Avola : location de maisons de vacances

Very comfortable place and useful kitchen. We prefer to make most of our own meals and felt right at home here. The bathroom was very clean and all amenities were appreciated. The sink in utility room and laundry drying rack were perfect for doing laundry necessary during our stay. The space was very well used and we were impressed with how tranquil it was.

Schöne Unterkunft, sehr gut eingerichtet, toller Pool und vieles Interessantes in der Umgebung zu entdecken. Wir haben uns bei Paola und Giorgio sehr wohl gefühlt. Einzig die Nachbarskatzen kamen sehr häufig zum Essen auf der Terrasse mit dazu.

Ho soggiornato 3 notti nella mansarda di Salvatore, ambiente nuovo, elettrodomestici nuovi e bellissima terrazza con coperture e tavolo da pranzo. Il checkin è avvenuto da remoto, Salvatore mi ha aperto il portone e al secondo piano ho trovato l'appartamento come descritto, all'interno oltre a mobili ed elettrodomestici nuovi ho trovato tutti i prodotti più essenziali: caffè, acqua, zucchero, detersivo, etc. La zona è molto bella e suggestiva, nelle vicinanze altrettante mete da visitare. The apartment was clean, bright and modern. kitchen was well appointment with everything we needed for our stay. The views from the balcony are spectacular, a great place to enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. The host was amazing, he picked us up at the train station, left treats for us, gave us recommendations for restaurants, and was very responsive to messages. We would definitely stay here again.

Tolle Lage gleich beim Meer und die Altstadt von Marzamemi war gleich um die Ecke. Die Wohnung war sehr groß und geräumig insbesondere die Terrasse. Lediglich das Warmwasser war nur lauwarm, wobei uns der Gastgeber angeboten hat einen Techniker bei Bedarf zu organisieren.

A perfect and safe address for staying in Ortigia. Centrally located and very convenient, all you need is there. Jennifer is also very responsive and provides helpful suggestions. Fully recommend this place.

Ottima esperienza di soggiorno. Comoda la posizione: a due passi supermercato, panificio, bar ( un consiglio per una superba colazione “Milk and Coffee” Corso Gelone 22) equidistante -10/15’- da Ortigia e Parco archeologico. L’appartamento è accogliente, silenzioso e completamente accessoriato. Anna è stata gentile, molto disponibile per le nostre esigenze di check-in e check-out e solerte nel rispondere alle nostre domande. Decisamente consigliato.

Very conveniently located, easy walking to everything. Even though on a busy street, once inside, it’s mostly quiet, with beautiful and peaceful views from all the back windows. There is a large roof patio that is wonderful when weather permits. It’s obvious that the owner cares about quality with very tasteful furnishings and accents throughout the house. The management company was excellent in their prompt responsiveness to any of our questions. We highly recommend and would stay here again if our travels brought us back to Noto.

This is a beautiful beach house in a great location. Ida is a very accommodating and responsive host, who makes you feel very welcome.

Die Unterkunft von Guiseppe war nicht ganz einfach zu finden. Sie liegt in einer Umgebung, die nur über einen Fußweg erreichbar ist. Durch Zufall haben wir eine Stelle gefunden, wo wir das Auto dauerhaft parken konnten. Die Wohnung ist schön und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Das Badezimmer ist sehr hübsch und das Bett super bequem. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, um die Stadt fußläufig zu erkunden. Der Check-In über die Schlüsselbox hat geklappt. Guiseppe war für Fragen immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit.

Vacanza estiva di assoluto relax! Abbiamo soggiorno in questa struttura nella 4 settimana di luglio. La casa, di nuova costruzione, offre tutti i confort che una famiglia desidera , soprattutto con la presenza di bambini, tenuto conto dell’immediato accesso alla spiaggia, delimitata da un solo cancello. Altrettanto apprezzato lo è stato lo spazio verde di giardino, ben curato, inclusa la presenza di giochi e l’attrezzatura da spiaggia a disposizione degli ospiti. Una nota di merito anche per i gestori/proprietari della casa, cortesi e disponibili a soddisfare qualsiasi necessità nel minor tempo possibile. La casa gode inoltre di un’ottima posizione, strategica per raggiungere le località di Avola, Noto e Ortigia, tutte pressoché equidistanti dalla struttura (circa 15/20 km circa) Per quanto riguarda invece il passeggio in zona, Fontane Bianche sicuramente non consente una mobilità pedonale eccellente , tuttavia sono comunque presenti servizi essenziali, bar, market, ristoranti etc

Vincenzo was the ULTIMATE host! The patio and views from his home were exactly like the photos - it was so peaceful and relaxing to sit outside and watch the waves. Vincenzo went the extra mile with us to help us get from one location to the next, in fact he took time to drive us himself to ensure we got to our final destination. I've never experience such hospitality! Couldn't recommend more! Cheers to next time!

Wonderful place. We enjoyed every minute of being there. We travel with two small kids, and Maria had a baby bath and even baby shampoo ready for us as well as some local citrus and chocolate for the kids. This type of thoughtfulness is hard to come by. The place itself was great. Super close to Modica and Ragusa. And the meat spot was spot on. We loved the salume we got there. Can highly recommend this place.

Miriam is such a great host we loved to stay in her beautiful apartment and hope to be able to come back when it’s a bit warmer. She was very nice to us, she gave me some lemons from her tree. We loved the bathroom and the coffee thank you so much again and see you!

Il soggiorno da Mauro è stato bellissimo. La casa è stupenda, curata negli arredi, ampia e comoda negli spazi e molto pulita. Si trova in una zona molto tranquilla ma vicina a spiagge e centri abitati. Molto consigliata.

Wonderful little apartment, had everything we wanted, 2 mins from the sea. Very clean and well equipped. Nataliya was very lovely and helpful, offering a lift from the ferry port - and then to the station in the morning, for a very reasonable fee. Station and port were both quite close, walkable if you are energetic. It’s a small low-key town , very quiet in April, but our host recommended a very nice nearby restaurant. We only stayed 1 night, it made a great stop between the Malta ferry and our train to Modica. Thank you Natalyia for a warm welcome and lovely stay!

Perfect in every way for myself and a colleague while attending a conference. Slight downside was the noise from the street in the room without a glazed window. Only one key for sockets/wifi is possibly a problem for people sharing the accommodation who have independent schedules, but having access to the library in the building - cool and welcoming - made it workable for us. Creative and thoughtful optional breakfast was a wonderful bonus.

Our host Marcelo was great. Made some great recommendations and got us fresh towels when we asked. It close to a great cocktail bar which for us wasn’t a problem because we tend to go to bed late and ended up there most nights. However, I could see it being a slightly noisy for some. The bets sandwich store is right near by. We had a lovely time and would love to be back. Thank you!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement à proximité de Raguse. L’endroit est paisible, parfait pour se détendre, avec une vue à couper le souffle. L’appartement est neuf, très spacieux, décoré avec goût et d’une propreté irréprochable. Le parking privé est un vrai plus. Tout était parfait, je recommande vivement ce logement !

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux dans ce logement ! Les hôtes étaient tout simplement adorables, toujours prêts à rendre service et très accueillants. Leur gentillesse et leur disponibilité ont rendu l’expérience encore plus agréable. Le logement était propre, confortable et conforme à la description. Others have already left more eloquent reviews than I could. I will echo the sentiments. The apartment is exactly as described and had mostly everything I needed. Georgia met me for check-in and have a brief tour. She also gave good local recommendations for restaurants and other things to do while in town. Their place is a good central location for exploring other cities. The rain shower is a good bonus after a long day out exploring. If I'm in Scicli again, I know where I'm staying.
