L'appartement de Sebastiano est très bien situé pour visiter les alentours et il se trouve juste en face de la magnifique plage d'Avola. Le logement est très propre et très pratique. De plus il y a quelques restaurants et bars à cinq minutes à pied en longeant le bord de mer. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Sebastiano qui est très accueillant et sympathique. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

I stayed for a week at Massimo's place in November. It was absolutely stunning and I could not have chosen a better place and host. Warning: At least in November, the rooftop terrace can be so well-temperatured and sunny that you may end up staying there for hours and miss out on some of the great cafés and restaurants downstairs and downtown :) Massimo and his wife were super helpful. Ortigia is very beautiful and people are so friendly. I can't wait to return. It was also spotless clean by the way. Many thanks, Massimo, for sharing this wonderful place!

Diese Unterkunft ist wirklich ein kleines Juwel. Geschmackvoll renoviert und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, die beiden Badezimmer sind wunderbar. Der Blick aus den Fenstern auf das Zentrum von Modica ist zu jeder Tageszeit faszinierend und einzigartig. Die Anweisungen zum Check-in, mit GPS-Daten zum Parkplatz und Fotos vom Weg durch die engen Gassen zum Haus waren sehr hilfreich, die Kommunikation bei Fragen war blitzschnell. Nur für Menschen mit eingeschränkter Mobilität ist die Unterkunft leider nicht zu empfehlen, für alle anderen sind die Stufen nach dem Restaurantbesuch oder dem Einkauf ein gutes sportliches Training. Eigentlich sollte man die Wohnung als Geheimtipp behandeln, überhaupt nicht weiterempfehlen und möglichst oft selbst zurückkehren 😉

We absolutely loved our stay at Federica's home ❣️ It is actually small house you have to yourself, with amazing terrace, lovely and big bedroom with balcony and sooo comfortable bed with lots of pillows, sufficient kichen where is possible to cook almost everything as there is a stove and small oven as well, big fridge and freezer 👍 and dining room with big table and couch to crash on while watching TV 😉 Location is absolutely perfect, few mins walk to the beach, bus stop around a corner with perfect connection to Catania, Noto, Syracuse and more, exquisite butcher on the corner is a must as well as tiny bakery and fishmonger around a corner ☝️ There is a pizza place next door with excellent pizza and very nice seating setting right outside your door, open late, so if you are light sleeper as me, bring your earplugs and you will be fine 😉 Last, but not least, Federica is such a darling, very friendly, helpful and kind host and beautiful person ❤️ Absolutely recommended ❤️

Nous avons passé un super sejour dans un endroit magique. La maison est idéalement située dans Ortigia, au calme et à proximité de tout ce qu'il y a à voir. Alberto a été très accueillant, sympathique et réactif. Nous recommandons !

Wir haben hier eine wunderbare Zeit verbracht. Vincenzo ist sehr herzlich und hat uns wertvolle Restaurant-Tipps gegeben und uns die Umgebung erklärt. Die Wohnung hat alles, was sie braucht und ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Uns hat der nostalgische Stil sehr gut gefallen. Im Februar ist es natürlich kühler, aber mit den beiden Kaminen, einem Kaminofen und der Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmmer, konnte man es sich muckelig machen. Für die Terrasse mit dem wunderbaren Ausblick, war es zu kühl. Aber in jedem Raum gibt es gemütliche Sitzgelegenheiten. Wir haben schöne Ausflüge mit dem Mietwagen in die Umgebung gemacht und wären am liebsten noch viel länger geblieben. Vincenzo ist sehr diskret, wir haben in nur zu Beginn gesehen. Und falls jemand Angst vor Hunden hat- Tom und Dina sind sehr lieb und besonders Tom ist sehr verschmust😊. Für jeden, der es ruhig mag, ist dieser Ort ideal. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Spacious and clean duplex, near good restaurants and with free parking outside. Fabio was a very kind and responsive host and left nice touches such as complimentary coffee capsules for arrival.

We stayed at Robin's in the first week of November. We loved the amazing attention to detail. Rugs on chairs outside, amazing wine, olive oil, capsules and espresso machine in the kitchen, free to use flippers, sea shoes, bbq, pingpong table and radiator to dry towels on November nights. Robin made it clear that we could request anything. We spent hours in the morning sun on the patio and the sunrise is absolutely worth getting up for. In November the tiny neighbourhood is silent and all you hear is the crashing ocean and birds. You would need a car to enjoy a holiday here and Robin's list of recommendations were greatly enjoyed. Robin's generosity is hard to beat. Thank you for our November getaway. We loved it!

