Avon Beach : locations de vacances

Hele leuke plek om te verblijven! Het voelt heel afgelegen aan, maar de stad is op slechts 10 minuutjes te bereiken met de auto. We hebben een kampvuur kunnen maken; een hele gezellige avond. Zeker aan te raden!

We stayed with our family here, on arrival the apartment was clean and welcoming and Carl went out of his way to make us feel comfortable. The location is a short walk from the beach, a 5 min drive to Christchurch and in walking distance of Highcliff Castle. Although the apartment is part of the main house it has a separate entrance so you have lots of privacy. We would stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at Club Casita, the view over Stanpit marshes is stunning, in January, you see the sun rise by the Isle of Wight travel over Hengistbury Head and set within the window viewport, and the wide variety of birdlife is beautiful to watch, like an animated painting. The lodge was very warm and cosy and had everything we needed, even a whirlpool bath! A freezer would have been useful for our longer stay but we managed fine without it. The beds were very comfy. Ample parking for 2 cars. It is a short (< 10 mins), flat walk along a picturesque riverside path to Christchurch where there is an M&S for groceries, and plenty of pubs and restaurants. Our hosts, Candice and Dan were lovely and gave us a very warm welcome with a breakfast basket, festive decorations and a bottle of wine, and were very responsive to messages. Would definitely recommend Club Casita to family and friends!

I stayed for 3 months while on placement at poole hospital, so location was ideal. Really lovely neighbourhood, felt very safe! David was really helpful and responded quickly!

We loved the Captain’s Retreat. It was a perfect bolt hole very near the centre of Lymington but in a very peaceful location. The property had everything we needed and more - very comfortable large bed and a good shower. Helen couldn’t have been more helpful both in terms of accessing the property and providing lots of local recommendations - most of which we experienced! If we visit Lymington again we will definitely stay here!

We would highly recommend this accommodation. Swanage is a traditional seaside town surrounded by beautiful beaches and countryside. The modern house is ideally placed with fantastic views across the countryside and bay from the front. It is a very pleasant walk down to the town through the old streets of Swanage and for a very hilly town, a reasonable up hill walk back which takes about 15 minutes. The house is immaculate and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and the shower excellent. If you have a family there are plenty of spaces for everyone to have a time to themself as well as spaces for the whole family.

Lovely experience staying at Connor's for a work trip. Super clean and spacious and right on the beach to make the most of walks and runs along the coastline.

Wonderful location and lots to do around in the area. We had booked Karen’s place for a girls weekend gateway for 5 of us. Loved the cottage, had all the required amenities and in very peaceful and picturesque neighbourhood. Beach is also very near and walkable. Karen was a lovely host. Very responsive and proactive. Special thanks to her for taking the time out late in the evening to help us find the place with clear instructions when we were a little stuck.would highly recommend this place as well as the host.

Had a lovely stay here. The house is ideally located, just a ten minute walk to the beach and town. There were four of us for a long weekend and plenty of room in the house for all of us and a great kitchen/living room which we used in the evenings. We didn’t need to contact Anne when we were there as everything was fine but she was very responsive when we booked and accommodated one extra person for us, after booking, at no charge, which was great..
