El espacio de Ana es muy lindo, confortable y pacífico. Nuestra estancia fue efímera pero de verdad disfrutamos cada instante, el lugar tiene un muelle frente a la laguna, perfecto para conectarse con la madre naturaleza durante el amanecer y atardecer. Hay camastro, sillas, mesas y hamacas. La habitación es espaciosa, limpia, ordenada y tiene un pequeño balcón. Ana fue una gran anfitriona, nos recibió amablemente y siempre estuvo pendiente de nuestras necesidades. Usamos la cocina y tenía todo lo necesario para preparar un desayuno. ¡Muchas gracias!

We loved our stay at Casa Tlacuache. It is located very closely to the public piers and the center is within walking distance. The room was a depicted in the pictures. The hostess helped us organize trips and had good recommendations for restaurants in the city.

Nice place. Short distance from Central Bacalar and the lagoons. I recommend renting a bike, scooter, or car. It’s a little too far to walk conveniently. The room is simple. Clean with a nice bed and linens. The bathroom is simple with toilet, shower, and sink. Wi-Fi in the room isn’t great, I would say it worked more often then not. Probably not good enough to work, but worked most of the time to watch videos. No AC, it can get a little hot. Service from the staff was great. I really enjoyed this place. It was simple, safe, and very inexpensive.

Casa Tlacuache didn’t disappoint and I cannot recommend this Airbnb enough! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the peaceful atmosphere and breathtaking beauty of this hidden gem in Bacalar. Nestled in a quiet location away from the crowds, this place offered the perfect retreat for relaxation and rejuvenation. The room itself was immaculate—beautifully designed, thoughtfully furnished, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail was evident, from the cozy decor to the little touches that made us feel right at home. Waking up to the stunning views of the jungle and enjoying our amazing complementary morning breakfast in such a serene setting was truly magical. Our hosts were incredible—warm, welcoming, and always available to provide local tips and recommendations. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, making us feel not just like guests, but like part of the Bacalar family ♥️

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Gemütliches, sauberes Zimmer mit eigenem Balkon. Das Frühstück war super und zur Lagune sind es nur ein paar Meter.

This is the place to stay in Bacalar and I really didn’t want to leave! AC was great, comfortable bed and linens and yummy all natural bath soap and shampoo. The location is perfect, the space was modern and perfect and the outdoor area was divine. The breakfast was included and amazing in flavor. Don’t waste your time with the hotels go for this airbnb and enjoy the time in Bacalar. Tip* walk to the pier next door for Sunrise and Sunset you will not be disappointed.

Joe and Laura are so sweet and kind. Literally, one of the best places we've ever stayed. We will for sure go back. They did an amazing job on their property. Beautiful grounds and great cabanas. They made us feel right at home 💕

We were extremely happy with the staff. Marina and her father Mr. A, they were nothing short of wonderful. Very helpful, friendly and took us in with open arms. They were very approachable, and gave us the red carpet treatment with anything we needed. The facility was very clean, and Marina was always available for anything we required. Hats off to them both!! We now consider them to be family. We did get a chance to meet, prior to our departure Joe and Laura, they were also very nice people. We would recommend this place to anyone who would like a nice relaxing atmosphere, amazing staff, very happy. Cant say enough about how amazing Marina and her Father were, very down to earth and just a pleasure to have met them.

Tilt-Ta-Dock is an amazing escape from the insane pace of life. Nestled against the edge of Carazol Bay, it offers a spectacular panoramic view of the water. Inside each cabana is a darling kitchen with everything a cook needs to prepare a deluxe meal for two. The bed has tables on both sides with independent reading lights and electric outlets. Designed for two adults, there are lounge chairs on the lawn as well as chairs on each front porch. The pool is stunning and unique with underwater stools at one end. Your hosts are warm and welcoming. I’m sure you will enjoy a stay at Tilt-Ta-Dock!

Joe’s place is exactly what we were looking for: quiet, relaxing and wonderful environment overlooking beautiful waters. Joe and his wife are very friendly and helpful giving ideas on what to do and go including a river trip to amazing Mayan ruins. They lent us some bikes and we enjoyed our rides in the mornings along the seafront. Joe took my husband fishing one day too. There is a town just down the street where you can get baked goods, great vegetables and restaurants if you don’t want to prepare food. So in all, we enjoyed our stay at Til-ta-dock and have only positive things to say about our trip and stay.

What an amazing gem of an AirBnB. Couldn’t ask for a more beautiful location. Felt very welcome and secure. The individual cabins were very well appointed.
