出行前4天极限选房偶然发现的宝藏民宿！之前为了交通方便一直在看御堂筋线上的酒店，纠结了一礼拜后偶然刷到这家，从发现这家民宿到下单前后就半小时！入住是密码入住，所以没有时间限定，落地第一天从关西机场坐关空快速直达西九条站，出站跟着apple地图5分钟找到民宿，门口还停着介绍里的小白车哈哈，坐电梯上楼，入住密码很详细，开门后就是和介绍页面一样的场景啦，老板在床上摆了可爱的玩偶～4个卧室5张床，其中一个卧室没有窗户，我们选了其他3个卧室睡，4个人一人一张床甚至一间房不要太舒服！还拥有非常奢侈的两套卫生间浴室，洗澡上厕所盥洗全部分开！洗澡时间大大缩短，太幸福了！第二天开始正式大阪冒险让我们完整认识了西九条这个站～去梅田10分钟，去大阪城公园坐环状线直达，去usj才一个站！交通便利而且不复杂，真的好秀！唯一的短板是噪音，毕竟离车站很近，时不时能听到列车经过的声音，不过晚上有段区间列车会停运，早上恢复，对于我们早出晚归的旅行者来说并没有什么大影响～

Layla is very responsive , helpful and kind, always give us an advice when we need any information about Osaka and her place is really good ,same as the picture that shown also easy for travelling to other places. i would recommend this to anyone who wants to visit Osaka and love a peaceful area ! 😊

最高のお泊まりでした。 特に旅人への心遣いが溢れている場所でした。 難波駅から近くて移動もすごく便利でしたし、割りと静かなところでしたのでゆっくり休むこともできました。 次回また泊まりたいと思います。^^

Hosts were very communicative. We loved the place! It was so spacious and comfortable. The location was perfect right across 7-11 and very close to train stations. Would definitely come again.

Felt just like home with a very convenient 24hr grocery story just a block away. I also had to travel to Tokyo on several occasions so being a walkable distance to Shin-Osaka was a super plus. If you’re a runner like me, you’ll be delighted to know that the Yodogawa River is nearby. Will return again.

Великолепная комната. Вокруг много вкусных кафе, очень близко до станции Namba, можно легко ездить по всему региону. Номер чистый, внутри все необходимое. Жили в сезон, поэтому цена была повышена, но комната полностью стоит своих денег. Всем рекомендую. Смело бронируйте, вы не разочаруетесь

Our stay in Osaka was absolutely amazing! This place exceeded all expectations, and we’ll be staying here every time we visit. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and having two rooms with multiple beds made it perfect for families or groups of friends. The projector and large screen were a fantastic touch for relaxing in the evenings. The only small drawback was the fridge not being full-size, but everything else was truly perfect. An outstanding stay in every way!

Großzügige Wohnung mit eigenem Parkplatz vor der Tür. Fußläufig Metro, Supermarkt und 7eleven, Lawson und Restaurants zu erreichen. Wir waren zu viert für mehrere Nächte da und waren sehr zufrieden.

位於鬧區中的靜巷，還附有洗衣機很方便並備有停車位，附近有超商採購食品很容易，對面還有好客的居酒屋。

Really nice to stay there with your friends if you go there by car. But, the place has limited nearby convenience stores.

Fantastic listing we highly recommend : private house well located near Tengachaya (15min by train from Namba), comfortable bedding, great and new equipment in the whole house (kitchen with all you need, big TV with Netflix, even the bathtub has TV ;-), reactive and helpful host. We really felt like home ! Thanks a lot for this great stay 🙏

Nice place on a cute small back street. It was a comfortable stay for a whole family. K provided us with an extra baby equipment, which we appriciete a lot! Metro station is close enough. Plenty of convinis around.

We have a wonderful time and with a party of 4 couples we had plenty of space to chill. And it’s super close to a main train line so that is always as plus.

Solid spot. Nice facilities. Warm. Clean. Space. Our hosts were very responsive. Very helpful in getting the TV set up - once we asked for it (brought 3 to make sure one worked). And they brought chairs with backs and plastic shower stool for Mama's shower same day - very quickly - even though the chairs and stools had not been listed or shown as part of the amenities but were extras we asked for because of Mama's age (90 years old). They also were at the apartment to help carry up the suitcases when we arrived to make sure Mama could manage the steps. Not much in the kitchen (for Western style) but enough The area is quiet. But Uber/taxi requests were responded to within 5 minutes each time. Two good grocery stores (7-11) within 5 mins walk, and another two supermarket groceries within 7 minutes walk. Easy walk to subway. Pleasant stroll (30 minutes) to downtown area, passing a temple and a shrine en route. We would stay there again.

This place was a perfect stay for me and my family during our holiday in Osaka. It had everything we needed. The rooms are spacious and spotless. The place is near Daikokucho, Imamiya and shin-Imamiya stations making it very easy to get around. Host was very responsive and proactive.

部屋はとても清潔に保たれて快適に過ごせました。 特にオーナー様の返信がどこよりも早く安心出来ました。 もう少し延泊したかったのですが、他の予約が入っていて宿泊出来なかったのが残念でした。

Comfortable place. Everything was clean and tidy. We were also given a welcoming treat by the host. Easy instruction given and the place were very close to the station.

Was a spacious place for two. Comfortable bed and quiet area. Was a few stations from all the sites and getting around wasn't very difficult. The only thing to be mindful of is there isn't an elevator, so if you have any accessibility concerns might be challenging. Overall we had a wonderful time and Harumi was an amazing host!

Location was superb, plenty of good food options nearby, easy to access Namba, Nipponbashi, Shinsaibashi area. Direct train to and from Airport as well. House was very cosy and comfortable. Note that some rooms are above 1F and there is a need to carry the luggage up the stairs. Otherwise, thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Host was very accomodating and allowed us to store our luggage after check-out time, till before next guests check-in. Overall very ideal accomodation for visiting Osaka and not wanting to stay around the over-populated Namba area.
