Elnara was a wonderful host. The space is very cute, super clean, and exactly as described. Apartment had all amenities provided. Elnara was very accommodating with our requests and we had an absolutely wonderful time. The apartment is close to city attractions with a walkable and beautiful neighbourhood. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a private, convenient, and hospitable stay in Baku.

The apartment was exactly how I expected it, clean, cozy and very fair for the price I paid. I spent the whole period there and it almost felt like home. Shout out for the host who has been super responsive and helped me with all my requests and questions. :)

I had such a comfortable stay at Fikret's apartment! Fikret and his wife have been really helpful and responsive. They made sure that I have what I need during my stay. It is also good to note that the apartment looks exactly like the photos - probably even better. Highly recommended!

This is a great apartment in the center of Baku, right next to the Caspian Sea embankment. Across the street there is a large comfortable park, which is very pleasant to walk in, and a beautiful promenade. There are many incredible gourmet restaurants and coffee shops where you can have a snack. I had problems with hot water, but the owner quickly solved them. Thanks to this place and the owner!

Great value for money, the neighbourhood is safe and easy to access. apartment was clean and had everything you need for comfort stay. Huseyin was always in touch and very helpful for whatever we need, I can only recommend this place! 👍🏼

Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben und entsprach den Bildern. Sie war sauber und mit eingeschaltetem Licht auch angenehm hell. Die Kommunikation lief reibungslos – bei der Buchung, dem Check-in und zum Check-out gab es hilfreiche Nachrichten. Die Unterkunft liegt im Souterrain und hat nur ein kleines Kellerfenster. Sonnenlicht oder ein gemütlicher Blick nach draußen sind also nicht möglich. Zudem sollte man nicht größer als 1,85 m sein – im Badezimmer, das die niedrigste Deckenhöhe hat, berührt man sonst die Decke. Ich bin 1,77 m groß und habe mir beim Verlassen des Badezimmers den Kopf gestoßen, da dort noch weniger Platz ist. Insgesamt aber ein interessantes Airbnb, das ich wieder buchen würde!

It was such a great time staying at Ziyas place, I stayed for a month. Everything was clean, I was met by his family and they were was super friendly. The apartment was right beside a grocery store with everything you need, some nice restaurants walking distance and very quiet inside the building. There was everything I needed inside, a full kitchen, comfortable mattress, oled TV. I felt right at home. Thank you very much it was very memorable. Would stay again if I came back to Baku.

This place is clean and neat.. It is just as in photoes.. It has great positive vibe... It has great amenities like - huge TV, comfortable mattress, heating system, washing machine.. Decor of the appartment is simple and positive.... Now, this appartment is in between old part of the town and new (white city).. We walked to white city and checked a lot of restaurants, then we walked to seaside boulevard... I recommend this place for booking...

Very close to fountain square and Nizami street. Walkable to beach and other locations. Mr. Fuad is very responsive and friendly. Had a wonderful stay.

I would like to thank to Tamerlan for making my trip to Azerbaijan enjoyable. There were a couple of issues, one of which was a not so accurate address listed on Airbnb during check-in. To avoid any confusion, make sure to contact Tamerlan for the exact block name so you can find the correct location it’s Block 9, down the cul-de-sac. We encountered a few issues, such as noise from the neighbours children banging and shouting and some problems with the gas not working. However, Tamerlan went above and beyond to resolve these issues quickly and ensure a comfortable stay to the best of his ability. He is a very welcoming, friendly, and open-minded person who is always ready to help and meet new people.The flat itself is well-equipped for long-term stays, with high ceilings and all the necessary amenities. It’s only a 10-minute walk (at most) to the metro. Additionally, there are multiple corner shops and supermarkets walkable from the property. Thank you for everything!

I stayed at Jamal's place during the UNFCCC COP29 period. All the hotels were at exorbitant prices and then I found Jamal's place. It is centrally located and walkable to busses and metro. It was a perfect stay. He has kept a loads of linen for my two week stay. It's a nice neighbourhood with a convenient store on the ground floor. Moreover, his communications were so effective and fast. He ensured that I reach the place without any hassle. Everything was ready for me to check in. The kitchen and the bathroom is with all the required amenities. Check-in times were so flexible. It is highly recommended place if you visit Baku. You can read to any location easily from here. Security of the place is very high too. Keep up the good work Jamal and I am sure the visitors will love your hospitality and the place.
