Lay’s place was nice and tidy. The beds were comfortable and the AC worked great. The accommodation was conveniently located and within walking distance to attractions.

very clean and comfortable place to stay at Melaka. fully recommended For Guest، during check out make sure early cause the trafic at lift will getting worse. haha. might be wait half an hour to get spot in the elevator.

thank you dison for making our vacation memorable. great place, everything is walkable. cab is very cheap too in case you have kids or old parents. we loved the place overall - amazing location, very friendly hosts, spacious and everything is nice . given that it is on a main road it is slightly noisy. if you are very light sleeper unlike me - we did not have any issues as we are deep sleepers lol.

Convenient location , clean and spacious unit ! Most importantly is pet friendly ! But make sure you carry pet in a bag , that’s alot of muslim friends staying there .

Clean and well-decorated, perfect for a group of four. Everything was great—no complaints! It would be even better with fully filtered water, as the current small filter still requires boiling. Definitely one of our top picks for future stays in town ☺️

This property is beautiful and as pictured. Was well supplied for our long stay and although far away from the busy areas it was a peaceful and quiet stay after crazy Penang. We loved how clean and pristine everything was.

Victor is very friendly and responsive :) although check in for a start caught me in shock when i open up and there was no key but victor respond and assist very fast.. and was resolve quickly:) The unit was true like photo, nice and clean.. Only cons - common bedroom aircon not so good and cold but still manageable… Will definitely come back again whenever i come Malacca and will recommend to anyone who needs a stay here..

4 hari 3 malam yg bermakna.. kemudahan lengkap dengan adanya water filter.. washing machine.. induction cooker.. fridge.. netflix.. memudahkan kami bercuti bersama anak kecil..

Very very clean place. I have dust allergies and didn't have any problems with this unit. Nice new condo with secure parking in a quiet neighbourhood. Great if you have your own transport in Melaka.

Owner is super-friendly,house is perfect for all 25 of us.The price is also cheap relative to other houses .Very very recommended for a stay.Have many facilities such as mini gym,swimming pool,pool table,board games(chess) and more.We had so much fun here,definitely will repeat 👍🏻

Despite of all the hiccups, I would still recommend this place to my everyone especially those who wish to organize events consisting big number of people. Everything is so convenient. You could have your food prepared by the caterer for the entire stay, and you wouldn't have to worry whether or not you'll feel comfortable as the house is so spacious and well-equipped.
