Ece was a very helpful host, very prompt in their response and clear. The apartment had a lovely view with big sliding doors to go into the balcony in the living room and the main bedroom upstairs. The main balcony had electric sliding windows and rooftop to allow air in or reduce direct sunlight. The air conditioning worked perfect and was in every room. Pots, pans and cutlery were there, fridge was very spacious, the apartment itself was very clean and presentable. There was a sauna and jacuzzi within the apartment which was very convenient and the place appeared very nice and modern. The swimming pool was open from 8am to 8pm, there are local shops about 10-minute walk away as well as a butchers. The beach in front of the apartment is pebbly and a bit rocky but you can take a taxi to Kleopatra beach which will be about 20 mins and the tourist area of Alanya is also around 15 mins. There are also some restaurants and shops if you head towards mahmutlar.

De communicatie verliep goed, de host reageerde supersnel op vragen etc. De locatie is top en op loop afstand van het centrum en het strand. Supermarkt is beneden het appartement. Het appartement is super schoon en het heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Zelf aan de allerkleinste is er aan gedacht… Het appartement heeft een luxe uitstraling en het is waar voor je geld. Wij voelden ons verder lekker thuis. Bedankt voor het vertrouwen in ons en tot een volgende keer.

Sehr schöne und vor allem saubere Unterkunft in bester Lage, fast direkt am Meer. Genau wie auf den Bildern abgebildet. Der Vermieter ist sehr unkompliziert, freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Wir bedanken uns für die tolle Zeit!

Hei! Ystävällinen majoittaja. Heti vasta viesteihin. Saapuminen meillä oli kesällä yötä sisäänkirjautuminen oli todella hyvin kerrottu etukäteen sekä muut ohjeet esim. vesi, sähkö ja netti. Asunto oli siisti ja kaikki tarvittavat asumista varten oli valmiina. Kaupat, tori, ravintolat ja ranta ovat tosi lähellä.

This place was wonderful in every aspect. The unit was super clean, cozy, and everything was shining. It had everything that we needed. The location is also great, and is near to a lot of local stores, as well as the beach. Mr. Ismet is also very helpful and fast in his responses. We enjoyed our stay very much, and we made a memorable trip in Alanya. I highly recommend this place.

Had a lovely 10 days at this apartment- supermarkets and shops close by and walking distance to the beach. The apartment was very spacious and had everything you needed. Abdullah was very friendly and happy to help at all times- I would definitely recommend.

Great place as advertised. Great responsive host. Big apartment, private pool, walkable neighborhood. Beach access. The beach is rocky (as in big rock, not gravel) though, not very safe for children.

Biz konaklamamızdan çok memnun kaldık. Damlataş sahile yürüyerek 3 dakika sürüyordu. Odamız çok temizdi, mutfakta ihtiyacımız olan her şey bulunuyordu. Herhangi bir problemimiz ya da ihtiyacımız olduğunda hemen çözüm sağladılar. Bir daha Alanya’ya gidecek olsam yine Saray Apart Otel’de kalırım.

Находились в отпуске с мужем 10 дней в Махмутляре нам все очень понравилось.Квартира большая ,современная ,с большим балконом и с видом на горы что было для меня важным.Хозяйка отзывалась сразу ,если были вопросы.Закрытый комплекс с большим красивым чистым двором и с огромным бассейном.В доме было тихо.Все магазины внизу и до моря 7 мин пешком.Будем рады еще раз приехать!!!

The apartment is spacious, well furnished and comfortable. Close to town centre, castle and harbour and very close to the beach. But the street is quiet and the apartment is at the back of the block, so a very peaceful and quiet location. On street parking is free, but spaces are hard to find. (Parking on the nearby main street is not free - you need to pay cash to the parking attendant). The apartment is generally well equipped, but groups of 3 or more may need more crockery and cutlery than we did. Inga is very helpful and replies promptly, so no doubt she will be able to sort this out. For us it was a very enjoyable stay.

One of the reasons I chose Mustafa's places was because of the good reviews, and I can only confirm them. In my opinion the best beach is only some 10 minutes walking and you've got all you need in the area. There is also a (frequent but a bit crowded) bus that drives you to the city center in some 20/30 min. (depends on the traffic really, which can be an issues in cities in Türkyie). Apartment is very well equipped and the air-conditioning worked very good, which is very important if you want to sleep well in Alanya in July/August-the electricity and water bill was also like described (very low compared to westeuropean standards right now). We stayed for 15 days and everything was great!

Jättefin och stor lägenhet med allt man önskar sig. Bra läge, bra utsikt och underbar värd. Hooshang är fantastisk man och bryr sig verkligen om dig och din vistelse. 10 av 10 till Hooshang.

This is one of the best apartments we've been living in! There is plenty of space for everyone. Every room has air conditioning and is well-renovated. There's a spacious balcony with great views. We really enjoyed our stay and didn't want to leave :) The beach is 2 minutes away from the apartment; it literally couldn't be any closer. We went regularly back and forth. There were many restaurants and shops around, so we could easily find everything we needed. But one of the most important is that Ali is a good and very hospitable person. He met us and helped move our possessions inside, showed us everything we needed, and was proactive and attentive to details. I really recommend Ali and his apartment for a comfortable stay.

If you are planning to stay in this district of Avsallar, this place is one of the best. It is well-equipped, and as of January 2025, the equipment is in good condition, perfectly maintained, and carefully looked after by its hosts. The building is also tastefully decorated. However, having a car is highly recommended for this district of Avsallar. And dear Avsallar Municipality, I am sure that you will plant some greenery around, rlght? In conclusion, for me, seaside or Avsallar center accommodations are either too pricey or moderately conditioned and not well-maintained. This district is new and clean but requires a car for convenience.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem sehr schönen Komplex mit vielen Angeboten. Fußläufig ist alles erreichbar. Adem war sehr freundlich und die Kommunikation einwandfrei. Uns hat etwas gestört das wir die check in und check out Zeiten genau angeben mussten, obwohl ein eigenständiger Check in angegeben wird. Dies schränkt in der Flexibilität sehr ein. Zukünftig muss etwas mehr auf die Sauberkeit geachtet werden ( zB Krümel im Backofen von anderen Gästen). Wir waren trotzdem sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.

Чистота, уют, продуманность деталей — всё на высшем уровне. Локация отличная, рядом есть всё необходимое. Евгения — замечательная хозяйка, очень внимательная, отзывчивая и заботливая. Всегда на связи, готова помочь и сделать всё, чтобы гости чувствовали себя комфортно. Видно, что она вкладывает душу в своё жильё. Если ищете идеальное место для отдыха, настоятельно рекомендую этот вариант. Обязательно вернусь снова!
