s beautifully maintained, well-stocked with everything you might need, and incredibly comfortable. The Hamilton Cove property itself is a gem. We played tennis and basketball, swam in the pool, and enjoyed wading in the calm waters at the Cove's beach. Having a golf cart included was a game-changer—it made trips to and from Avalon super easy (and honestly, the distances are shorter than they seem on the map!). This spot is a perfect home base for a Catalina getaway—peaceful, scenic, and packed with amenities. We can’t wait to return!

Lovely place on Catalina Island with views galore! We very much enjoyed the decks all with harbor/ocean views. The kitchen was wonderfully equipped and made it easy for us to eat breakfast in and enjoy the restaurants right down the hill for the rest of the time. The great views come by being at the top of a lot of stairs (they are shown in the photos). It was no problem for us but it could be a problem for older guests or young children. Communication with the owner was excellent. Highly recommended!

We had such a wonderful stay! Everything was perfect — clean, convenient, and super family-friendly. The space was well thought out and comfortable, and we especially appreciated all the thoughtful touches for kids. There were way more books and toys than I expected — honestly, I could’ve left what I brought at home! The golf cart was amazing and such a hit with my kids — they were obsessed! It made getting around easy and added extra fun to our trip. The host was also fantastic — very accessible and quick to respond to any questions I had, which made the whole experience even smoother. My kids are already asking when we can go back — we’ll definitely be staying here again. Highly recommend for families looking for a fun and stress-free getaway!

Brian’s little spot is cozy, comfortable and quiet. And just a short walk from downtown Avalon. It was perfect for our visit. Brian is a responsive and friendly host. Highly recommended!!

This nicely renovated condo was a such a gem! We couldn’t believe how lucky we were to get to spend our vacation in such a charming place. My 5 year old actually got emotional about us having to leave, not because she was going to miss Catalina but because she didn’t want to leave this condo. Specifically she liked how cute the decorations were and how fun the patio was to play on. We had to walk up a little hill to get there (could have paid for a ride), but it was so worth it! Hosts were great! Check in and out were made easy. 100% recommended.
