Our time in this historic and beautiful apartment was very comfortable and authentic! We were delighted to have the chance to meet Ngoc's family and friends. She herself is so warm and friendly. She brought us a basket of beautiful oranges that were much appreciated.

The hosts were brilliant at communicating and offered plenty of great recommendations of local food places. We had a bit of an issue and Vu and Dan responded straightaway by and sorted it out very quickly. This is a town house, the lay out is lounge/kitchen downstairs. One bedroom on the first floor. The second bedroom is on second floor and third on third. The third bedroom is only accessible via the second bedroom, you have to walk through the second bedroom to reach it. It was fine for us but maybe not for everyone, i.e if you go to bed at different times. Also not so good if you have mobility issues. Thank you Dan and Vu for your hospitality.

The hosts were very communicative, really friendly and greatly helpful. The place is big and spacious. Bed is very comfortable and bathroom is clean and functions well. The location is a little noisy at night but that’s due to the area. I felt safe at all times. This location is really in the centre of everything. The top largest bedroom has a very very steep and narrow staircase. But the middle floor is easy to access with stairs.

Miracle is a wonderful host. We had a one day booking at her building. And, what a location. Right in the middle of old quarter street and just two minutes from the Hoan Kiem Lake. One of the best locations in the city.The building is an old structure with all the amenities of a modern life. The picture shown in the Airbnb absolutely matched the building. Miracle was very responsive and ensured we had a pleasant stay. She was always available on the watsapp message. She also helped us find a place nearby to keep our bags for around six days. There are many restaurants nearby. And, if you are a shopaholic all the shops and branded stores are within the vicinity. If I have to visit Hanoi again, I’d definitely stay at this building and would recommend a tourist to stay at this place.

The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful. They solved all our problems and made our stay easy.

I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable and spacious place to stay. The host was incredibly attentive, kind, and accommodating. The place was spotless and well-maintained, perfect for our family's needs. We all had a great night's sleep thanks to the quiet surroundings and comfortable beds. The host also provided all the basic personal hygiene essentials, which was a thoughtful touch. The kitchen and dining area were clean, well-equipped, and spacious, making mealtime a breeze. We were also grateful for the host's flexibility when we needed to stay an extra hour without any extra charge. Overall, our stay was perfect, and I wouldn't hesitate to come back someday. This is a stylish living space with a great view. The host is friendly and responsive. The Dong Da lakeside location is central and convenient. I always return here.

A lovely apartment near Dai con, gorgeous views from the balcony, nice spacious room with a clean bathroom and a kitchen. Ngo was also very sweet and helpful when checking in and out. Will definitely stay here again next time I’m in Hanoi

Le logement est très bien placé, à 5 min du lac Hoan Kiem. La rue est très bruyante mais il y a un volet qui permet d'atténuer le bruit. Prévoyez quand même des boule quies! Notre appartement était composé de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain, très propres et bien agencées, avec frigo et clim. Joli balcon vegetalisé! L' hôte était très accueillant et reactuf aux messages. il nous a organisé un très bon transfert privé depuis l'aéroport. Ce fut un hébergement parfait pour séjourner 2 nuits à Hanoï en famille

We enjoyed our stay at Quynh's. It was easy to work with Quynh. Airbnb was clean. Good amenities. Also, the price for Quynh's is very reasonable. I rated it 5 stars based on the price. It is very clean and in a good location. We had no qualms. But you also shouldn't expect a 5 star hotel experience at the very reasonable rates that Quynh is charging you. Our only complaint is that the washer does not work even though it is advertised as an amenity. I even messaged Quynh prior booking to make sure it worked after reading other reviews about it not working and was assured that it was. It does not. Quynh did, however, make it right and took all of our laundry and had it cleaned by someone locally. We appreciated that.

The place was great, and the attention to cleanliness really stood out. The kitchen had the basic tools with everything we needed. The location was ideal, just a short walk to cafes and restaurants. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again.

It felt just like home:comfortable, clean, and truly wonderful. Hong was always proactive and communicated with kindness, going out of their way to accommodate us. The neighborhood was incredibly safe, and with a lake right in front of the property, evening strolls were delightful. This is definitely a place we’d love to stay at again! Spacious, comfortable apartment in the vibrant Old Quarter, walkable to many tourist attractions. Tastefully furnished and decorated, with some beautiful artwork. Comfortable beds and plenty of hot water and towels. A microwave oven would be a useful addition to the kitchen equipment. Bien and Lan are kind, friendly hosts who helped us carry our luggage up the steep narrow staircase on check-in and check-out; much appreciated. An enjoyable three night stay in this lovely apartment so full of character and history.

Nice design and decoration. Very comfortable king bed. Very easy self check-in and check-out. Laundry is provided inside the apartment with clothes hang-drying which is a big plus and very convenient. Thanks for hosting!

The place had everything I needed and is close to delicious restaurants and important landmarks. Host is super responsive and even had a scale for me to weigh my luggage. I was able to do laundry after a few weeks of travel. There is a friendly security person guarding the building at all times. I had a wonderful stay here and would love to come back!

This is our second time in this place within 3 months. The place is very well furnished, clean, kitchen has all the utensils and spices that needed for someone who likes cooking. Many house plants and good view. Located on 7th floor, great wifi, AC unit in each room. Washer and dryer, drinking water are the pluses. The location is very ideal, quiet neighborhood, very safe with security 24/7. Plenty of indoor parking spaces for motorbikes and cars. Many good local restaurants within walking distance. 20 minutes walked to Hoàn Kiếm lake and phố cổ (old town). Owner is very responsive, great communication in English. She thinks through of everything to make your stay comfortable including a small detail like a scale for you to weigh your luggage. Definitely we will stay here again in our each trip to Hanoi. Highly recommended for couple or family of 4. Thanks again for letting us stood at your place and made our trip more enjoyable.

The apartment is in a prime central location, just steps from Hoan Kiem Lake and the Old Quarter, surrounded by great food spots. Despite its location, it’s amazingly quiet and peaceful. The space is elegantly designed, fully equipped, and offers all the comforts you need for a perfect stay in Hanoi.
