Mia Shore Beach Villas

The place is right on the beach front as mentioned and very easy to find. The beach itself is very secluded and will feel like a private beach. Although Alleppey is 25Kms away, it is a straight road from here and you should reach there very quickly; you will also find lots of calm serene beaches along the way. The property has 2 seperate rooms, each can host upto 5 people. There are separate mattresses provided as well. The patio and kitchen is common, and there is a caretaker on the property who will assist you. There is a seperate 500₹ fee to use the gas incase you want to cook something for yourself. In our case, the host was kind enough to let it slide since one of the room's AC broke down (not anyone's fault obviously). He also tried to get the AC fixed on the same day. Overall you will not be disappointed if you book this stay, extremely serene and calm.

"Exceptional Stay! I had an amazing time at Praveens place! The apartment was immaculately clean, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect - close to Guruvayoor Temple. Praveen was an outstanding host - responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fantastic Airbnb experience in Guruvayoor I'll definitely be back!

Another fantastic stay at Sara's Riverview! The house is spacious and beautifully done! A large courtyard surrounded by greenery! All amenities for a long stay are provided for. The host Saiju and his brother Biju are one of the best! We love frequenting this homestay!!!

Unni's villa is nestled right between the beach and the backwaters. Not many places would offer such a superb setting that seems to embody the very soul of Kerala. The villa is spacious, family-friendly and as described, including the amenities. The beach is quaint, clean and very beautiful, ideal for strolls, swimming or just watching sunset. Unni is a very responsive host, always willing to help. The cook is skilled and really adept at tailoring the menu to suit the guests' requirements. Overall, a superb experience which we would love to repeat someday.

Обязательно купите и попробуйте местную мужскую одежду. Это свободная юбка. В ней очень удобно ходить и дома и на улице. Купил себе несколько таких юбок. Буду носить дома. До пляжа на скутере можно добраться за 15 минут. Пляжи здесь восхитительные: чистые и пустынные. Однако приготовьтесь к тому, что местные жители практически не купаются. Если купаются, то в одежде. Вас не осудят, но будут обсуждать. )))) Вилла комфортная для проживания четырех человек. Мы жили вдвоем. Все отлично. Работает доставка еды. Еда свежая, вкусная и не дорогая. Огромное спасибо Babul и его управляющему Randjit. Вы окружили нас заботой и вниманием. Мы сразу почувствовали себя, как дома. Все наши просьбы удовлетворялись практически мгновенно. Это очень важно и ценно для нас. Мы обязательно вернемся. )))

Nahar (Pool villa) - Streamside Serenade

We took a private pool cottage with two bedrooms for our family of 5 including two kids. The cottage was neat, private and the pool was the right size for the kids. The pool was also maintained well. The food was homely and tasty and was reasonable price. There was a small water fall and a stream inside the property. They are still developing the property and it would have been nice to have. a small hike in the property with pathways through the cardamom plantations. They gave coupons for us to the nearby vagamon heights adventure park which was also great and did some activities there Vipin , the caretaker was always available on phone. He was very pleasant and always ready to help with all our needs. A great place for a family vacation

a perfect place for our office anniversary trip. we had a great time with such a great ambience and the availability of outdoor sports made it a fun day. the sunset cruise was beautiful and special thanks to Sebin the caretaker for carrying one of our colleagues, who had a cast on his leg, to and from the boat. overall highly recommend this place for a fun, intimate gathering.

I had a great experience staying at this Airbnb. The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. Jestin was a wonderful host, going above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. The house was cozy and well-equipped, and the neighborhood was perfect for exploring the city. The garden is a serene oasis, perfect for morning coffee. Kudos to our host for maintaining it so beautifully. Jestin family's warm hospitality made us feel right at home. We came to Kochi for treatment and stayed here for a month. The apartment is well furnished with good facilities. The extended spacious balcony provides a great view of the surrounding city. Well-maintained kitchen and bathrooms, comfortably designed bedrooms made our family's stay quite comfortable. The apartment complex has friendly security, staff and other facilities like swimming pool, Jacuzzi, okay area and games. Our kid had a good time here and that was important for us ☺️. The place is easily connected and close to main points in Kochi - Lulu, Oberon, Metro, Amrita, Aster, etc. and good online delivery serviceability. Thanks to Fahad, a great host, for being prompt and caring. Cheers!

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Kochi! The place was spotless, well-maintained, and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay, making it feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect—close to major attractions, restaurants, and public transport, yet peaceful enough for a relaxing stay. The host was incredibly helpful, responsive, and made check-in seamless. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Kochi. Looking forward to staying here again!

My wife and I stayed at this place for a little over 2 weeks. The place matched the description in the photos that are posted. The place was very clean and modern. Modern appliances and nice bathroom with shower. We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite. The place had a washing machine, fridge, gas cooktop, 3 AC machines, 2 showers, iron (no iron board), microwave, water purifier. The owner does not live on property but the caretaker, Manoj, lives on property with his family. He is very nice and helpful. However, he does not speak English so I could not communicate with him. Thankfully, my wife speaks Malayalam and was able to speak with him. Other than that, I would recommend this place. It is a nice place to stay and very good experience overall.
