Muy bonitas las villas con muy buen gusto. Seguro regresaría. La atención de Katy excelente.

We loved our stay. This is a perfect place for families. Villa is well equiped and minor issue with water heater was fixed quickly. Very peaceful and we hope to come back soon.

Le domaine se compose de plusieurs maisons (toutes identiques) situées autour d’une piscine. L’endroit est très calme et paisible. La lagune est accessible à pied (env 20’). Nous recommandons le logement

Le lieu, perdu au milieu de la végétation, est un véritable havre de paix. Pour y arriver, il faut faire comme si on allait au Cayuco Maya beach club, indiqué depuis la route, suivre le chemin de terre et prendre à droite à la bifurcation. La villa est très agréable et conforme aux photos. La piscine est magnifique. Nous n’avons pas eu accès au Cayuco Maya beach club, fermé pendant notre séjour. Celui sur lequel nous a renvoyé Kate ne semblait pas au courant de l’arrangement et avait peu d’intérêt.

Un lugar para relajarse y desconectarse!!!! Un paraíso en medio de la nada, el muelle privado en la laguna fue lo mejor del viaje para convivir y relajarnos. Nos encantaría regresar muy pronto! Estuvieron muy pendientes de todo y muy accesibles! Gracias!!

Super peaceful and beautiful

A dream holiday home! What a view to wake up to. And the space is wild, so many birds (they’ll wake you up!), and we saw a fox, monkeys, many butterflies and more. The lake is gorgeous, we took the kayaks and paddle boards and it was a great experience. The stars at night are so beautiful - make sure to check out the rooftop! We used the kitchen and all essentials were there, it’s well equipped. Everything is as described, just note that the fourth bedroom is really really small (we didn’t use it).

Beautiful house in a beautiful place! Bartolomeo was extremely helpful and always available for anything we needed. The house was really spacious and we loved the easy access to the water. My family took great advantage of all the kayaks and paddle boards too. The mosquitoes are super active though! Other than that, there are no complaints. Great space if you are looking for a relaxing getaway.

let me tell you we felt like movie stars in this place. the house was beyond beautiful , it was 8 of we split up into two and each couple had there own space with their own bathrooms & there was still a lot of space unused ,it was private ,secure ,with beautiful lagoon in the back yard beyond our expectations. Bartolo the house manager was extremely helpful, kind and received us with a smile he was there for whatever we needed , then there is Mirna she is in charge of cleaning the house she kept the house clean everyday and always showed up with a smile she was extremely helpful ,having a clean space everyday made the house enjoyable even more than it already was . They got us in contact with a private chef and his crew they were amazing food was great and worth the price . We accidentally left a wallet behind and between Bartolo Diego and Pedro they got it back to me Al the way to Tulum with everything in it can’t be more thankful for the best experience of our life .

Super limpio y con vistas espectaculares. Solo recomendaría una zona como de cocina comunitaria por si uno quiere preparar sus alimentos. Todo lo demás estuvo excelente!!

I absolutely loved this place! It was spotless, spacious, and somehow even better in person. The living area was super comfortable, and the entire space felt well-designed and inviting. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt very secure—the security team was also super friendly and helpful, which made the stay feel even more relaxed. Check-in was a total breeze and the host was always quick to respond to any questions we had. I would definitely stay here again! Just a quick tip: it is a bit of a drive from the main town of Bacalar, so I’d recommend renting a car if you’re planning to explore or go back and forth frequently—taxis can add up over time. But other than that, we really enjoyed our time here and would 100% come back.

Katy’s place was perfect for a vacation stay—beautiful home in the jungle, well-equipped with everything we needed. The stars at night were breathtaking, and the calming jungle sounds made for a truly relaxing experience. Katy is an excellent host, probably the quickest to reply, and very accommodating. The only downside was the internet connection, which was inconsistent during our virtual calls. If you need a steady connection for remote work, this might be challenging—we ended up getting a place in Bacalar just for work during the day. Overall, highly recommend for a getaway!

Our group of four adults and one toddler was very happy with Katy’s place. It’s a beautiful, safe little oasis set in the jungle, about 15-20 minutes drive from Bacalar. Lovely apartments set around a shared pool. Lots of other young families, which was great. Our grandson loved the pool and the little playground. Our apartment was very spacious and wonderfully laid out. We did a lot of our own cooking. The staff were super responsive and helpful. We have already been recommending this place to friends and family! One thing to note is that the drive to town can be treacherous with pot holes and crazy drivers - as often as we could, we avoided driving after dark. We would love to return one day - thank you, Katy!

My family and I came to Bacalar for some peaceful family time and away from the city life we have at home. Recommendation though, if you plan on staying here you’re going to need a car to get around. This is the place to be. Spacious place. My kids enjoyed the pool and walking around the complex. We also have this lovely visitor every morning and every time we came home, a soon to be mommy dog that came around every time she knew someone was home which we felt at home since we have 2 dogs back home. Host was amazing and was always available for us. We were given instructions at check in and everything was smooth throughout our stay.

Excelente estancia, muy amplia y limpia, la alberca muy agradable y la zona muy tranquila. La comunicacion y el trato de Kate excelente. El camino para llegar es un poco complicado pero siguiendo las indicaciones de forma correcta no se debe de tener ningún problema. Como dato extra el club de playa que está ahi si no lo recomendaria ya que hay mucho mejores en otras zonas aunque tengan un costo extra
