We had an amazing stay at this beautiful 18th-century riad in the heart of Tunis Medina. The contrast is striking—step from the bustling streets into a peaceful, quiet retreat. The riad is perfectly equipped, spotless, and incredibly comfortable, with stunning decor that feels like a work of art. For an additional cost, the host prepared us a delicious Tunisian breakfast, which we highly recommend! The rooftop terrace offers breathtaking views over the Medina making it the perfect spot to relax. Every detail in this home has been thoughtfully designed for an authentic and relaxing stay. The host was very welcoming and attentive, making our experience even more enjoyable. If you’re looking for history, charm, and comfort in the Medina, this riad is a perfect choice. Highly recommended!

This is my second time staying at Zeinab’s! It never disappoints. The apartment was so clean for our arrival. The location is great in my opinion. So close to the walkable Medina, one of my favorite parts of the city. The private rooftop is a great place to spend time in the sun with your morning coffee. The apartment is set up to feel like a home, not an Airbnb rental. I feel so comfortable in it. Thank you for everything Zeinab!

Un grand merci à Naïma pour sa très grande disponibilité et ses rapides réponses et à sa sœur Hayfa pour l'accueil chaleureux qu'elle nous a réservé tout au long de notre séjour.. Nous sommes touchées par tant de prévenance et de gentillesse qui nous font apprécier notre premier voyage en Tunisie. Nos demandes ont toujours été accueillies avec promptitude. Tout le long du séjour, nous nous sommes senties chez nous , ma sœur et moi et avons profité de la quiétude du logement pourvu en tout et décoré avec goût. L'environnement populaire est très respectueux et les commerçants avenants et honnêtes. C'est une adresse que nous retiendrons lors de nos prochains voyages et que nous recommandons certainement aux futurs visiteurs.

The place is really nice and extremely comfortable. With 3 rooms and 3 bathrooms, it was more than enough. But what made our stay beyond expectations is Raja and Mo. She was sooo kind and even when I got sick she made me food and brought it to me. Mo picked us up from the airport and drove us to see the different sites. He even brought me figs to take back to my mom. We really felt like it was home away from home. The area is a town, with simple people and big hearts. The souks and some of the attractions are 20 min walk or 8 min by taxi. Download “bolt” for taxi service, it’s like Uber. There a fruit market 5 min walk and a lot of restaurants and cafe around. I will truly miss being here.

Bilel a été très réactif dans nos échanges et nous a conseillé sur les applications à utiliser ( taxis, livraisons repas). La maison est spacieuse, la piscine est chauffée et agréable et bien arborée. Le quartier est calme, la maison est bien placée mais nécessite l'utilisation de taxis pour se rendre sur les sites à visiter. Merci encore.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour vraiment avec mon mari , reposant calme , la piscine dans la chambre était juste ce qu’il nous fallait , l hôte était très disponible et répondait très vite à la moindre demande . On a passé 3 magnifiques nuitées je recommande vraiment

Excellent séjour chez Malik. Le cadre est très agréable, familial et chaleureux. Les parents de Malik sont des hôtes tellement attentifs. En 9 années de séjour Airbnb c'est la première fois que nous vivons une telle expérience. Nous avons eu quelques soucis au démarrage, voiture bloquée à la douane tunisienne, arrivée à 5h du Matin épuisés.francesca et Hammadi nous ont chaleureusement accueillis dans la nuit. Le lendemain après nous avoir offert un délicieux petit déjeuner Francesca nous a accompagnés faire les courses, présenté les alentours et aides a trouver une voiture de location à une période où il n'y en avait pas. Tout a été mis en œuvre pour que nous soyons bien et que nous profitions rapidement de nos vacances. La maison est très belle. Il y a énormément de sites à découvrir à 1 h de route, Bizerte, hamamet, Tunis, cayo coco Beach... a 10 mn à pied de trouve la plage de gammarth avec ses restaurants et nightclubs. Nous avons été très heureux chez vous. Merci infiniment!

Hedi went above and beyond to make sure our stay was absolutely perfect in every regard. He interacted with us proactively and accurately and accommodated our needs with a very positive and friendly attitude. The place is serene and comfortable and clean. I can’t think of a better place to stay while in Tunisia.

I stayed over a month and Amira was always very attentive. She quickly resolved any issues I had. The internet was fast for working and streaming. The main road is only 5 minutes walk away and it has many restaurants. The TGM (train) goes into Tunis, but during my stay it was closed to go in the other direction. Fortunately it's easy to find a taxi on the main road and it's very cheap. The beach is only one block from the main road and the water was not too cold to swim well into November.

very nice, modern apartment in an attic of a very centrally located house of 4 storeys (no elevator), well-equipped (we only missed an electric kettle), terrace with a nice view, 1 minute away from the main avenue of the city, supermarket very close, good wifi, perfect communication with host, good air-conditioning in the living-room; only just take something against mosquitos

The listing was accurate and true to its description. It is conveniently located in the heart of the Medina, making everything easily accessible and providing an authentic experience. Hayfa was an outstanding host. Shortly after our reservation, she introduced herself and assured us she would provide additional details closer to our departure. True to her word, she sent a wealth of useful information that greatly enhanced our trip. Upon arrival, we found a well-organized guide with details about local amenities, which was incredibly helpful. Since we booked our stay during Ramadan, finding food and transport proved to be a challenge at times. However, Hayfa was exceptionally responsive throughout our stay, going above and beyond whenever we needed assistance. I highly recommend this location for those seeking an authentic experience and excellent hospitality. Thank you for a warm and welcoming stay!

Filippo’s place is a downtown gem, great location, lots of nearby restaurants and attractions, it’s in the heart of the city, the terrace has a nice view and is very chill. I highly recommend and will visit again soon.

Super hôtes, très réactif, super disponible. L appartement est super, l emplacement que dire de mieux plein centre de Tunis, a 10 min à pied de la médina. Mahdi est un Monsieur super gentil, très réactif et a l écoute de nos besoins. Je n hésiterai pas à revenir dans votre appartement.
