For our visit to Southwold, Peters accommodation was the perfect location, just a short drive away. Peter spoke to us shortly after we had arrived and then again as we left to check that everything was to our satisfaction - which it very much was. The Little Foxes is a lovely space to spend time at with pleasant views over farmland. Inside it is very well equipped with everything that you could possibly need and there was a nice welcome breakfast selection. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and everything was of high quality and very comfortable. We hope to return.

Thanks so much Rachel, we had a blast! With Ipswich Town being a short drive away, and Jimmy's just next door, we found lots to do but still had a lovely little chalet to come back to to warm up again!

Had a lovely week here! It was really cosy, felt like a little home from home. So useful to have guaranteed parking if you’re coming and going a lot too! Maria and Stephen were very accommodating and helpful - and the drive in the TR6 was a highlight of my week. Thanks for making me feel right at home. Strongly recommend this property!

Such a wonderful place! The view from the kitchen\living area would make a great jigsaw puzzle. The house is lovely and extremely clean and well maintained. When you first approach the building, it looks like a business rather than a house, but that's soon forgotten when you go up the exterior stairs and into the house. I do wish shampoo was provided--such a pain for international visitors like us, who have to buy shampoo that we then don't need for any other place we stay. I'd rather have shampoo than Prosecco, though the flowers and Prosecco were lovely. Regardless, we will happily stay here again next time we're in the area.

A convenient, clean well presented cottage. Out of the way but a shop and amenities near by.

Where to start, from first communication Anna was prompt and welcoming. On arrival Anna greeted us with such warmth, we were shown round, introduced to the family and animals. During our stay we were able to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings and loft. The children made full use of the farm, enjoying the animals and were able to feed and pet them thanks to Anna. Anna, Paul and children were wonderful Hosts and we felt right at home and we look forward to returning again.

The Annexe is as described. Ful kitchen is aways nice. Really comfortable bed and nice linen. Easy to find with the instructions.

Wanted a quiet and private space to reflect. I got exactly that. Sally kindly provided things to make my stay very comfortable. Would stay there again!!!

Perfect bolt hole for our visit to relatives who live locally. A real home from home and Steph and Mark clearly care about their annexe and guests who stay there. The welcome pack was a lovely touch and much appreciated. Would recommend without hesitation.

I stayed with my two girls and our dog and we had an excellent stay. Sebastian’s team was very helpful to our needs and answered all our questions promptly. The cottage is beautifully decorated and accommodates to all needs. There is a pub within walking distance and aldeburgh is a 7 minutes drive down the road. Everything was wonderful!

We were very happy with our stay at Michelle's place. The property was very generously sized, well appointed and maintained. Michelle was a very responsive and considerate host, taking time and care to ask about our needs. She set up a room especially for our train-mad 4-year old, which was a lovely extra touch.

This house is even better than it looks in the pictures! The beds are so comfy and the kitchen is really well equipped. It’s big enough so that everyone has space to sit and read or play games, all the bedrooms are really peaceful and have their own bathrooms so it feels like the perfect place for a big group to spend time together whilst everyone also has their own space. We will definitely be back! We loved it!

A really lovely place for a family Christmas- very peaceful with wonderful views over the countryside and walks on the doorstep. This is a special place to stay, very well equipped and relaxing . The house was absolutely lovely. Gorgeous inside and out, and very comfortable to live in. The village is very quiet, but it's only a short drive into Colchester, where you can find tons of things to do. Chris was a great host who made check in easy and made us feel very welcome in his home. Would definitely stay again!

The studio apartment was so lovely and comfortable, spotlessly clean and with everything you could possibly want for a relaxing stress free break. All the little extras made it an even more special experience. Plenty of space but still cozy with a well equipped kitchen which had everything I needed & more! Probably the best Airbnb I have stayed at, would love to return to Felixstowe as it is such a quiet relaxing place to unwind. Lots to visit and explore. Thank you Kim.

My mum and I have just returned home from a long weekend staying in the Orford Studio and it was absolutely perfect. The accommodation is lovely - it is the perfect size, clean and cosy and has everything you could ever need. All the little touches and extra's made us feel at home straight away - we especially loved the underfloor heating and DVD's available! The check in and out is very quick and easy and Sasha made sure that we were all okay and had everything we need. We loved the site of the studio's; we went on some walks around the fields and loved waking up to the ducks in the morning. The location of the studio's is perfect - it's so close to all the neighbouring towns and places we wanted to visit and was a perfect place to stay. We had an absolutely amazing stay here and already want to return - I highly recommend! Thank you!

Had a lovely stay here over the holiday season with my family of 6 (grandparents, us, kid, and cousin). Alex had even left a Christmas tree up for us (we arrived in the 24th of December) and the local recommendations were extremely helpful. Never had to wait long for answers when we had questions, and Alex even took the initiative to let us know when some extra drinks were available for us from another event, or when later check out was possible. The grounds are peaceful and immaculately maintained. The surrounding area is quiet and there isn’t much in walking distance but there are plenty of cozy and delicious pubs, cafes, and restaurants in both Newmarket and Bury, which are just a few minutes from the property. Would definitely recommend staying here to anyone who wants to have a peaceful and restorative stay away from the bustle of city life.

Myself and 6 girlfriends stayed in the Attic Apartment at Lanwades Hall and it was absolutely perfect for us. We all got our own rooms which was absolutely ideal for our group and the number of bathrooms and toilet were spot on. Alex the host was absolutely fantastic throughout, responsive to all questions before we arrived and was so friendly and helpful whilst we were there too, nothing was too much and the complimentary Celebrations went down a treat! :-) We could not fault the location either, it was absolutely ideal as it's just a walk away from Kennett Station so we were easily able to do a day trip into Cambridge within 30 minutes. It's also just a 10 minute taxi into Newmarket where we went for a fantastic dinner at Unico followed by cocktails and a live singer at a fantastic bar called Gee Gee's. If you were going to the races then it would also be perfect. Thanks so much Alex for everything, we expect to return again.
