In a great location for Long Beach and super handy to include parking. The apartment was clean and tidy, had a good shower and the bed was comfy! Well-stocked kitchen in terms of appliances, utensils and herbs/spices, although we didn't need to use much of those. Great communication to help with check-in - without a US phone number, it needed to be an in-person check-in. The location was great for exploring Long Beach and provided a good base for us to drive to the rest of LA. However, there was a fair bit of noise from outside early in the mornings, I think from the garbage collection lorries. Also, whilst legal in the state, there was a strong smell of weed in the communal areas and lift, which might be a consideration for those sensitive to strong odours. Importantly, the apartment itself had no smell of weed but we were unable to keep the balcony door open or the bedroom window open at night due to the smell of weed coming in from neighbours.

We had the most wonderful experience staying at Eva's property! From the moment we booked, everything was seamless. The communication with Eva was top-notch—super friendly and responsive to any questions we had. She provided clear instructions for check-in, and the space was exactly as described (if not even better!). The apartment was sparkling clean, beautifully decorated, and felt like a true home away from home. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the kitchen fully equipped, and the bathroom was stocked with plush towels and toiletries. You can tell the host put a lot of care into the details, and it made all the difference. The location is fantastic! It is within walking distance to the shops and restaurants on 2nd Street and easy to get around. We loved the quiet neighborhood and friendly residents. We can't thank Eva enough for her gracious hospitality. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and will definitely book again on our next trip.

Juan was 5 stars for a reason. Great private getaway from LA madness but near Sunset! Safe and quiet. Got a lot of remote work done staring at palm fronds and feeling the Pacific breeze. If the valley is where you need to be, great choice. Great host.

Nicole’s place was very spacious and clean. Beautiful surroundings and easy access to highways and all the places. I would recommend it to everyone!

Kim was very responsive and accommodating. Although the weather didn’t cooperate the location was great for our spring break beach time and a Disneyland trip.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Joseph's place. Joseph makes entry into the unit super easy and it is so nice to simply close the door and go, at check out (He takes care of everything). We were grateful to be so close to the freeway as we could visit our son in North Hollywood with ease. The bed was especially comfortable with a very cozy comforter and pillows. We will be back for sure !

This place is great! The house was clean, the kitchen was well equipped, and a perfect walking distance to the beach and some great restaurants. The host was responsive and extremely helpful. We can’t wait to go back!

We loved staying at Elias’s listing. It was a perfect location for the activities we had planned. Plenty of stores and places to eat. It looked exactly like the pictures and was easy to check in. There was more than enough ample street parking and the neighborhood was relatively quiet minus the occasional airplane flying over. The WiFi was acting up on the bedroom television but wasn’t that much of a setback. The bed was very firm but not unenjoyable. We enjoyed our stay.

This home is perfect for any type of business trips for a group. Amazing host and always quick to respond to any of our needs.

Wonderful home that was clean and cozy and exactly as described. The host was always responsive and kind. The home was well stocked and had everything you could want with some cool extras like a popcorn machine and some delicious coffee. We would not hesitate to stay again. We forgot some chargers at the house and we were notified shortly after our departure and were able to stop back by to pick them up. Very kind and awesome people. 5 stars!

This was a great weekend home for us and our 14 month old. It had all the amenities we needed and it was extremely quiet as well. Walking distance to all the cafes and stores on Glendale, very short drive to Silver Lake and Griffith Park, excellent location overall. The weather was stunning so we got to spend time in the back yard and pick some lemons and oranges. A SoCal California special!

I had the best stay at Peter and Veronica’s amazing apartment. Not only was it super stylish and artistically arranged, it was also very comfortable and quiet for my vacation weekend. Located in the heart of historic downtown LA and very easy to go to lots of near by venues, restaurants, and cafes. High speed WiFi, two TVs, a full kitchen, laundry and dryer machine, and free parking! This is the best deal. I look forward to my return! Thank you Peter and Veronica.

Great place. Malcolm is very responsive and helpful. Security in the lobby is very friendly and appreciated. Inside of the residence has everything you need. Host was flexible and made our trip very smooth. Lots of restaurants nearby and parking was nice bonus. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Malcolm!

Beautiful, quaint, and clean space. Host was very responsive throughout the entire booking. Having a parking spot was also convenient. I would consider again on my next visit to LA.

We absolutely loved our stay at Chris and Rebecca’s space. It was a peaceful oasis amidst the hustle and bustle of DTLA. The rooftop hot tub is a MUST and we enjoyed exploring the incredible food + coffee nearby! They were so responsive to any questions we had and keep their place pristine. Highly recommend!

Adam’s spacious clean condo is a gem. Designated gated parking !!! A well stocked kitchen, very comfortable King bed, nice bathroom, and lovely private balcony. We loved “Alexa” for music ambience.The location is walking distance to Hollywood Blvd and the Jimmy Kimmel Show! Don’t miss the eggplant parmesan at Rao’s Hollywood, for a cozy N.Y. Italian meal.
