A great night's stay. Linda was very helpful and good to talk to. Property was very clean with good facilities. Easy to find and in good walking distance to shops and Brookes Uni.

Ich war vor 2 Jahren schon einmal bei Anne und habe mich sofort wieder für ihr schönes Haus entschieden , als ich wieder nach Hemel Hempstead gereist bin. Ich weiß diesen besonderen Ort sehr zu schätzen. Ein sehr gepflegtes Haus in ruhiger und doch zentraler Lage. Das Zimmer mit Blick in den romantischen Garten. Ich liebe diese Aussicht. Anne ist eine sehr hilfsbereite und freundliche Gastgeberin . Am Abreisetag bereitete sie mir ein wunderbares Frühstück mit Tee ,Toast und Ei. Anne ist mir nach den 2 Jahren ,die ich sie kenne eine Freundin geworden. Von mir gibt es eine hundertprozentige Empfehlung. Ich komme gerne wieder

Me, my wife and our 3 boys loved our stay here. Only a few minutes drive from Legoland the place was easy to find and very close to a Harvester restaurant and local shops. Ed and Sophia were friendly and responsive to any questions we had, and our kids loved the house. would definitely recommend staying here.

We stayed in Angelicas house short period while our house was being renovated. It was welcoming and in an excellent location which allowed us to explore East Oxford.

J'ai passé un agréable séjour dans cette chambre propre et fonctionnelle, idéale pour un court séjour. L'accueil était chaleureux, et Mara est bienveillante et attentionnée Seul petit bémol : l’emplacement un peu éloigné du centre de Londres, nécessitant environ une heure de trajet en voiture. Mais pour ceux qui recherchent le calme après une journée en ville, c'est un bon choix

Sally-Anne's home is beautiful. She was such a lovely host and looked after us well, cooking breakfast each morning. She made us feel very welcome.

What a great place to stay! Had everything you could need and the location was perfect. Walking distance to Marlow and excellent links to M4/40. All in all it was a pleasure to stay here. Sarah was extremely efficient and helpful which made it even more perfect! Thank you Sarah for everything

We loved our stay. James was wonderful, helped us find a pub still serving food when we arrived late from the airport. Much appreciated the well stocked kitchen. Easy walk into Henley. Would definitely stay again.

I’d give it 6 stars if I could. Francesca has a lovely spot, very well located, clean and spacious. She was a very welcoming host and left thoughtful gifts - all in all I had a fantastic stay here. I’d highly recommend this option and hope to return one day :)

Great experience staying at Umu’s place! Very clean, good communication with the host. She even left some food and spices, which is highly appreciated. Neighbours and the neighbourhood is very quiet. Recommend!

Our family (2 adults with 3 teenagers) stayed at Jen & Matt’s place for 6 nights in March 2025. It was perfect for us. Lots of space and all the amenities we needed. We were on an early arriving flight and they allowed us early access to the flat, which was a lifesaver for that first day. The flat is in a lovely family-oriented neighbourhood with the beautiful Queen’s Park nearby. It is totally outside of the hustle and bustle of London, but right on the Bakerloo Line which allows super easy access to all the sights. It is also on the Lionness line which takes you directly to Watford Junction where you catch the shuttle to Warner Bros Studios to visit the Harry Potter sets. It couldn’t be better situated in my opinion. Jen & Matt provided milk, eggs, butter, jam, crumpets, tea and coffee to get us started, which was a really nice touch. There is a Tesco Express nearby, so it was easy to buy groceries. I did a load of laundry and everything worked fine. Highly recommend!

Rebecca's place is the perfect spot for a cosy weekend away. The flat is stylish and comfortable, perfectly located in the town centre with a lovely view of the church. Rebecca was very responsive and went the extra mile with small touches - thanks for a wonderful stay!

Nous sommes allée en séjour chez Heather pour visiter le Studio Harry Potter ainsi que Londres. Appartement très propre. Deux personnes très accueillantes et très sympathiques! Je recommande vivement. 🙂

Two years after our last stay in Binsey, we were very happy to return for another week. It was a very nice welcome, we had lovely conversations with Alison and Steve. Binsey is unique, quite, excellent if you need time to write or read. Rent a bike for journeys to Jerchio, the city center, colleges or the University hospital. We can highly recommend this place and hope to return in the near future.

Cute Annexe in the countryside. very quiet, warm and cosy, and the array of lamps really accentuated this. nice large dining lounge space and comfortable bed. lovely little extras with the local apple juice , butter, bread and milk etc with a nespresso coffee machine. towels are very fluffy and large too. davina was very helpful and her washing up fairy did a magical job.

Fantastic host, great place with a beautiful location plenty of country side to explore, in our case to ride.

Everything was very clean and the bed was comfy. Perfect for an overnight while working in Oxford as 5 mins walk from the Redbridge Park and Ride where I left my car. Breakfast is a bowl of muesli with milk from a mini fridge in the room, which was perfect for me. There was also a kettle and tea/coffee etc.

Absolutely wonderful stay at Katie’s beautiful home. Beautiful room and delicious brekkie! Wonderfully stocked with everything you might need. Thank you for all your hospitality and kindness. 🙂 xx

I travelled 4 hrs away to visit this beautiful place cottage was extremely clean, high ceilings with beautiful beams and not even a cobweb in site…was blown away by how immaculately clean it was lovely little town visited the crown pub for a meal which was lovely, the people are so friendly lovely little touch with the breakfast, toiletries were even provided absolutely worth the drive and the money…amazing hosts very helpful me and my partner will defiantly visit again but for longer thank you to Gilly and her husband 😊

Easy to find in a beautiful location. Very cosy room perfect for our family of 3. Joan & her Husband were so friendly and they cooked us the most amazing breakfast. Thank you for being lovely hosts, we will hopefully be back 😊

Beautiful place with all the basics plus lovely extras like nespresso and self serve breakfast items you would expect at that price range. Peaceful, easy access and private with beautiful garden view. Perfect place for me when in the area for work or as a base to explore from.
