Квартира расположена не в самом центре города, но до каскада фонтанов минут 15 пешком, а в любую другую точку центра Еревана можно добраться на такси по очень комфортным ценам. Спасибо большое, что предоставили ваш дом для первого знакомства с Ереваном.

I booked this home to get away from the hustle and bustle and spend some time alone, and it truly exceeded all my expectations. Everything was perfect—clean, comfortable, and conveniently located for an extended stay. The house welcomed me with warmth, and it was so peaceful that all my worries melted away. The host was incredibly responsible and always available, which made everything so easy. The self-check-in process was seamless, and I’m really grateful for the attention and care given to me. I would gladly return and highly recommend it!

I had an unforgettable stay at Saro's apartment around 40 days. The place was simply amazing: modern finishes, high-quality appliances, and a great location. I had a fantastic experience renting this apartment. The place is clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The location is perfect, with easy access to public transport, shops, and restaurants. The landlord is very friendly, professional, and always responsive to any questions or requests. The apartment itself is cozy, comfortable, and equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. I highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a great place to live. Het was moeitewaard. Woning van Marina was ruim, opgeruimd schoon en voorzien van alle belangrijke benodigdheden voor een comfortabel verblijf. Door afwezigheid van Marina werden wij door haar ouders heel waarm verwelkomd en geholpen om geïnstalleerd te worden, waarvoor hartelijk dank. Alle beddengoed en handdoeken waren in overvloed en heel schoon. Badkamer en keuken kon iets beter schoongemaakt worden. In de keuken was bijna alles beschikbaar om een thuisgevoel te kunnen krijgen. Woning was op 2e verdieping (3e etage) van een 19 verdieping nieuwbouw flat. Er waren ook liften aanwezig en hele gebouw werd door camera's en bewakers beveiligd. Er was ook een supermarkt vlakbij het gebouw aanwezig dat boodschappen heel makkelijk maakte. Kortom moeitewaard.

Хороший дом с красивым видом, хозяин Аршак был очень отзывчив и помогал, если возникали какие-то сложности по дому дому. Недалеко есть магазины и общественный транспорт в 10-15 минутах ходьбы.

Great apartment in a lovely, upscale location close to Victoria Park. Sona and her family were incredibly kind and always willing to help with anything we needed. I highly recommend staying here!

Logement spacieux, système de boîte à clé pratique pour des arrivées tardives, airco disponible, très agréable cour où nous avons mangé dehors plusieurs fois et mignon jardin qui permet d'être au calme dans la ville animée de Yerevan. Chambres côté rues un peu bruyantes, par contre vue sur le Mont Ararat par temps clair :-) Nécessite de disposer d'une voiture ou de prendre des taxis pour se déplacer. Pas trop loin de l'aéroport. Logement très propre, hôte réactive, merci à Karine.

It was a great experience and I am very happy that I chose Liana’s house. House is very clean, beautiful and is exactly like in the pictures. Liana is a great host, very responsive and caring. The yard is very beautiful, and sitting outside in the evening with a cup of tea was a pleasure. Moreover, the nature is amazing, you can clearly see mountains from any corner of the house. Overall, it is a fantastic place to have a chill, peaceful and relaxing weekend out of the town! Will surely come back for another trip to Oshakan!

Strongly recommended. Mariam was very helpful and her place is located in a nice quiet neighbourhood. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

Pros: - Modern, stylish apartment in good condition - Microwave oven (the host brought it to me after my request) - Washing machine - AC - Balcony - Gas heating system (with radiators) - Location (a lot of supermarkets, restaurants and stores nearby) - Good, kind, friendly, polite, attentive host Cons: - Not so spacious inside (but enough) - It can be pretty cold inside in the winter sometimes - The first floor (but where the windows are, it's already on the second floor (the house is on a slope)) - A little number of pans - A little bit uncomfortable table (it's smaller than you think) - Location (it's the edge of the city; no subway station) - No free cleaning service included

Irina was an amazing host! She was incredibly helpful and ensured everything was perfect for us. Even though we booked last minute, she went out of her way to provide a baby crib and even asked if we needed toys for our infant. The apartment was spacious, beautifully arranged, and conveniently located near shops, supermarkets, and a pharmacy. It truly felt like a 5-star stay. Highly recommend staying here!

Staying at Zita's place was an absolute delight! It felt like a cozy home away from home. The location is top-notch, being right next to "Hraparak," the heart of the city. With plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby, everything was just so convenient. Despite having a coffee shop next door, I found myself loving the Nespresso machine at home. My friends visited Yerevan for the weekend and we needed a big apartment to stay and have a great time together. This place has fitted our requests perfectly for a reasonable price. I’m very glad to find that host and location, I will sure consider it again in case I need something like that in the future

Karina is a host you’re wishing for during your stay - welcoming and friendly in her communication, always ready to help and support you with your stay and any questions you might have :) As for the apartment itself - the location is perfect, very private and up in the hills which gives a nice view not only on the Ararat mountain, but the whole town.
