The place is cozy and well-maintained, making it a great option for a stay with friends or family. Though the food options were limited, everything we ordered was delicious, and the staff was respectful and attentive throughout our stay. The rooms were clean and equipped with heaters, hot water, and electric bed warmers, which made the stay comfortable. However, there were frequent power cuts that occasionally affected access to hot water. Also, keep in mind that the property is located about 30 minutes outside of Srinagar, not within the city itself.

A beautiful property set amidst apple trees. The house is the same as shown in the pictures shared by the host, Shahnawaz ji, with ample garden area to play in. We found the house and the host to be warm and inviting. Shahnawaz ji was very helpful and guided us through our planning and traveling phase of this holiday. He is a gem of a person and quite helpful. Also helped us get in touch with someone local who helped in guiding us perfectly for the entire 10 days trip to the valley. This property is located around half an hour away from Srinagar city and they have only a couple of eateries around but not pure veg which is found only in main city. The kitchen , at the property,is stocked with basic cooking utensils and Shahnawaz ji has kept few spices and other essentials to help the guests in case they wish to cook their own meals. There is a RO unit fitted in the kitchen to get clean drinking water too.

We were a party of 12 returning from a trek and Khalid's place was the best choice for all of us. We felt right at home throughout the stay. Khalid had called me right after booking the property and informed about dinner and breakfast availability. I am glad he called because after an exhausting week, we were treated with great food and beautiful property. Our friends have bookmarked this property to share with their friends. I am grateful to Khalid's staff to have made us feel at home.

Primarily, Fahad, the host, is extremely nice and friendly. He helped us with the booking and planning of our whole trip. Spent time with us everyday, understood our needs and helped us in any and every way possible. His place, is very easily accessible, beautiful,and has all the amenities one could ask for. Even in the extreme cold, the room was made warm and cozy for us. Fahad would ensure of it before we got back from our day's journey every single day and ensured we got the best deal possible. And last but not the least, kashmir is a place that is yet to be fully explored and I don't thing it can ever be captured in just one trip, I know I'm visiting again, and would recommend everybody to, and I'm definitely going for Fahad' listing the next time and every time for that matter.

The sunvilla is a great property to stay if you are in a group of around 10 members, 4 bedrooms with dining and hamam area with wonderful garden outside is a lovely experience, just 1 thing is missing there that is paid kitchen which i felt little disappointing as every BNB includes it but they clearly mentioned about that so not their mistake. Overall everything was great there and Mr. Faisal is friendly supportive man taking care of the guests very well.

Our stays in the Nehal's Airbnb were wonderful , peaceful and comfortable. We felt like at home away home. there was not a single issue . Food prepared by host was wonderful and delicious. Although we felt the cost of food in whole Srinagar is on higher side as compare to other tourist places . As we have seen in different Airbnb accomodation, we missed wall mounted soap dispensers in bathrooms. Thanks for your wonderful services.

We stayed at Aamir’s place in July 2024 when we visited Kashmir for the first time with our families. Aamir, Muneer and Aadil made the entire experience extremely comfortable. The very day we arrived, we were upgraded without asking for it as they saw that my mum in law can’t walk a lot so we were given the rooms close to the entrance. We arrived quite late (around 10pm) because of flight delays and had no idea where we will find food from at this hour but they made sure that we don’t sleep hungry. They prepared a full meal this late in the night and for all days that we stayed there, even if we needed something at 1am in the night, they were all happy to help. The place is beautiful and very nicely maintained. They have a beautiful garden just behind the rooms where we had breakfast and made some core memories. Aamir also recommended some places to visit and helped make transport arrangements. Thank you for the amazing hospitality. This was home away from home.

I stayed at Tasleema ji's home with my family and it felt right at home. She is warm, welcoming, always responsive and available for all our needs. It was a pleasure to try her delicious cooking, especially Kashmiri wazwan and Kahwa. The place in itself is a full fledged home with all amenities and a beautiful garden with lovely roses, a pretty sight to wake up to. I would highly recommend staying at Tasleema ji's place, tucked in a peaceful location near airport for anyone visiting Srinagar.

Its a great place, The host is extremely Warm & Helpful, They Helped us , when we were stuck Because of the snow, Came & Picked us up, which was very helpful of them to do so. Amazing Location, Away from the rush of major Tourist area. Good place to just Eat RELAX & ENJOY the Woods & Snow. Rooms are very warm & comfortable, Service is also good & Food was also good (limited options But taste was very good) Overall we had a great time!
