I stayed here with family and this home is fantastic. A wonderful location which is very close to the city. The house was immaculate and very clean and tidy. On arrival we were greeted and shown around the home and offered dinner. There was a chef present who cooked a beautiful meal. There was AC on and it was very cool throughout. The host was on call providing me with lots of local knowledge and help in travelling and sight seeing, no task was too troublesome. I felt very safe and at home. If you are visiting this is a super clean and safe home. I will be coming again in the summer

It was my repeat stay at Shuja's place after 7 years. He is great host and always there to help. He ensured stay was comfortable. He went of his way and came to airport to receive us. Which was very nice gesture. House is walkable from Dal lake and we can enjoy the garden as well fromhere easily. He ensured good itinerary for rest of trip also. A friend's home.

Warm, welcoming and verg comfortable. Its a beautiful location with wonderful views. Quiet. Just what we were looking for. We did a lot of site-seeing, and shangrff was just wonderful to return to and unwind. Lovely sunset views, mornkng views of snow clad mountains. Very warm and hispitable caretakers and the manager yasmin was alwsys avaialble for any information.

A quiet secluded place with access to the main road. Fully furnished 2 rooms and extra mattresses made for a very good stay. The Housekeeper was also very kind and courteous. The view from the balcony with the cold wind gushing was amazing every day in the morning! A 10/10 for all travellers to go and stay.

We 6ppl came from chennai for our new year vacation, ishan’s house was awesome with very good amenities and a kind care taker, unfortunately our flight was canceled due to bad weather,Ishan(owner)was very kind and gentle he immediately accepted our last minute request. -This villa has 3bedrooms with attached bathroom, all three rooms are air conditioned also the restroom had geyser, we can use the kitchen as well, -This place is a gated community where they have 24/7 security and under cctv surveillance so it’s completely safe for family and couples. We had our best stay at Ishan’s house. Only one minus - this place has frequent power cut, they had inverter for lights and fan, but we cannot use AC,Heater and geyser. We would recommend this place for all families, a best place to stay in kashmir(Srinagar). Special thanks to Ishan😊for giving us a safe stay.

The Care Taker were extremely carrying the mirror experience 10 times better both Hamid Bhai and Sajad made her stay very, very comfortable. We felt at home. The Home was very well kept. We were served food and drinks whenever wanted.

Nice and quiet place to spend a good time with your friends or family little bit difficult for beginners driver to reach their but its worth it.

It was a great stay with my colleagues at midway. Kamran bhai (care taker)was very responsive and available all time. Rooms, furniture, floor, kitchen were neat and clean, they also provided BBQ tools. Will visit again soon

Cozy stay right next to zero bridge and walkable distance to Lalchowk market (cross the river on an iron bridge). The place is right at the Jhelum river front with an amazing morning and evening views. The road is well maintained and the river front is best for morning and evening walks. The place has a giant living room with central heater that kept us warm. Rooms were spacious with heater and heating beds. Washrooms were clean and spotless. The property has a decent kitchen for usage. An absolute value for money considering the amenities and location. Had wonderful memories with my friends.

Anjums place is located centrally and easy to reach touristic spots of Srinagar. Quite peaceful stay. Me and my family loved the warm hospitality of the building staff Mr. Kuldeep.

I had a wonderful stay at Tariq Boat house, the host has been really helpful, and the place is secluded from the rest of the Dal lake boats, so you will find peace and privacy. I would recommend this place for summer season, as during winter the lake will be so cold, and it’s not easy to survive.

Staying at Manzoor Ahmad’s place was an absolute delight! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and at ease. The location is peaceful and surrounded by beautiful nature—perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring Srinagar. The place itself was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. But what really made the experience special was Manzoor’s hospitality. He’s such a kind and thoughtful host, always ready to help with anything and happy to share local tips that made my trip even better. If you’re looking for a home away from home in Srinagar, this is it. I’d definitely love to come back!

We had an amazing experience during our visit to mata vaishno devi and staying at amandeep ji's place. He gave the best hospitality and we really felt like home only. Food which they provided was hygenic and yummy and best part - its not that much costly. We recommend this place to all the travelers coming to mata vaishno devi ji darshan.

We had a pleasant 5-day stay in the connecting rooms. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout our visit. We particularly appreciated Mr. Zubair's responsiveness and Mr. Ishfaq's dedication to ensuring our comfort – he truly went the extra mile. The other supervisors were also very accommodating. The property features a lovely, spacious garden and is situated in a peaceful area, which we enjoyed. The convenience of having a hotel on the premises was a definite plus. High-speed internet is available, though we found our own 5G cellular connection offered better bandwidth during our stay
