Lay’s place was nice and tidy. The beds were comfortable and the AC worked great. The accommodation was conveniently located and within walking distance to attractions.

Best stay thus far! It’s really cosy and nice. Really like the living area, as every piece of furniture seems to be well thought out before placement. Kudos to that! Other than finding the pillow a little too high for comfort, missing a cooking pan as I planned to toast my bread a little but couldn’t find one. Everything else is good!

The entire place was impeccably clean, highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable place to stay with family.

Convenient location , clean and spacious unit ! Most importantly is pet friendly ! But make sure you carry pet in a bag , that’s alot of muslim friends staying there .

We stayed for 3 days 2 nights at this unit. The instructions given were clear which made check-in and check-out very smooth. The unit is very nice, clean and quite cold that you don't even need to on the aircond. To reach Malacca town is only about 9 mins drive. I love this town becoz there are many tourism and eateries places. Miss Tan and Siti are very responsive host. They replied to all my queries within a minutes. My family had a very memorable experience staying here and we will laugh each time we talk about it. 😂

잠금장치가 많아서 번거로왔던것 빼고는 위치도 위생도 아주 좋았습니다. 즐겁게 쉬다 갑니다.

Easy check in process and room was very clean. Thanks for allowed me for early check in at 2pm. Overall experience was good.

とてもリラックスできるお部屋でした。オランダ広場まで、それほど遠くなかった事にびっくりしました。Guardさんの場所が表通りに面しておらず見つけにくかった事、またお部屋のある建物がGuardさんの場所からかなり遠くわかりにくいので、そこをさらに明確にできたら最高だと思います｡

Environment is good

Overall is good , only need paid the parking fees rm6 per entry.

I like this homestay like honeymoon 😂and the view so beautifully.

We had an absolutely amazing time staying here. This unit were spacious and spotless, with great decoration. The pool view from 30th floor so great especially at night. Also...kids love the pool. We will surely come back again. :-)
