The accommodation is cozy for our family of 5. It has a simple modern furnishing and everything appears new and in good working condition. There is only one shower/toilet so we need a bit of planning and coordination to avoid bloodshed. The room has a nice view of the sea from the balcony so that’s a bonus. The set backs to our experience are - super high head pillows that we could only used as pao pao booster, - no boxes of tissues, - no washing machine detergent. The Makhota Parade Mall is just across the road. The accommodation is in Costa Apartment Melaka. I would highly recommend this place for a family vacation.

First thing would like comment is Kids friendly stay ☺️ We like the tatami floor mattress , prepared with kids cutlery tableware even the toilet seat. Some biscuits and snack be prepared too. House condition as shown as the pictures. Feel like home. Please note that you may need to wait up to 30min for taking lift due to lots of people check out at the same time. Overall good for our stay 😃

Sean was very accomodative right from the beginning. instructions for self check in was clear and concise. the only thing have to take note is the loud traffic due to its central location. otherwise the stay was beautiful. the place was well maintained and in immaculate condition. definitely recommended.

I had a fantastic 4-night stay at this seaside apartment in Melaka. The peaceful ambiance and stunning sea view made it an ideal spot to work and unwind. Watching the Genting Star Cruise at the jetty and enjoying the natural habitat along the coast were unforgettable experiences. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and perfectly located—close to attractions yet quiet enough to relax. A special mention to the owner, who was incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay. I highly recommend this place for anyone seeking a perfect mix of work, leisure, and nature.

I wish I can give more than 5 stars in the rating. Easily this could be the best ever homestay I have stayed till date (23/12/24) It was superb clean, super comfortable, superb view and great host in guiding and providing the instructions. Words can't describe how we felt during the stay especially with my infant around. Highly highly recommended.

2025년 2월 7박을 머물렀습니다. 가격대비 훌륭한 숙소입니다. 다만 단기로 말라카를 여행하는 분들에게는 적합하지 않습니다. 여유있게, 천천히 말라카를 둘러보시는 분들에게는 최고의 숙소입니다. 멋진 전망과 중심지까지 도보로 이동 가능합니다. 다만 6차선 도로를 무단횡단해야 한다는 것이 단점입니다. 쇼핑몰도 가까이 있어 위의 단점이 문제되지 않는 분들에게는 좋은 선택이 될 것입니다.

Good location, nice place, nice room, nice host. Will back here again when come Melaka. The location is very good as it's right across from a major shopping mall and within walking distance to Mahkota Parade. One of the highlights for me was the free parking, which made my stay even more convenient. I also felt very safe and secure throughout my stay, thanks to the good security measures in place.

Had a comfortable stay. The house is spacious and easy to check in. The dining table still had some curry on it, but thats forgivable. Overall, the house is very clean and do not have any weird odour. The water purifier provided is convenient and saves a lot of time. Wonderful.

Very responsive and helpful host. The unit is generally clean and warm. Don't get shocked by the apartment's old and aging outlook -- the unit itself is renovated and maintained. We caught some fireworks view from the balcony as it was the first day of Chinese new year. Great stay!