Very neath quit apartment in a lovely area. a nice sunny balcony with partly view on the beautiful Lungomare. You can hear and smell the sea. Fransesco is a very good and proactive host. Always responding within minutes and helpful. i’ve really enjoyed my staying here.

We had an enjoyable stay at this apartment, which was perfect for my family of four, including teenagers. The location was both convenient and quiet, and we felt safe walking around the area, even at night. We truly appreciated Grozdana's help in familiarizing us with the apartment, the surrounding area, and her recommendations. The rooftop terrace, with its impressive sea views, was well worth the stairs. Highly recommended!

The apartment was very cozy. The location is great. Every thing within walking distance. The view is very beautiful and enjoyable from the balcony. The delivery of the apartment went smoothly and the service was god. We had a very pleasant time this month that we stayed there.

Meine Freundin und ich hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der schönen Wohnung in Ortigia. Die Lage sowie Dachterrasse waren ein ganz besonderes Highlight. Andrea ist total sympathisch, hilfsbereit und antwortet super schnell. Alles top und empfehlen wir gerne weiter.

Einfach idyllisch. Im Herzen von Cartellone - dem ehemals jüdischen Viertel von Modica. Ein atemberaubender Ausblick auf die gesamte Altstadt samt beider Duomi, San Pietro und San Giorgio. Unglaublich geschmackvoll, schlicht und modicanisch gestaltet - mit extra feinem Händchen für Details aus der Historie Modicas. Großes Lob hier auch an Peppe, den Maior Domus - welcher Catarina vorort vertritt. War vier Wochen Gast und hab mich sofort - schon vorm Betreten der Wohnung - zuhause gefühlt; ja es hat gar geschmerzt als ich die Wohnung verließ. Herzlichen Dank für die Erschaffung dieses magischen Ortes. Von mir gibts ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!

Sehr sauberes Unterkunft mit allem, was man benötigt. Der Besitzer, der uns auch empfangen und eingewiesen hat, ist sehr nett. Einen Benny haben wir jedoch nicht gesehen, der scheint nur als Vermittler zu fungieren. Insgesamt alles positiv.

Wij hebben met z’n tweeën de maand januari in dit authentieke pand gewoond en het was helemaal naar onze zin. Prachtige plek aan een pleintje, rustig gelegen, met een mooi uitzicht vanaf het balkon. De badkamer is klein en basic, maar de woonkamer en slaapkamer zijn groot, en het bed is perfect. Het appartement is in de winter goed te verwarmen. De communicatie met Giuseppe en Aurora verliep uitstekend, ze waren heel behulpzaam en reageerden snel. Zeker een appartement om terug te komen!

Wir konnten dank einer super Info zu später Stunde ein Self-check-in machen und fanden eine wunderbar vorgeheizte Wohnung vor, was zu der Jahreszeit genial ist. Siracusa hat sich von der schönsten Seite gezeigt und so konnten wir auch die wunderbare Dachterrasse geniessen, auf welcher wir auch den Jahreswechsel erleben konnten . Feuerwerke rundum, schöne Stimmung und dann war es wieder ruhig. Die Wohnung von Francesco ist liebevoll und funktional eingerichtet. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und willkommen. Danke! Bea&Chris

Our stay at casa Celeste was terrific. Damiano and Adda’s apartment is perfect with all the comforts of home. And that’s exactly how it felt - like staying in someone’s home. Damiano was a great host and super responsive. The apartment was about a 20 minute walk to the historic centre but we actually enjoyed the all especially after lovely dinners out. Great spot for exploring the area - 20 drive to Marzamemi and 35 min to Siracusa. We also explored the beaches and our favourite was the Lido di Noto. We headed to e end of the beach where there’s tons of parking and it was very clean. Hope to be back again soon.

Had an amazing stay at Claudio’s place. The location is close to everything and his place is the perfect spot to call home for a few days in Noto (the balconies are amazing!). Claudio was also a great host and responded right away to any questions we had and check-in was easy. There was also free parking on the street out front. Would stay again.

This is a beautiful property in a lovely city. Maria’s unit is the perfect spot for a couple or solo traveler. The property is well designed, spotless, and has a lovely small balcony with a beautiful sunset view of the water and boats in the harbor. Maria gave excellent recommendations for dining, aperitif, driver and activities. We loved the place and Ortygia so much we extended our stay an extra night. Maria responded to any questions within minutes. Don’t hesitate to book!

Enrico was waiting our arrival. He very helpful, was clear and patient with instructions and suggestions. The apartment is well located with wonderful view from terrace. AC was appreciated, even in late October. Kitchen was very well appointed, including a variety of seasonings, some foodstuffs and coffee. Living room very comfortable with good reading lights, for those relaxing times.
