Açores : locations de maisons de vacances

Carolina et Pedro sont des hôtes d'exception. Des gens hyper sympathiques, disponibles, flexibles; leur accueil a fait parti de notre expérience positive chez eux. Le logement était juste parfait: spacieux, propre, confortable, bien équipé, superbe, exactement comme sur les photos. Leur guide pour explorer l'île était super bien fait et utile. Je pense dire sans me tromper qu'il s'agit du meilleur des nombreux logements que j'ai loué sur airbnb. Tout était parfait, bananes exquises et plantation d'ananas sur place en prime ! Je reviendrai certainement ici si je reviens un jour à Sao Miguel :) Merci Carolina et Pedro !

We had a wonderful stay here in the Azores. The house is very comfortable and had all the amenities that we could want. The area is peaceful and only a short drive to the coast. Locally there are a couple of restaurants and a convenience store with a supermarket 5 minutes away in the car. Would definitely stay again.

Schitterende accommodatie, zeer hoogwaardige afwerking, voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt van keuken, living, badkamer tot BBQ. Zou zeker opnieuw boeken. Klein minpuntje, accomodatie is veel hoogwaardiger dan de buurt waarin het gelegen is.

We had a wonderful stay at Jose's. We were two families, four young kids and it was the perfect setup for us. We liked the location, as it wasn't downtown so it was quiet and had a good backyard for the kids, a pool, and a beautiful view! It was also easy to get to other parts of the island from. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed to cook in. After being at the house for 5 days, a crew came and changed the linens and cleaned the house! We mostly communicated with Tomas, who checked us in and Joana. Both were lovely and very helpful! They were also extremely accommodating with check in/check-out! We were able to check in early which was critical for the kids after a redeye and they let us check out later than the normal check-out time. We highly recommend this house for future guest!

Wir haben zu Dritt 4 Nächte in der Unterkunft verbracht und unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Mit dem Auto war die Unterkunft gut zu erreichen und liegt in einer schönen Umgebung.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Unterkunft. Sie liegt in ruhiger Umgebung mit schönem Ausblick aufs Meer. Ganz besonders toll ist der Infinitypool und die Lagerfeuerstelle. Die Unterkunft ist gut ausgestattet und beinhaltet alles, was man zu einem Urlaub braucht. Bei Problemen waren die Ansprechpersonen innerhalb von wenigen Minuten erreichbar und antworteten sehr freundlich. Wir können diese Unterkunft sehr weiterempfehlen!

Das Haus und der Garten sind liebevoll gepflegt und wunderschön. Helena+ Felix waren perfekte Gastgeber und haben uns in unseren 3 Wochen Aufenthalt mit selbstgemachte Kuchen, frischen Obst usw. verwöhnt. Gerne würde ich mehr als 5 Punkte vergeben.

My family and I stayed for a week, they left and then friends joined me for a week - so 2 weeks in all. The pool was cool (it was january) but some did try. The hot tub was fabulous and was enjoyed by everyone. The house is spacious and perfectly clean and tidy with good supplies. The owners and the cleaning service were very helpful and responsive to any messages which was appreciated. The island is wonderful and we loved everywhere we visited.

The house has just the perfect location. Everything is close… beach, village, mountains… and it’s on a really quiet and beautiful spot with an amazing view to the small island. We loved it there.

I've stayed in hundreds of airbnbs and this was definitely one of the best. Even though it was just two of us, there was plenty of room for much larger groups. The apartment is centrally located and less than a 10 minute walk to the town and the beach. We had no issues finding parking in front of the apartment. The wifi worked great (~136Mbps) for two digital nomads that needed to have reliable internet. Guido was very accommodating and helpful. The kitchen was well stocked. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Ponta Delgada

What a gem of a place, thanks for sharing the space Sabrina! Conveniently located within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, and groceries. I felt completely at home in Praia by the second day. No issues with parking and excursions around the island were easy to do as the main roads were just a short drive from the house. I didn't spend much time in the house itself as I like to explore, but when I was there I had everything I needed and was quite comfortable, even during a 2 day storm that brought very high winds and rain. Highly recommend!

I have stayed at MANY airbnb’s over the years and Jorge’s property is in the top two of all (The other being in Mendocino, California). Jorge was an amazing host, the location was incredibly relaxing and beautiful, and the home was comfortable, well-stocked and clean. I would return in a heartbeat and highly recommend this property to anyone who will be traveling to Terciera.

Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit in Deinem Apartment, Helena. Die Kommunikation war stets unkompliziert und perfekt; Helena hat uns sehr freundlich begrüßt und alles erklärt. Die Unterkunft entsprach den Fotos. Alles war sehr sauber und die Lage der Wohnung ist toll: in wenigen Schritten ist man direkt am Meer - unmittelbar am Meerwasser-Schwimmbad. Wenige Meter entfernt befindet sich der tolle schwarze Sandstrand, wo man toll den Surfern zusehen kann. Vom unteren Balkon kann man das Meer ein Stück sehen, vom oberen Balkon aus hat man einen noch schöneren Meerblick. An der Promenade kann man kilometerweit entlangwandern. In der Unterkunft gibt es alles, was man braucht. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet und die Betten bequem. Die Unterkunft eignet sich hervorragend, um sich zu entspannen. Es war in der Nebensaison sehr ruhig und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank für alles, Helena!!

