We have been going to Marco in April for a few years. Joe's place is now our favorite! A great view of the ocean. Wonderful immaculate space with two beautiful balconies. So much natural light! Pristine! Spacious living room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, and laundry. Grounds are well kept with a beautiful pool and grill available. Beach is just across the street and it goes on forever. Joe was so accommodating and very responsive! We highly recommend!

The location - right on the beach - is superb. Great covered porch looking right out on the beach. The unit has some of the things to help spend a day on the beach - chairs, umbrella, etc. the kitchen is small but entirely sufficient and well stocked with kitchen/dining things. Comfortable bed. Plenty of closet and drawer space. Really enjoyed my stay at the unit and in Englewood.

We had a great stay for our family vacation! Location was great and our host was extremely responsive.

This was our first true vacation as a family. Yvonne’s condo worked really well for our 14-month-old daughter’s first trip to the beach. We were easily able to get to the beach, run/walk from the condo, & relax at the condo. The condo was clean, well organized, & updated. We loved our time in Marco Island & will be back!

The place was as described. It had the best view of the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again. It was the perfect place to stay and had everything we needed.

Great location and condo! It was quiet, yet steps from the beach. Pool and hot tub were nice, always plenty of chairs. Melissa was responsive with questions we had before and after we arrived. What we loved when we left is there was a pantry where we could leave our unopened food and drink! No other location we have stayed over the last ten years has offered this.

This was a great choice in a quiet community with view to the lake and screened cover balcony to enjoy. Very clean and upgraded unit. I will definitely book again on my next visits. Highly recommend.

Alex is a wonderful host. I always was able to communicate with him about anything I needed. He made my long term stay so easy!

Our stay at Yenny’s condo was great! She communicated quickly whenever I reached out before our stay and even contacted us once we were there asking if we needed a packnplay! The location is close to the grocery store, restaurants and Cape Coral beach. We hope the condo is available in the future when needed as our stay couldn’t have been better. Thank you, Yenny

Nancy was very communicative from the start. Her space was comfortable and clean. We enjoyed being a two minute walk to the beach without having to cross over any major roads.

I came here for my 30th birthday and I left engaged! I couldn't have wanted a better place to stay it was exactly like the photos there was plenty of room for me and my boyfriend and she had every possible tool you would need to make any kind of food! the neighbors were friendly and it was very peaceful and damn near directly in the middle of Sanibel Island and Fort Myers. really the perfect location to be able to explore everything you want within an hour distance. she was very kind very helpful and always responded when I needed! I would definitely stay here again.

Very nice home- like atmosphere! Quiet, great bed and bedding. Tanya is extremely quick to respond and was very helpful. We would happily recommend this place to anyone!

A very peaceful condo with a great view. Easy walk to the beach or sit on the comfy balcony and enjoy the view. The condo was very cute but spacious. It’s also a short walk to the nearest restaurant with entertainment. The island is still working to recover from the devastating hurricanes but this place was a slice of heaven. Also very good communication.

Beautiful home and Cynthia was very friendly and responsive! It was the perfect location for our dog show and it and she was very accommodating of our dogs and even had a crib for my five month old daughter. ❤️

We enjoyed the condo-it was clean and centrally located. I also appreciate that the unit had beach chairs and towels, an umbrella and a cooler. It’s a bit pricey considering we were at the end of the season but you are paying for a central location and ability to walk to the beach.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit! It’s the perfect location to stay for 2 teenage boys who love to fish. We would rent again.

One of my favorite Airbnb rentals to date. The condo was clean, quiet and had everything we needed/wanted. On top of the space being great, Ken and Becky were amazing hosts. I usually stay in different places each time, but I'll be staying here anytime I'm in or near Fort Myers it's that good. 100% recommend booking with them !!

Jenifer and Wally were great hosts. Communication was proactive and very helpful. The condo was great. It had everything we needed and more including all kitchen essentials and beach essentials. The location is perfect being 15 minutes from either Marco Island or downtown Naples. I would highly recommend staying here and would definitely come back. Thank you Jenifer and Wally for having us!

We were pleasantly surprised by Nicole’s apartment. It was extremely clean, lots of towels, linen, well appointed kitchen and everything else needed to make it like home. We didn’t need to buy or bring anything for the beach because we had beach chairs and an umbrella which were in really great shape. The apartment is within a short driving distance to beaches, stores, restaurants and shop. We had a great time and felt right at home. We highly recommend her place to anyone vacationing in the area.

Place is as described. Great location and resort. Elena is a very responsive host. Bedding and linens very comfortable. Close to restaurants and activities. Pool was good for kids.

We had such a great time. the condo was the perfect size, so pretty and so clean. The heated pool and hot tub was perfect and we spent our down time on the screened in porch. We will definitely go back there when we go to Naples again.

We have used Naples Vacations a few times in the past and they have always been proactive and responsive. We had no issues with our stay and Jennifer was friendly and reached out personally before our arrival to provide check in and access details .

I wasn't sure how I would feel about visiting Naples but it exceeded my expectations. This Air BnB is really fantastic. Anthony has anticipated one's every need. If you are traveling with children, he has a whole draw of games and items to amuse a range of ages. I loved the setting where you can sit outside in front of the water features (elongated pool and jacuzzi) and read, or look for birds or animals in the stream that flows by the house. After a day of visiting beaches or the Naples Botanical Garden, my sister and I found the setting very peaceful. Also, the beds are extremely comfortable. I left our one-week stay feeling more rested than I have in years. The art work on the walls added to our sense of fun!

2nd time here at this little slice of Paradise! Great location, excellent communication, and you have everything you need and more for the best stay! Beautiful location, peaceful, but also close to many amazing restaurants as well…or take advantage & cook at “home” and eat outside on the lanai with the amazing views! We will definitely be back!
