Exactly what we needed

Had the best time at nick & amys place. This was my honey & I first getaway without our children in over 2yrs so it was much needed. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a private little getaway in the mountains.

Amazing place, modern look, peaceful. A big plus to having an EV charger. Definitively recommended and we would stay here again.

This was our 2nd time staying here. Great view & perfect location to ski/snowboard & never have to get back in your car until its time to leave. Great location & has everything you need for a trip. Thanks again for another great trip to sugar mountain resort!!

Denise was incredible! We found ourselves in another place owned by someone else and it was not quite what we expected and I spoke to Denise and she was able to accommodate us at 9:00 pm at night. She was unbelievably helpful! This house was absolutely perfect for a large group of adults and teens and the location to skiing was awesome!

I had a wonderful safe stay at this place. Located in a small welcoming community and in walking distance to places to eat and have coffee. The hosts were very accommodating and proactive with instructions and additional information that was needed for the stay. It was a perfect calming getaway with beautiful close views of nature and short driving distance for hiking mountain tops. I would recommend this stay to family.

Amazing and stunning view! Place was pristine, exactly like the pictures! We had the pleasure to see, besides lots of deer, a beautiful family of bears! I really enjoyed the house. The beds were very comfortable and the decor was beautiful. It was very spacious and I loved the fire place. The jacuzzi was amazing! I loved every single part of the home and plan on booking again in the future.

Perfect accommodations for our family of 10 with 4 little ones under 5! Beautiful views and so much to do in Beech Mtn & surrounding area! Monique was super responsive and made sure our stay was wonderful! We will definitely book again.

Fantastic place to stay with lots of great amenities. Just a few minutes away from Beech Mountain Ski Resort, so perfect for a ski trip. Katie was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay.

We were lucky to find this spot available for a last minute trip. We realized after booking that it’s pet friendly, and were a little nervous that it would flare up our allergies, but it didn’t, which is saying a lot. The place was super clean, I didn’t notice pet hair on the linens or furniture like I expected to. The beds were comfortable, the location was great, and I’d definitely stay again!

We had a lovely stay! We have 5 young children so convenience is key! The home was walkable to Beech Mountain. Getting home quickly from a long day of a skiing was ideal! My kids loved the hot tub! We cooked every night and the kitchen was well stocked with the utensils we needed. The beds were so comfortable! Matthew was very responsive whenever we needed anything. We would definitely recommend this home and we had an amazing time!

We loved our stay here. It was a perfect location to see nature all around us yet the convenience of being close to the ski lifts and clubhouse/pool area. She had all the amenities we could need including games, stocked coffee and linens. It was decorated so cute to really give that mountain feel. She was proactive with recommendations for entertainment and highly responsive. We will be back!

I just want to say WOW! We absolutely loved staying here. It was just perfect for me, my husband and 21 yr old daughter. The price was awesome for the location! Whitney was a wonderful host. We will definitely stay here again and again.

Mary's place though quite compact feels larger as it has a great view overlooking Sugar Mountain Ski area. Located near the top of the mountain with a small walk or relocation of your vehicle before skiing it is possible to avoid driving to the base lodge to ski. Unit was clean, bed was comfortable and their was a lovely electric fireplace and a nice tv where you could log in to your favorite streaming accounts or watch a fair number of cable channels. Kitchen is very small but manges to have a under sink dishwasher, a microwave, a full size stove and a good size refrigerator. There are essential pots and pans, a toaster and a Keurig coffee maker with a drip one available. There are some essential spices and a courtesy goodie basket as well . Host was quick to respond and was upbeat and helpful.

Scott did a great job and the unit was well appointed. The balcony was a nice morning option and have stocked coffee and sugar is always appreciated. Pro Tip: The lift outside the balcony is the top of a blue run so plan to drop off beginner skiers at the lodge to warm up. There is nothing like taking the last lift of the day all the way up this ski in ski out condo.

We couldn't have asked for a better place! It was even nicer in person than in the pictures. Such a warm, well decorated place. The candles were so enjoyable and the kitchen had everything we needed. It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Meghan was easy to reach when needed. I would highly recommend staying!

Greatvplace close to Sugar Mountain, Beech Mountain, and Banner Elk. The unit was very spacious and had everything we needed to feel right at home. Great property with lots of fun amenities! Highly recommend. Would stay again.

Joey’s place is the perfect spot to walk out your door and ski down to the base of Sugar Mountain. Great view of the slopes and a quick 10 minute drive to Food Lion, restaurants and Sugar Mountain. It snowed while we were there, but the road crew kept the drive up the hill passable. The pool/hot tub/sauna was also a great spot to take a break and warm up. Just a 5 minute walk to those amenities. Quick note…if you ski down at night during the week, don’t miss the last lift ride back up before 10p! We found a cab to give us a ride as the bus shuttle was only running on weekends. Definitely a great spot for a quick trip to enjoy the mountain and parking is right outside the front door. Highly recommended if you are looking for a cozy place.