This place was great! It was walkable to the main square with lots of restaurants along the way and in walking distance. The place was spacious for 5 adults and 1 child. The bathrooms were clean and big. We had some issues using the dryer of the washer/dryer- host was responsive- but it did not work well so we used drying rack. Kitchen had all amenities. Of note, there are 10-12 stairs in the entry way and stairs to the second floor. Host was great about sending us things to do in the area. Great location!

Wir waren eine Woche zu sechst in Casa Comprida. Das Haus ist etwas abseits gelegen und dadurch sehr ruhig. Vom Flughafen waren es mit dem Auto dennoch nur 20 Minuten. Das Haus war für unsere Ansprüche genau richtig. Es gab eine schöne, einwandfreie Ausstattung und wir hatten auch zu sechst genug Platz. Wunderschön ist vor allem der Blick von der Terrasse. Bei Ankunft haben wir festgestellt, dass die Kaffeemaschine nicht einwandfrei funktionierte. Unsere Gastgeberin Zilda war immer gut erreichbar und hat in kürzester Zeit geantwortet. So hatten wir direkt am nächsten Tag eine neue, funktionierende Kaffeemaschine. Außerdem war Zilda sehr daran gelegen, dass wir einen schönen Aufenthalt haben und immer auf unser Wohlbefinden bedacht. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und können das Haus vor allem für einen Familienurlaun sehr empfehlen!

Our stay at Pedro’s place was beautiful, well equipped with everything we nedeed and perfectly clean. Veronica was easy to talk to, explain us everything and we felt more than welcome.

Ines' place was as described. Very large space with plenty of rooms and beds and all the amenities. Short walk to a local market and to a church with great views of the coast. Neighborhood and location felt safe and parking was available on the street (best to have a good parallel-parker in your group!). Overall, it was a very good experience, good communication with Ines, and nice Azorean accommodations.

Our stay at the blue house felt like a dream home away from home - it had everything to make our stay comfortable with the most breathtaking backdrop. We explored the entire island and no drives ever felt long, so the location was ideal. We also loved exploring the local area of Capelas (just a short walk away we had some of the best meals of our trip!). On days we just wanted to relax, we spent a lot of our time on the outdoor terrace soaking up the sun and watching the waves. A memory of a lifetime! Thanks for sharing this home with us.

Quel agréable, magnifique maison typique du pays, pleine de charme, très bien aménagée et très bien équipée. Tout était absolument parfait. Le jardin est splendide, avec sa porte bleue au fond qui donne accès directement à la mer! Quelle Vue à couper le souffle! Le Paradis tout simplement ! Un grand Merci à Joana et José pour votre gentillesse et bel accueil dans votre petit "cocon açorien"! Voisins très sympathiques! Les piscines naturelles sont très proches à pieds! À recommander vivement !

Het huisje ligt aan de westkant van Flores waar je altijd de avondzon hebt. Dit was heerlijk! Het uitzicht is aan alle kanten prachtig: zee en bergen met watervallen. Het is een plek volledig in rust. Alles wat we nodig hadden is er. Ook stond er olie en wat kruiden om mee te koken. Het is super schoon en de wasmachine was top! Als uitvalsbasis voor Flores een perfecte plek. We hadden wel een auto en dat is fijn omdat het echt in een mini dorpje ligt. Iedere ochtend wakker worden met de haan en kippen aan de overkant vonden wij heerlijk. Ook kwamen er soms wat katjes aanlopen, wat wij als dierenvrienden heel gezellig vonden!

Die Persönlichkeit der GastgeberInnen tritt deutlich zu Tage, es ist den Azoren entsprechend eingerichtet, wertig und schön. Die Gastgeberin hat uns sogar mit einigen Leckereien von der Insel überrascht, sodass wir am nächsten Morgen mit einem tollen Frühstück in den Tag starten konnten. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Es war unglaublich sauber und die Ausstattung übertraf unsere Erwartungen. Die Lage ist optimal, direkt am Meer gelegen und alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind schnell mit Auto erreichbar. Parkplätze sind direkt vor der Tür. Leider ist es sehr laut in den Schlafzimmern, da diese zur Hauptstraße ausgerichtet sind. Stand Ende Oktober: Bäckerei vor der Tür ist nicht mehr geöffnet.

Très belle maison, propre, bien équipée et entretenue. Les espaces extérieurs (grande terrasse côté ouest avec barbecue, idem côté nord avec une extraordinaire vue mer, jardin...) sont EXCEPTIONNELS. Les contacts avec nos hôtes ont été parfaits, même si la procédure d'accès pourrait comporter moins d'étapes.
