Avola : locations de vacances avec lave-linge et sèche-linge

Emilia was very kind and easy to communicate with. She was on top of all necessary information and offered a spacious and clean apartment for us to enjoy Ortigia. It is on a main street that is very loud for most of the night, which I wish I knew, as it made it hard to sleep.

We spent a wonderful month here in Jan/Feb 2025. Rudia and her husband Giovanni were always very kind and responsive, addressing any minor issues that arose during our lengthy stay. The apartment is one block (so to speak) off the main street of Modica, so you have the convenience of being very close to everything, while having the privacy of not being on the main road. We really enjoyed our time in Modica, particularly the access to great produce and food products, sold by friendly purveyors. The house has a nice kitchen setup, which allowed us to cook comfortably at home on most days. While it was a bit chilly on most days to have lunch on the terrace (it being Jan/Feb), on a few warm/sunny days we were able to do so, which was lovely. The kitchen window/door to the terrace is south facing, meaning it gets very nice sunlight in the winter. In sum, we would definitely recommend Rudia's place!

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment, and Linda was truly the star of the show! From the moment we arrived, she was incredibly helpful, friendly, and made sure we knew what to see in Ortigia. Her local recommendations were spot on and made our trip even more special. The apartment itself was in a perfect location, making it easy to explore the area and the great market each morning at your doorstep, which we loved. Inside is a blend of ancient Sicilian charm with modern touches and great art, nice design and well equipped.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung von Santi! Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Santi empfangen und haben viele Tipps von ihm bekommen. Die Kommunikation war sehr gut. Die Wohnung ist perfekt für bis zu vier Personen geeignet und entspricht vollständig der Beschreibung. Toller Blick auf das Meer von der Terrasse. Wir können jedem einen Urlaub bei Santi empfehlen! :)

La casa de Alverio es increible! Las vistas frente al mar, la luz, tiene todo lo que necesitas! Alverio fue muy majo, nos recibió en persona y dio algunas recomendaciones de Siracusa, muy útiles ya que era nuestra primera vez y nos sirvió para ubicarnos. Levantarse todos los días mirando al puerto con los barcos en el mar... ojalá pudiera quedarme más! Si puedo, volveré sin duda!

Logement et hôte vraiment parfait ! Très calme dans un petit village, plage accessible très facilement à pied. Quelques restaurants de plage mais sinon il faut faire un peu de route pour trouver la ville. Place de parking devant. Je recommande x1000 Merci à Alfredo pour ces recommandations touristique !

We hebben echt een super fijne ervaring gehad hier! Op airbnb raden ze aan om hun te contacteren 2/3 dagen van te voren op whats app om de sleuteloverdracht te regelen. Dit was in ons geval niet nodig, ze namen de avond van te voren met ons contact op. We hebben een tijd afgesproken en ze gaven al veel tips over parkeren, etenstentjes en bezienswaardigheden in de buurt. Super leuk! Locatie is top! De accommodatie zelf was prachtig! heel mooi ingericht en heel schoon. Het huis heeft een automatisch sluitsysteem vanaf binnen. Dit geeft je ook een extra veilig gevoel. We konden streamen naar de tv en Netflix en youtube stonden er ook op, super fijn! De bank zat heel goed, het bed lag lekker, de keuken was goed! En de badkamer was ook fantastisch. Heerlijke douche!! Hou er alleen rekening mee dat je je eigen afval weg moet gooien. Dit waren wij niet gewend en hebben het in een openbare prullenbak gegooid. Ik raad zeker aan om hier te verblijven. Het was voor ons veelste kort!

Die Unterkunft ist schön, praktisch und liegt sehr zentral. Ortigia ist in gute 10 Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen. Dort hin und auch auf die andere Seite viele Möglichkeiten zum Essen gehen. 10 min. zu Fuss vom Bahnhof. Um einen Parkplatz zu finden, braucht man etwas Glück (was wir hatten). Sonst ist es sehr laut, wenn das Fenster geöffnet ist, aber das ist halt wenn man so Zentral wohnt. Die Gastgeberin immer git zu erreichen. Wir waren zwei Wochen in Oktober dort.

We had a great time in Pozzalo. The house is beautifully decorated and well maintained. Great for family reunion. There are a beach nearby and two other sand beaches within 15 minutes walking distance. Giuseppina recommended “Sea Sound” restaurant and we went there. The food was excellent. If you want to cook fish yourself there is a fish store just across the restaurant. The town has grocery stores and bakery stores with fresh baked bread and pastries. We drove to Mt. Etna and Siracusa from Pozzalo. We wanted to visit Modica and Ragusa but didn’t have time for that. It is only 30 minutes drive and beautiful towns with an interesting history.

First 2 things to be aware of: the apartment is up about 20 stairs, so Keep that in mind. Also the bathroom which is quite nice is on the complete other side of the apartment away from the bedrooms. If you are ok with that, this is a wonderful place. Great location just off Ortigia and easy to walk to almost everything. The apartment is in good condition and the host took care of pretty much everything we needed. Response time is good. We stayed for 11 nights and rented a car twice; a day trip to The Noto area and an overnight to Toarmina and Mt. Etna. Was more to see and do, but you need a car for most things not on the train line. You’ll like this spot.

My wife, our two friends and I enjoyed a fabulous five-day stay in Ilenia’s lovely home. Ilenia was very easy and friendly to communicate with, and provided us very helpful instructions and some really fun local recommendations. Ilenia’s home is cozy, very comfortable, very well-equipped, very well located, and offers a fantastic view! We very much enjoyed our stay in Ragusa and highly recommend Ilenia and her home.

