Our family of 6, Grandparents, our son and his family with 3 children under 7 years old stayed here at the end of our Vietnam/Laos adventure. It was absolutely perfect for us! Hanh was so helpful and flexible. The home is really beautiful and owners have thought of so many extras to make you feel right at home. The kids enjoyed the pool and we all loved the beach that is just steps away. It’s a quiet, peaceful, extremely friendly and safe area. Be sure and rent bicycles…we rode all over the area and so much fun and felt so safe. We couldn’t be happier! Thank you Hanh! Thank you Hoi An!

We loved staying at Vũ’s apartment! It was exactly as described and walkable to the old town! Vũ was an amazing host who was super responsive and able to help us out with everything! I’d highly recommend to everyone visiting Hoi An

Truong의 친절한 응대와 로컬 팁들이 이번 다낭 여행을 더욱 특별하게 만들었습니다. 여행 일정을 비롯해 여러가지 로컬 팁들을 알려주셔서 관광 가이드북에서는 찾을 수 없는 진짜 다낭을 경험할 수 있었습니다. 부모님을 모시고 간 여행이었는데, 숙소도 깨끗하고 필요한 용품들이 잘 구비되어 있어서 2박 3일 동안 불편함 없이 잘 지내다 올 수 있었어요. 냉장고, 전자레인지 있고 티비 같은 경우에는 유튜브도 시청가능합니다. 숙소 위치가 조금 외진 골목길에 있긴 하지만 바로 옆이 학교라 낮에는 활기 넘치고, 주변에 있는 이웃분들도 선하셔서(오며가며 만날 때마다 인사 건네주십니다) 안전하게 지내실 수 있다고 생가해요. 많이들 가시는 선짜야시장, 용다리 같은 곳들도 도보로 10분 정도면 갈 수 있어서 위치도 정말 좋은 편이에요. 저희 가족은 총 5명이 이용했는데, 더블베드 방이 4개나 있어서 8명 이상도 충분히 수용 가능할 듯 합니다. 대가족으로 여행오실 때 한 숙소에서 묵으셔야 한다면 정말 강추드리는 숙소입니다. 다음에 다낭에 오면 또 묵겠습니다!

Had the most lovely stay here! the villa was so cool and the pool was perfect! the breakfast included was absolutely delicious and there were so many options! host was very accommodating and offered a clean throughout our stay! she is really very kind and made the experience so lovely! it feels lovely and secluded whilst being a perfect distance from the old town! highly highly recommended such good value for money 🌞

위치가 너무 좋아요. 그랩기사 모두가 이곳을 알고있구요. 걸어서 비치에 나갈수 있고, 숙소 뒤쪽으로는 먹거리며 각종 샵들이 가득해요. 다음에 또 오고싶어요. 특히 배려 가득하고 따뜻한 호스트에게 감사드립니다.

Great place to stay out of the hustle and bustle of Hoi An, but only 10 mins walk to all resturants etc. Vy was a great host providing more water, cleaning and bed clothes as we needed them and even invited us to dinner with them :-) thanks for hosting us Vy!

숙소는 해변과 주변 레스토랑 모두 가까운 곳에 위치해 있습니다. 그리고 숙소가 고층이라 저녁에 소음도 없고 너무나 편안하게 쉬다 왔습니다.

My An is my favorite area in Da Nang just a few minutes from My Khe Beach, some of my favorite tea shops and music bars for nightlife. My sure you request weekly cleaning otherwise it will not be offered. There is construction across the street that’s loud from 7am to 5pm, so bring a white noise machine if you need to sleep. There is a bar across the street that’s loud from 10pm to 2am, so again white noise machine.

Nathan was more than accommodating during my stay. He welcomed me at walked me up and had many recommendations of things to do. He was very responsive and informative of when the staff would be replacing towels and cleaning. He went above and beyond and delivered an extra key to us when we were locked out within minutes! Woildd definitely stay again!

Excelente anfitrión. siempre pendiente y muy proactivo en la comunicación. Muy preocupado de mantener el espacio limpio. El lugar es muy agradable con todo lo necesario para una buena estancia. Cerca de la playa, bares y restaurantes. Sin duda volvería a alojarme aquí.

I had a really good longer stay. It was what I expected, there were tall glass doors to let in the outside light, not too much as the property is surrounded by other tall buildings, but that also gave me the privacy that I like. One time I noticed a smell coming from the washing machine, and within minutes it was diagnosed to be a missing drain cover that the service man forgot to put back, and was fixed in less than 10 minutes. I found Kevin to be one of the very best service oriented hosts I ever met. He did everything he could to make my stay more comfortable whenever I reached out. He hooked up the dehumidifier to the sink for me so it would drain itself to make the climate in the room comfortable. It’s a good location, it’s a nice modern apartment, a few minutes ride from the beach, a few minutes to the river with long walking paths. Lots of food options, coffee shops, close to Danavi for groceries, spas…

Great apartment with amazing location, right next to the beach. Apartment is clean and well equipped, nice lighting and bathtub. Netflix available. Mia provided motorbike rental which was delivered to the apartment to us, so convenient! Just a note that you have to pay extra to use the pool since the apartment is not part of the hotel, that’s no problem but it’d be helpful to know prior to bookings. Overall highly recommend!

We had a great stay here. The place was clean and the reception staff very welcoming. They were very good at giving recommendations for the area. They were always available and happy to arrange an additional room clean if we needed it

The location is wonderful and the hosts are very flexible and responsive!

The apartment itself was very clean and had a lot of space. Very easy to live in. The location itself is far out of the tourist area and also had a strong scent of fish. If you have a sensitive nose the smell of the area is definitely something to take into consideration. I also would add that there is no gym, even though the listing makes it out that there is. Overall a nice stay.

Overall everything is great and worth every penny, just the bed in the master bedroom is a bit dented and TV is very lag to operate. Appreciate if could provide another tissue roll in the living room.

We loved our stay here. The apartment was nice with a spectacular view, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It is not located in the touristy area so we got a real feel for the Vietnamese culture. The people in the area were so welcoming to us. We walked all around and found all kinds of interesting things. It is about an hour walk to the centre of town but you can walk along the seafront all the way and it’s beautiful (or take an inexpensive Grab ride.) Or you can walk to the beach in less than 10 minutes and rent a chair and enjoy the quiet atmosphere. Zoe is the best host! She helped us out many times and she was always available any time we reached out. I would highly recommend staying here, especially if you want to immerse yourself in the community and really see what daily life is like in Danang for the locals.

Amazing experience, great location, right on the beach, and an amazing Host! Tung always replies very quickly and answered all of our questions instantly. There was a short power outage and Tung sent a mechanic within 5 minutes to solve it for us. Thank you Tung for the wonderful experience, we would love to stay with you again in the future.
