Avola : locations de vacances avec brasero

A cozy place in a quiet street yet very close to all the sights/bars/restaurants. Size just right for our small family (1 adult + 2 kids). Easy to find a parking. We visited in February - the house is equiped with 2 heaters - for us it was enough to use just one and only for part of the day. The garden is so inviting. We never met Diego but he was quick to respond via messages. Scicli itself is very pleasant and picturesque and close to other places worth visiting (Modica, Ragusa) and the beach is also within a short drive. Our time here passed way too fast!

My family just spent a week at Villa Carmen (6 Adults and 1 dog) and really enjoyed our stay, there was plenty of space with an amazing outdoor area with a lovely pool. The location is perfect as it’s close to Ortigia and the coast where you’ll find some lovely restaurants. (You will need a car) The host Giuseppe was really friendly and is super responsive. He gave us some fantastic recommendations and was happy to accommodate anything we requested. Certainly recommended.

We enjoyed our stay. The house has amazing terrace with the view on the sea and a swimming pool. The place is better for people who have a car but even without it we had a good time: there is a store and a bar in walking distance, also there is bus to Syracuse. The host is very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend to book a boat trip that host provides. We enjoyed it very much.

Wir hatten das Vergnügen als Paar zum Ende des Oktobers in diesem fantastischen Airbnb Sonne zu tanken und können es nur empfehlen! Ich kann mich meinen Vorgängern nur anschliessen: das ist wirklich ein ganz besonderes Airbnb Special! Die Aussicht ist einfach atemberaubend – vom Haus und Pool aus hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf Vizzini und die Berge, der besonders am Abend mit dem Sonnenuntergang unvergesslich ist. Der Pool, die Katzen und die geschmackvolle Einrichtung des Hauses waren die absoluten Höhepunkte unseres Aufenthalts. Marion war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, sie hat uns mit allem, was wir brauchten, versorgt und war immer für Infos erreichbar. Das "paradiesische" Haus selbst hat einen einzigartigen Charme, ist sehr gut ausgestattet und äusserst komfortabel. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genossen und würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Vielen Dank für diesen traumhaften Aufenthalt! Arrivederci!

Location is exceptional. We went with a baby and a toddler , this couldn’t have been a better spot for a hassle free beach vacation in Sicily . Excellent view . Plenty of kids for ours to play with, plenty of toys to use at the beach , a minute away to go grab a bite or a beer from the beach. There were a few minor issues but Irene (cohost) was able to help us immediately. Couldn’t recommend more

The villa was absolutely beautiful and very well equipped. We particularly enjoyed the choice of outdoor areas and the pool. Sabrina was an extremely lovely and responsive host who made sure our stay was smooth. Arriving in Catania at 8am, we were able to do an early check-in which was much appreciated. Our children also appreciated the cats who came to say hi, it reminded us of ours :) We would definitely recommend Sabrina’s place.

We felt like being part of the family, immediately when we arrived. It’s a great location to visit Syrakus and great hikes at the sea. We sat outside every morning and evening and even got fresh eggs for breakfast

We had a wonderful stay at Jacopo's stunning, spacious designer home. The holiday spirit was in full swing with a beautifully decorated Christmas tree that added such charm to the space. The apartment was incredibly well-equipped, tastefully decorated, and offered plenty of room to relax. The highlight for us was the expansive garden, filled with lemon and orange trees. The oranges were incredibly sweet—we even made fresh juice, which was a delightful treat! While we did encounter some challenges with the power cutting out occasionally (a common issue we noticed during our time in Sicily) and the internet being somewhat unreliable, these were minor inconveniences compared to the overall experience. The location was excellent, and Jacopo was always responsive and helpful when we needed assistance. We'd happily return—thank you so much, Jacopo, for hosting us!

Spacious and clean duplex, near good restaurants and with free parking outside. Fabio was a very kind and responsive host and left nice touches such as complimentary coffee capsules for arrival.

Federica’s apartment is even better than the description! After Naples and Palermo, this was just perfect for some time relaxing. The pool is lovely and overlooks the sea, you can swim at anytime. You can also go down some steep, narrow steps to the beach and swim in the sea with little fishes! The house is spotless, has a very comfortable bed and best of all, mosquito screens meant we didn’t need to use the air-con and could fall asleep listening to the sea! There is a lovely balcony set up with chairs and a table where you can enjoy the sea view and sunrise if you’re up early enough! All in all, perfect, a lovely bottle of wine was left for us too. I really didn’t want to leave!

Et nydelig sted! Man kan gå fra den idylliske terrassen og rett ut i sjøen. Huset er koselig og godt utstyrt. Vertinnen er svært hyggelig.

Lovely apartment. I enjoyed my stay here very much. Centrally located. Concetta and her father very nice hosts. Opposite apartment here is a good restaurant too. Close to the sea side and close to supermarket. Peeple in Pozzallo are very nice and friendly, the whole town are like a big family as all know each other. I will come again here.

Francesco hat uns noch spät abends freundlich empfangen. Die Unterkunft war sehr geräumig und sauber. Die Terrassen haben es ermöglicht schon morgens die Sonne zu genießen. Leider war im März fussläufig keine Bar erreichbar, allerdings ist Ortigia oder Avola sehr schnell mit dem Auto erreichbar, sodass für das leibliche Wohl gesorgt ist. Als Startpunkt für Ausflüge sehr gut geeignet. Die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen. Vielen Dank an Francesco für die schöne Ferienwohnung.

Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato l’abitazione pulitissima sia internamente che esternamente e i proprietari,Antonella e Sergio, ci hanno fatto trovare delle graditissime bevande in frigo (non capita mai!) La casa è rifornita di tutto il necessario sia nei bagni che in cucina(addirittura le cialde del caffè!) e gli spazi sono molto comodi. Il giardino ha una doccia che permette di lavarsi in totale riservatezza e l’abbiamo apprezzata tantissimo, così come il depuratore di acqua che evita i pesanti acquisti al supermercato. Inoltre, la posizione della casa è strategica per visitare i posti più belli di questa parte di Sicilia orientale. Antonella e Sergio sono persone straordinarie: scrupolose, sempre disponibili e generose. Torneremo a trovarvi… sia l’appartamento che gli host meritano le 5 stelle!

The place is lovely overlooking the mountains and in a great location with easy drive into Siracusa, Noto, Avola etc. it is also close to lovely beaches. Priscilla is super helpful and responsive and gave us great recommendations for beaches and restaurants! One thing to note is that the property is just off a busy road so you will hear road traffic when sitting outside or having windows open.

Nous avons séjourné chez Salvo non loin du site archéologique et avons pu assister au concert de notre groupe favori là bas. Nous avons bénéficié de Tout l’équipement nécessaire et une place de parking privée. Salvo est très sympathique et réactif. Encore merci pour tout !
