Aveiro : locations de vacances avec accès à la plage

Estive realizando um estágio na Universidade de Aveiro e fiquei durante 3 meses no studio do Mário. O studio e’ moderno e novo com todos os itens necessários para uma estadia longa ou curta. Fica muito bem localizado e na região central de Aveiro, perto de mercados, farmácias, padarias, restaurantes e vários pontos turísticos, sendo possível fazer todos os passeios a pé. Mário e Frederico foram grandes anfitriões dando atenção desde os esclarecimentos para a reserva, durante a estadia e no check out. Sem dúvida o custo-benefício valeu a pena e quando retornar a Aveiro pretendo ficar no local.

Très bel appartement avec vue, balcon-solarium très agréable en hiver avec vue sur les dunes et l'océan, proche des commerces de Costa Nova. Idéal pour se reposer et pour visiter les environs. Appartement grand et bien équipé, cuisine très bien équipée, literie très confortable. Excellente communication avec Ivo. Nous reviendrions volontiers.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr verkehrsgünstig gelegen. Die Innenstadt mit vielen guten Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten ist problemlos zu Fuß erreichbar, meist gibt es einen Parkplatz direkt vor dem Gebäude. Schöne Aussicht auf den Kanal und den Verkehrskreisel. Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet, die Küche gut ausgestattet (wir haben allerdings nicht gekocht). Ely war immer gut erreichbar.

La dame qui nous a reçu était très sympathique et réactive à nos besoins tout au long du séjour. Idéal pour 2 personnes. En face de la rive et à 5 min. à pied de la mer. Fabuleux ! Nous avons adoré.

hemos ido con otros 3 amigos al Airbnb de Pedro y se ha pasado muy bien, un piso muy funcional y cerca de la playa para surfear! Pedro desde el primer día de comunicación era muy amable dando las instrucciones con claridad. Todos los servicios dentro eran útiles y el espacio fuera agradable para comer los días de sol.

Elsa war sehr nett und hilfsbereit und hatte gute Tipps für Restaurants und Unternehmungen in der Umgebung. Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt und die Lage direkt am Strand sehr genossen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder in diese Unterkunft fahren! Vielen Dank, Elsa!

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt, kann man bestens weiterempfehlen. Die Lage und Ausstattung war super. Vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft.

It's very large, cozy and warm house, thought out to the smallest detail. The feeling that I came to visit my family did not leave me for a minute. Here you will find absolutely everything: from coffee capsules and a dishwasher to bottles of water and treats from the owners. The location of the house is excellent, both for cars and without them. We walked to the beach on foot across the bridge in 20 minutes. There is a large grocery store intermach nearby. You can always call a taxi to Aveiro. A special love of this house is the sunsets that can be seen in the kitchen and the backyard where the chickens walk. My children asked to feed the chickens with bread and were just happy. The owners themselves are very nice, kind and always ready to help, they explained everything about the house, how to heat it, in great detail and clearly. We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home with our two children and small dog. The house is just a minute away from a beautiful beach and several great restaurants, making it the perfect location for a relaxing getaway. The rooftop terrace offers stunning views of the Costa Nova houses, adding a special touch to our mornings and evenings. The interior is well-equipped with everything you might need, and the house is decorated with so many thoughtful details that made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place!

Christine foi muito simpática e respondeu bem às petições que tivemos. A moradia é ótima para grupos grandes pois é muito grande e da para fazer diferentes coisas ao mesmo tempo: piscina, futebol, petanca, churrasco, etc. Dentro da casa o espaço e mesmo agradável também.

Gute, ruhige Wohnung in der 3. Etage eines Wohnkomplexes, die mit mehreren Personen ausreichend Platz und Komfort bietet. Wir haben die Aussicht auf das Meer vom Balkon sehr genossen. Der Wohnkomplex ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, hat aber dennoch tolle Annehmlichkeiten wie das Hallenbad, Fitnessgeräte, Sauna. Gerade das Hallenbad im Spätherbst ist toll. Ausreichend gute Restaurant sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe sind vorhanden. Ein Auto ist empfehlenswert, um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Vom Nachbarort kann man alternativ mit dem Zug nach Porto fahren.

I recently stayed at Urbiluso Airbnb and had an amazing experience! The space was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. Urbiluso was incredibly responsive. I felt very comfortable and safe throughout my stay. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting the area!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Rosa's Wohnung. Es fehlte an nichts. Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet. Die Aussicht aufs Meer einfach atemberaubend.

Ótimo espaço, ambiente tranquilo e familiar.

We spent two weeks in Portugal traveling extensively and staying largely at comparable AirBnBs. Ana’s is hands down the nicest, cleanest, and best value of any. We love cooking and her kitchen is very well equipped, the best. If you don’t feel like cooking try “a Peixaria” right around the corner, a simply awesome seafood restaurant.
