The place is perfect, and the location is great, peaceful.

The house was clean and tidy with a large kitchen and separate dining area. all 6 double bedrooms were spacious. The owner responded to messages immediately. The main city centre is on 10 minutes away by taxi. ($2)

This is one of my favorite places I've ever stayed in. A lovely design, a great location, and a fantastic price. And there are pet turtles! That's just awesome. The space is down an alley with a trendy 24-hour cafe. It's a little bit out of the way from major attractions, but I got a Grab pickup near the main road whenever I was traveling around.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in HCMC. Phoenix’s place was a fabulous character filled house in a local neighbourhood with excellent coffee, pastries and street food close by, and a wonderful park a couple of blocks away. The owners were attentive and very responsive to our needs. The rooftop was wonderful for evening drinks!

We were a group of 6 and we enjoyed our stay at Le's place. The place had ample space for all of us and had sufficient space for family to hang out. Will book again if going to visit HCM.

The place is as shown in the advertisement. Gilbert is a very friendly, helpful and can easily engage in conversation and discussion.

여기는 매우 아름다운 뷰를 가지고 있다. 침실, 욕실, 주방 등 모든 공간이 깔끔하고 편안했다. 집주인은 항상 친절하고 신속하게 응대를 합니다. 나는 다음번에 올 때에도 여기에 머무르고 싶습니다.

This luxury apartment is huge for the area in D1 with 24/7 security. the apartment is beautiful and quiet. The restroom can use a bit of remodeling. The gym was clean. The rooftop with city skyline view and pool was nice.

Clean, spacious and comfortable stay. There’s a security on site 24/7 so it’s very safe. Similar to a hotel, there’s a placard you can put outside to have the apartment cleaned daily if needed. There’s a small washer you can use to do laundry as well. 5 stars, highly recommended. Would stay again for future visit.

I had a fantastic stay, it was lovely to relax and enjoy the beach and the rooftop pool. The people at the reception deck are so helpful. I totally recommend this say if you want a little break from HCMC

Eine gute Wohnung, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Wir sind meistens mit dem Grab in die Innenstadt gefahren, dafür war es aber angenehm ruhig im Apartment. Das Gym war klein, aber mit allem ausgestattet, was wir benötigen. Gabriel und Justin haben uns hilfreiche Tipps gegeben und waren sehr zuvorkommend. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

무엇보다 관리해주시는 분이 너무 친절하고 빠르게 대처해주셨고, 예정된 숙소가 화장실이 막혀서 다른 방을 배정해 주었는데, 화장실 수리가 늦어지자 더 큰 vip 룸으로 교체해 주었습니다. 저희의 편의에 노력을 다 해주어서 편히 머물다 갑니다.

I had an incredible experience staying at this place! From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless and well-organized. Check-in: Super smooth and hassle-free. The host provided clear instructions and was very responsive. Cleanliness: The place was spotless, well-maintained, and smelled fresh. It truly felt like a home away from home. Amenities: Everything I needed was available—every appliances. The bed was very comfortable, and I slept great! Location: Perfectly situated in hcmc. It was close to everything. . Host’s Hospitality: it was incredibly kind and accommodating, always ready to help with recommendations and quick responses. Overall, this was one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had. I highly recommend staying here and would definitely book again!

We had a wonderful stay at this place. First of all, the location was good—conveniently situated in Bình Thạnh District, it only took about 10 minutes by taxi to get to District 1, where most of the major attractions are located. Using Grab was super easy and affordable, usually around 3-40,000 VND per ride. The apartment itself was clean and very well-maintained—just like the photos. You can tell the hosts really take care of the space and pay attention to the details. The bathroom was well-stocked, even with disposable toothbrushes, which was a thoughtful touch. One thing we really appreciated was the host’s kindness and attentiveness. They even checked in with us to see if we needed anything else during our stay. When we asked for extra towels, they brought them right away, which made us feel very well taken care of. Communication was smooth and quick from beginning to end. I will stay here again when I visit HCMC again.

Had a very good stay. The horse took very good care of us and was very prompt and responding on the app. She even arranged a mid stay clean for us. At no extra cost when the plumbing broke down, she had somebody there very promptly to fix the problem.

Fancy, cozy place. Extra small bedroom was very nice, where you could hide and relax. Apartment is in a shade and you don't get too much sun, while having amazing view over the airport's runway. Apartment is on 17th floor. We had very good sleep here every night. Very large balcony. Elevator waiting time is the biggest weakness - building itself is huge and during holidays you have to wait a bit extra. But you get nice coworking area, nice swimming pool and even gym (a bit crowdy and small, but you still have it, in case you don't want to go anywhere else). Shopping centre Lotte is near. Beach is near. Internet is "ok". - anyway - we had amazing stay for 1 month.
