Excellent host and the backyard is very nice for outdoor meals. The walk to the beach is no more than 10 minutes, a nice bakery on the way to the beach. The river that is right next to the property is very quiet. The train tracks are right next to the house(train runs every 10 minutes) but the host has double windows in all rooms to lower the sound tremendously. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay as the other 3 guest parties were a joy to converse with in the backyard. Two things to consider for your stay: 1.) Can you handle the train noise? every 10 minutes. 2.) Ask about bathroom size picture of the room you're renting. That backyard was worth it for me. like a mini arboretum.

I had a wonderful stay at this homelike and cozy tiny house! It’s thoughtfully designed, super clean, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming—perfect for relaxing after a day out. The house is tucked away in a peaceful residential area, conveniently located not far from Spice shopping mall, so everything you need is within easy reach. The host was kind and responsive, making the whole experience smooth and pleasant. I’d definitely stay here again!

Agita was very welcoming, giving me some fruit and veg she'd just picked from her garden, and helped me out with the Jurmala fee - you need to pay to pass through Jurmala which will be an unexpected thing for most people. It was a stop-off point for me for a night, so I can't really say how it works if you're exploring Jurmala.

Wir waren zu zweit eine Woche in der Unterkunft und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Unterkunft ist einfach und klein. Man läuft ca. 10 Minuten zum Strand. Es ist ein wundervoller, sehr sauberer Strand mit dem feinsten Sand, den ich je gesehen habe. Man läuft in 5 Minuten zum Bahnhof, von dort fährt zwei mal pro Stunde ein Zug nach Riga (ca. 30 Minuten Fahrzeit). Auf diese Weise kann man wunderbar die Vorteile einer Städtetour mit einem Strandurlaub verbinden. Und Riga ist eine der schönsten Städte, die ich je gesehen habe. Inese war sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns perfekt unterstützt. Danke!

Siisti, pieni asunto. Erittäin ystävällinen isäntä, kaikki toimi odotusten mukaan. Kävellen n. 20 minuuttia keskustaan, mutta yleiset liikennevälineet menivät läheltä keskustaan. Ei sovi liikuntarajoitteiselle, hissitön talo, asunto ylimmässä kerroksessa (8.krs).

Amazing place ! We were 4 and it even felt a bit small. The kitchen is amazing and very well equipped. The host was very kind and easy to reach. We so much enjoyed the sauna with the pool for a perfect thermal experience.

This property served our family fantastically especially during the summer months, we had our own private swimming pool and sauna, a barbecue area to make shashlik. The air-conditioning in the bottom floor helped a lot as it was over 30°, A pool table on the top floor with three beds, fully recommended, Thank you Igor for your hospitality

Мы отдыхали в этом доме три дня с компанией друзей и остались в полном восторге! Дом светлый, чистый, очень уютный и со вкусом обустроенный. Расположение — отличное: рядом аэропорт и центр Юрмалы, при этом тихо и спокойно. Территория ухоженная, с красивым садом, мангалом и летней кухней — идеальное место для отдыха на свежем воздухе. Внутри есть всё необходимое: посуда, полотенца, туалетные и кухонные принадлежности, даже мелочи вроде ватных дисков и таблеток для посудомоечной машины — всё предусмотрено до мелочей. Бассейн теплый (24–25 градусов), сауна большая, ухоженная. Мы пользовались ей по два раза в день, а счет за воду и электричество приятно удивил — он оказался совсем небольшим. В доме прекрасная шумоизоляция — даже громкая музыка не мешает тем, кто отдыхает в другой комнате. Планировка очень удобная, никто никому не мешал, даже когда оставались гости. We had an absolutely fantastic stay. The place was even more beautiful than the pictures showed, and it exceeded all our expectations. The apartment was immaculate, spacious, and beautifully designed — truly a home away from home. The only thing to note is that a car is essential, as you can’t really do much without one. But apart from that, we had an amazing time and would highly recommend this beautiful house!

Our host, Olga, was super supportive and responsive throughout our stay. Our official check-in time was 6 PM, but since our flight arrived in the morning, we reached Riga early. Olga messaged us to let us know the apartment was already ready and we could check in as early as 1 PM — that was such a great help! The apartment itself was clean, spacious and filled with natural light. While the staircase and building entrance looked a bit old, Olga had already informed us about that in advance, so it wasn't a surprise. The location was perfect — Riga’s Art Nouveau district, churches, the Central Market and Origo Shopping Mall were all within easy reach. There’s a Rimi department store just around the corner and both the bus and tram stations were only a 3–5 minute walk away. Our favorite spot, Hasana Kebab, was also within walking distance. Highly recommend!

Rekomenduoju 100%. Šeimininkas labai malonus, greitai atsako į klausimus, aiškiai pateikė atvykimo ir išvykimo informaciją. Būstas labai geroje vietoje, netoli centro, parduotuvių, maitinimo įstaigų. Labai švaru, patogu. Apartamentuose yra viskas ko gali prireikti nuo šakučių iki buitinės technikos ( karšto oro gruzdintuvė, šaldytuvas, tosteris, virdulys, viryklė) visi reikalingi indai, higienos priemonės, buitinė chemija. Apartamentuose labai šilta ir jauku, reguliuojama temperatūra. Jeigu bus reikalingas būstas Jelgavoje, neabejotinai rinksiuos šiuos apartamentus.

Viss bija ļoti skaisti, pārdomāti un plašs. Noteikti atgrieztos.

Place is fully renovated inside, got everything what we need for my family. We used a garden a lot - it's beautiful and has a lot of utilities:) And it's very close to the old town and market halls which we wanted to see. Plus it was quiet neighbourhood. Host is very communicative , it was also very easy to check in and out. I recomment this place:)

We used the place as starting point of trips to Riga centre. When we wanted to visit a restaurant we ordered a taxi. Going to the restaurant and back went smooth. During our stay it was cold outside; minus 5 or 6 Celsius. The environment of the house wasn’t very attractive in winter. How it will be in summer we don’t know. For us it was a perfect place.

Check-in oleks võinud olla veidi lihtsam. Muidu oli kõik väga hästi. Suurepärane voodi!

Das Appartment befindet sich auf einem Grundstück mit mehreren typischen Holzhäusern, auf dem die super netten Gastgeber, Aleksandrs un Agenes, mit ihrer Familie leben. Das ganze Ensemble ist sehr ruhig und gemütlich. Ein grüner Hof mit Grill und Spielmöglichkeiten für Kinder gibt es auch. Das Appartment ist voll ausgestattet und hat einen besonderen Charme. Auf dem Grundstück befindet sich zudem eine wunderschöne Jugendstil-Villa aus Holz, die etwas ganz besonderes ist. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wir haben zwei Urlaubswochen in der Unterkunft von Santa verbracht und sind sehr zufrieden. Eine schöne Lage mit Blick auf den Fluss Lielupe. Von hier aus konnten wir viele Ausflüge in die schöne Umgebung starten. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine sehr gute Ausstattung, die absolut der Beschreibung entsprach und teilweise sogar darüber hinausging. Die Kommunikation lief sehr gut und auch der persönliche Kontakt war äußerst angenehm und freundlich. Wir fühlten uns jederzeit wohl und willkommen. Absolut empfehlenswert!
