I’m an Australian guy from Sydney who stayed for 3 months. I have stayed at a lot of places over the years, and this property was hands down the absolute winner. Minh the host struck a perfect balance between making me feel like family, and ensuring I could live my private life in a perfect clean space, which was in the best spot in town. He was always happy to share local recommendations, took me out for coffee, food etc., and helped me out on multiple occasions when I ran into some personal health issues. Really great guy. In terms of the apartment - it’s an unbeatable combo in this price range. You’re near the beach, walking distance to the markets, main going out strips, coworking spaces, Pho, and there’s a great local coffee shop down the road. It’s very quiet, and Da Nang is an excellent city. You’ll have everything you need here. Don’t hesitate, book today. Highly recommended. Thanks for the great stay.

First time to Vietnam, Especially happy that I stayed in Da nang, the area is beautiful, the locals are friendly and helpful. The apartment was close to great food place, the beach which didn’t disappoint. The location made it easy to go to ‘the must see travel stops like Ba Na Hills’. I would come back and stay here again. Met some friendly locals and found a lovely place for breakfast which we visited daily. Check out this accommodation. No Regrets amazing place.

Eine unglaublich schöne Wohnung ganz oben im 11. Stock mit einem fantastischen Blick auf das Meer. Sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Es gibt sogar eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner. Es gibt dort oben keine Mücken und man kann mit offener Balkontür schlafen, schon alleine das ist ja in Vietnam eher selten. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr schön angelegt, mit zwei großen Pools, die sehr erfrischend sind. Am Strand gibt es kostenlose Liegen und im Garten noch einige mehr gemütliche Sitzgelegenheiten. Auch das Restaurant ist sehr zu empfehlen. In der Nähe kann man auch günstig Roller mieten, um dann die Strände und die bezaubernde Stadt zu erkunden. Harley ist als Gastgeberin sehr sehr herzlich und bemüht, damit sich der Gast wohl fühlt. Sie hat immer ganz schnell geantwortet, wenn ich etwas gefragt hatte und hat mir einige gute Tips gegeben, was in Hoi An zur Zeit los ist. Ich komme sicher wieder und kann die kleine Wohnung zu 100% weiterempfehlen.

Huong is the best and an amazing super host! I definitely recommend staying at this apartment. She is very helpful with all the questions I had and so responsive. The Airbnb apartment had everything I needed. A full kitchen, washer, balcony, air-conditioning, and a gym anytime I needed to workout. Also received 2 bottles of water everyday. The location was great too. Its very safe and it's walking distance to coffee shops, supermarkets, barbershops, massage parlors, and the beach. I would most definitely stay here again when I visit Da Nang. 5 stars 🌟 all the way. Thanks again Huong! :)

Brian is a great host as always. The room is clean. It is near the beach so we can walk to the beach in the morning. It is located in tourist area so you can easily find the shops or restaurants within minute walk. I will definetely come back again. Highly recommend to all guests.

편안하게 즐겼습니다! 체크인 과정도 에밀리의 꼼꼼한 안내 덕분에 편하게 마칠 수 있었고, 리조트내 부대시설 이용하는데도 어려움 없었습니다 그리고 보장되어 있는 높은 층수! 7층에서 내려다보는 전경이 정말 멋지고 훌륭합니다 여행동안 그랩 많이 이용했는데 접근성이 용이해서 불편함 전혀 없었습니다 부모님과 휴식하는데에 더할나위 없이 훌륭한 곳이고 다음 여행에도 또 방문할 것 같아요 :)

Had a great month in this lovely, bright apartment. Man let me check in early which I really appreciated and he and the team were super responsive whenever I had questions or any requests. Nice bonus to have the pool downstairs, rooftop and secure garage below. I borrowed a bicycle whilst there (you will need some form of transport to get to the beach etc). Everyone is really friendly and make you feel welcome and at home. The shower is great and the bed very comfy. Thank you for everything, team Sala!

I recently stayed at a lovely property in Da Nang and had an amazing experience. The host, Frank, was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. His attention to detail and responsiveness made a big difference. The amenities at the hotel were top-notch—spacious, clean rooms with everything you could need for a relaxing stay. The property also had some thoughtful touches that added to the experience. While the location is a bit outside the main tourist areas, it’s still very convenient. Using Grab made it easy and affordable to get around, so I never felt disconnected from the action. In fact, being slightly removed from the hustle and bustle was a nice change of pace. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Da Nang! It’s a gem, and Frank’s hospitality makes it even better.

Logement impeccable! May a été serviable depuis le premier jour, elle s’est assurée que nous ne manquions de rien. Ce logement situé dans l’hôtel à la carte est connu de tous (Grab / Taxis) et est en bord de mer, facilement accessible à pied, près du dragon bridge. Le rapport qualité prix est très correct! Elle vous propose même un service nettoyage complet du logement compris dans le tarif. Merci encore May!!

Great apartment with amazing location, right next to the beach. Apartment is clean and well equipped, nice lighting and bathtub. Netflix available. Mia provided motorbike rental which was delivered to the apartment to us, so convenient! Just a note that you have to pay extra to use the pool since the apartment is not part of the hotel, that’s no problem but it’d be helpful to know prior to bookings. Overall highly recommend!

The apartment itself was very clean and had a lot of space. Very easy to live in. The location itself is far out of the tourist area and also had a strong scent of fish. If you have a sensitive nose the smell of the area is definitely something to take into consideration. I also would add that there is no gym, even though the listing makes it out that there is. Overall a nice stay.

Our stay was just as described. Very responsive host that answered our questions right away and made it easy for us to check in and out. Our stay was clean and everything was functional. Overall a great experience!

Great condo in a perfect location! No shortage of great restaurants and beach access. The building itself has all the amenities w/ an awesome rooftop pool and bar to enjoy views of Lady Buddha, DaNang Beach and the Dragon Bridge over the Hàn River. Thanks so much for a great stay! We’ll be back!

Kathy was an exceptional host - responsive, attentive, and genuinely committed to ensuring a great stay. The suite was spotless, beautifully designed, and felt brand new, with stylish finishes and modern furniture. The rooftop pool was absolutely stunning, offering a perfect place to relax and unwind with spectacular views.. The building staff were also friendly and accommodating, adding to the overall positive experience. A truly enjoyable stay - I’d gladly return!

Its an okay place, good pool, a bit far from the center

The shower temperature was a bit difficult to adjust, likely due to the slightly low water pressure, but aside from that, it was an absolutely wonderful stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to my friends!

Really spacious place in a calm and peaceful spot. Feels really safe and our kids would cycle around and play outside. The pool and gym are nearby and lovely and they give you a discount to pay to use them. Nguyen was really helpful and we really enjoyed our time here.

We had a wonderful, unforgettable time in Phuong's villa. We stayed here for four weeks. The villa is much better than the photos. Extremely clean, and the furnishings are new and fully functional. The location is unique. Very quiet and peaceful. The neighbors are very friendly. All locations, such as the spa, market, etc., and the old town are easily accessible from here by scooter in just a few minutes. The pool and the view of the river are unbeatable. The team was always available and very helpful. A big thank you for that. We would book the villa again at any time and will come back.

Absolutely beautiful we loved the villa, much larger than we thought, efficient air conditioning, beautiful decor and the pool was stunning. Your own pier to fish from and canoe. We loved it so much we want exactly the same next year. Also to note the resort restaurant is wonderful with lovely manageress and the gym and pool are immaculate. Friendly security guards. It’s quiet which we loved and the bicycles were great fun! Couldn’t recommend more highly