Located in the most central area in Ortigia. Walkable to everywhere. As per Roberta’s advice, I took a short cab ride to her place which I glad that I did it since I had a big luggage. The house is on a private alley that no one would walk there except if you are staying there. Bonus second room which is rare these days.

I stayed at Emma's place with my daughter, son-in-law and 2 young grandsons and it was the perfect place for a family! The villa is beautifully furnished and equipped for cooking all of the fresh vegetables and seafood you can purchase in the local farmer's market! The outdoor area comes with a great pool and an amazing view over the sea. We were there in February so it was too cold for the pool but it is beautiful to look out across the pool to the sea and we did have picnics by the pool. My grandsons had the entire outdoor surroundings to use as a playground and they had a wonderful time collecting snails and joining us for walks down the little lane at the bottom of the driveway. The house is close to Siracusa and Notta and we found a great spot called Cava d'Espica with an old water mill that is a "living" museum! We also loved exploring Old Town (centro historico) Modica The communication with Emma was easy and Saro the local housekeeper was very friendly.

Apartamento precioso en un palazzo decadente situado en un lugar que nos pareció mágico: el entorno del mercado de Ortigia. Puestos de verdura, fruta y el pescado más variado y más fresco que puedas imaginar. Soleado todo el día y con muchas comodidades (lavadora, secadora, plancha, cocina muy completa..) Ahora bien, quienes tienen problemas de sueño deben tener en cuenta lo siguiente: las dos habitaciones no tienen puertas; están separadas visualmente pero sólo se cierran con cortinas. Asimismo, hay que tener en cuenta que los vendedores del mercado comienzan a trabajar sobre las 6 y son sicilianos muy sicilianos y, por tanto, bastante bulliciosos. A nosotros también esto nos gustó.

Geweldige tijd gehad bij Alberto, voelden ons helemaal thuis. Prachtige kamers met groot dakterras, alle voorzieningen in huis. Buurtsuper, koffiebar en restaurants vlakbij. Prachtig dorp op berg, kust en steden goed bereikbaar met auto. Alberto is een zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame gastheer.

Nous avons passé un séjour magnifique dans la propriété d'Antonino et Morena, d'une beauté exceptionnelle. Au bout d'un chemin privé fleuri, dans la si belle campagne sicilienne, vous trouverez le porche d'une superbe maison de pierre, sur une cour de masseria immense et très privative. La maison est pleine de charme, dotée de tout le confort moderne, très bien aménagée, et dotée d'une splendide terrasse avec vue sur mer, et d'un jardin ombragé. L'éclairage, le soir, ajoute une touche très romantique à l'ensemble. Quel beau lieu, avec une âme et une poésie très touchante. Morena nous a réservé de multiples délicates attentions et... nous planifions déjà notre prochain séjour ❤️.

A beautifully renovated and decorated apartment. The historical building is calming with lots of charm and plenty of secure on site parking. The apartment, bedrooms and bathrooms are large and comfortable, uniquely spacious for urban Europe. Located next to the Basilica and the must see archaeological Park. It is an easy five minute drive or a 15 minute walk to Ortigia Island. We did not find the street noise to be bothersome. The new modern windows provided plenty of light with minimum noise. A great location for day trips to the countryside and the coastal beaches. Our host provided us with many great recommendations. We would definitely come back and stay here again. Owner and host were five stars for sure.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit im Airbnb. Gute Ausstattung, gute Lage und Valeria ist super freundlich und hat viele Tipps gegeben. Wir haben über Valeria einen Parkplatz im Parkhaus gebucht, das hat ebenfalls super geklappt. Wir kommen wieder!

Elisabetta hat uns persönlich empfangen und alles gut erklärt. Das Zimmer mit Kochnische ist sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Ebenso das kleine aber feine Badezimmer haben wir eine Nacht bewohnt. Anschließend sind wir in die daneben liegende Wohnung umgezogen. Die Tage in der Wohnung haben wir sehr genossen. Sie ist geräumig, ebenfalls sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es ist in der Küche alles vorhanden was man für ein paar Tage benötigt, ebenso im Bad. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Die Fenster sind mit Gittern geschützt und können komplett verdunkelt werden. Ortigia ist ca 10 Minuten zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Parkplätze vor der Haustüre oder auch an der Straße hinter dem Haus. Wir würden wieder bei Elisabetta buchen. Danke Elisabetta für die Gastfreundschaft.

Beautiful location. Close to lots of places to eat. Lots to see in the town. The place was very nice and comfortable. Would definitely recommend staying there!

Enrico was waiting our arrival. He very helpful, was clear and patient with instructions and suggestions. The apartment is well located with wonderful view from terrace. AC was appreciated, even in late October. Kitchen was very well appointed, including a variety of seasonings, some foodstuffs and coffee. Living room very comfortable with good reading lights, for those relaxing times.

I could relate to other people’s positive comments. impeccable host and accommodation. Simona is very kind responsive and flexible. Despite my flight being greatly delayed the husband welcomed me in person late in the evening - and impeccably dressed! I stayed over a week and travelled to the sea, nearby towns as well as stayed local in beautiful noto enjoying baroque dolce vita. It’s a stone’s throw from shops and town centre. Parking easy too, just be prepared streets are narrow and motorbikes like a ride! One of the nicest airbnb experiences.
