出行前4天极限选房偶然发现的宝藏民宿！之前为了交通方便一直在看御堂筋线上的酒店，纠结了一礼拜后偶然刷到这家，从发现这家民宿到下单前后就半小时！入住是密码入住，所以没有时间限定，落地第一天从关西机场坐关空快速直达西九条站，出站跟着apple地图5分钟找到民宿，门口还停着介绍里的小白车哈哈，坐电梯上楼，入住密码很详细，开门后就是和介绍页面一样的场景啦，老板在床上摆了可爱的玩偶～4个卧室5张床，其中一个卧室没有窗户，我们选了其他3个卧室睡，4个人一人一张床甚至一间房不要太舒服！还拥有非常奢侈的两套卫生间浴室，洗澡上厕所盥洗全部分开！洗澡时间大大缩短，太幸福了！第二天开始正式大阪冒险让我们完整认识了西九条这个站～去梅田10分钟，去大阪城公园坐环状线直达，去usj才一个站！交通便利而且不复杂，真的好秀！唯一的短板是噪音，毕竟离车站很近，时不时能听到列车经过的声音，不过晚上有段区间列车会停运，早上恢复，对于我们早出晚归的旅行者来说并没有什么大影响～

Very good appartement. Close to train/Subway station which deserve the principal lines of Osaka. You have also a train which deserve directly Kansai airport (Osaka airport). You have enough space (which is not always the case in Japan) and you have access to all sort of appliances when needed. You can find also some amenities in case you forgot some of yours. Next to the appartement you have also very good restaurants available and many konbini.

Easy to find, good location, good price. Can’t recommend it enough

방이 사진이랑 거의 똑같은 데다 꽤 넓어서 놀랐습니다. 저는 혼자 묵어서 그런지 특히나 더 넓게 느껴지더라구요. 세탁기가 있어서 편했고 그외에도 폼클렌징, 치약, 면봉 등 예상치 못하게 구비된 물품들이 많아서 좋았어요. 특히 전압이 안맞아서 고데기를 못 챙겨갔는데 고데기가 있어서 너무 감사했습니다🥺 지하철 역이랑은 10분 정도 떨어져있는데 그래도 다이쇼역, 사쿠라가와역 등 시내로 갈 수 있는 역들이 주변에 있어서 관광 다니는 데 불편함은 없었습니다. 가격 대비 굉장히 만족스러웠어요!

So I actually booked this expecting it to be worse than it was. It's actually a rather nice apartment with a really amazing view of the city and river. I stayed long term - 2 months. The apartment wasn't really set up for a long term stay so I had to buy a few minor things to make it comfortable but was worth it for the budget price. A couple small changes would make this place perfect: A few more kitchen essentials and a proper work desk being the big ones. Also, the heating/AC unit was pretty loud - but he did try to fix it, just the technician couldn't do much without an unnecessary repair since it was working fine. Just remember this is a budget rental and adjust your expectations accordingly!

Alles war super und ausgezeichnete die Unterkunft ist schön und wir wurden gleich herzlich empfangen. Mit einem wunderbaren Ausblick auf Kobe wurde uns gleich gezeigt was wir alles unternehmen können. Auch könnten wir ohne Probleme etwas später auschecken da unser Flug erst spät abends geht. Wirklich einwandfrei

The accommodation was great. Everything is modern and we had plenty of space. Everything was clean and the place was very quiet. The train station was close, and there are plenty of places to eat nearby. The hosts were also super friendly and helped us with our problems. I highly recommend the accommodation.

位置在大阪的偏北，很安静，离千船站很近，交通方便，去梅田几站地，房子在日本应该算大了，我们两个人住的很宽绰，比住酒店方便很多，可以做饭。房屋虽然很旧但很干净，离我孩子学校很近，所有选择这个。下次来，还住这里。

Really nice to stay there with your friends if you go there by car. But, the place has limited nearby convenience stores.

在日本最棒的住处，房东人特别热情，把家里打理的特别好，干干净净，设施什么的都很新，位置不在闹市区，但是交通很方便，去usj 20分钟，道顿堀直达，晚上睡觉也很安静，下次有朋友来大阪还会推荐💖

4인 가족이 3박 4일 사용했는데 각자 방도 넓게 쓰고 화장실이 2개 라서 편했습니다. 샤워 할때 더운물이 콸콸 잘 나오고 수건도 넉넉하게 준비 해 주셔서 쾌적하고 편안한 여행이 되었습니다. 단, 계단이 좁고 좀 가팔라서 캐리어 들고 오르내리기가 조금 힘들었습니다. 노다역에서 가깝고 근처 식당들도 많아서 아주 좋았습니다.

Loved our stay at Saki and Roy’s place! We stayed as a family of 4 with 2 kids (12 and 7) check in when super easy. The house was very clean had great amenities. It had all the kitchen items and bathroom toiletries you would need for a stay. Lots of beds for our family. We love how close it was to the metro and family mart. Even fell in love with a steakhouse restaurant right down the street. We will recommend and would stay again when in Osaka!
