Everything was great can’t wait to bring my family back here

We already miss the plush bedding and pillows! As soon as you walk in the house the smell was just so so good! For me that’s a winner! My family and I enjoyed our stay. We will definitely love to stay at Kristie’s again. Thank you!

This was our second stay at Anna’s place and we will be back again. This is the ideal blend of AirBnB and staying at a hotel.

Beautiful condo, the yellow walls from the pictures were now a blue color and EVERY SINGLE window looked like a moving painting. Absolutely beautiful. Small note: Really mean security at the gate of the condo. I had a friend surprise me for my birthday and she got called a "liar" when she told the security woman she was not staying the night. Thankfully the hosts are incredible and helped to fix the issue but insanely aggressive behavior for 7am.

Anna was a great host—very responsive and attentive. Her home was spotless and a fantastic deal for the location! Easy, walkable access to the whole property. Will definitely return!

Plenty of space for our group of eight plus a dog. Comfortable beds. Host was friendly and responsive. Close to restaurants and grocery stores.

The house was exactly as described. Easy to check in and instructions were very clear. The pictures of the place are exactly as the home looked. Very clean and the kitchen had all of the needed appliances and cookware. The place was very quiet and clean. Parking was a bit challenging as it’s only street parking but I wouldn’t let that detour someone from renting this place. A very short drive to the beach and lots of restaurants and shops. Overall we were very pleased with our stay!

We loved our stay at Roya’s home. First, the home is lovely and is in an amazing area. We loved how walkable it was to coffee shops, restaurants, a grocery store, etc. The outside patio with the fire pit and the large amount of seating was great. My husband and I were with our 2 daughters (ages 24 and 27) and their spouse and significant other. The 3 bedrooms each with an en suite bathroom was perfect. Personally we loved that the lights turned off (only during the daytime and only after 2 hours). Seems like a great way to conserve some energy if they aren’t needed and if they are needed it is easy enough to turn them back on. I would love to have them in our home! We also enjoyed the tile throughout the updated, upscale home. So much easier to keep clean. We found Roya to be very helpful and leave very detailed instructions. We also loved the local art she had on the 2nd floor. It truly is a lovely home in a great area. I recommend it highly and can’t wait to return.

I hosted my babyshower here and I’m so glad I did. It was the perfect place, beautiful property, everyone enjoyed it, would love to stay here again.

Sammi was incredibly generous and helpful to our family in finding a place to stay following the Eaton fire, which forced us out of our home. She was very responsive always and accommodating to our needs. The villa is comfortable, clean, and in a beautiful setting. Terranea is an incredible place to stay and made the difficulty of being out of the home much easier on our family.
