Mai's place is close everything we wanted to see, in such a walkable area. Not being accustomed to how Hanoi old town has so much built back from the main road, we were a little caught off guard about it being off the lane, but as we learned more about our surroundings we quickly found out how common this in in Hanoi. Being built back from the main road ensured we had a peaceful quiet area to return home to every day. The house itself was spotless, and they sent us great tips about where to eat. They even arranged for a van to take us back to the airport at our request. As mentioned in other reviews, there are lots of stairs. Each bedroom is on a separate floor, and I think I counted 74 stairs to the top bedroom. I'm in my 60's, had enough luggage for a six week trip, and had no trouble with the top floor. Though I did grumble a few times when I realized I forgot something when we were on our way out. The value for money is great, and the beds were the best in our whole trip.

Really well located near Beer St in Hanoi. Accessible to most cool areas of the city. The place was great with nice amenities, having a washer and dryer was a great plus. Khánh went out of his way to accommodate us, he was nearby at his spa and it was great to meet him!! He’ll even give you a discount for his services!!

Great stay with spacious, clean rooms and pretty complete amenities. The house feels safe and quiet within a gated neighborhood. Definitely great value as it is located a stone’s throw away from the Opera House and felt like a home (we were a group of 6 adults and we had plenty of space). Check in and check out was very easy! And Diep was a very hospitable host, proactive in communicating and had lots of good food recommendations. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place!

My family really enjoyed our time Huong's place. Everything was as pictured. Each floor has a bedroom and bathroom. The beds are very comfortable. The stairs are wide and easy to manage. The location is quiet and only a short Grab ride to the old quarter. We were glad we stayed here and would recommend it to others!

We had an amazing stay at Thuy’s property! Thuy went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable, providing Netflix access in each room and even helping us dry our clothes for free when we had to leave before they were ready. The house is incredibly spacious, offering plenty of room and privacy for everyone in our group. It truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend staying here for an exceptional and thoughtful hosting experience!

Hoa ist ein Goldschatz! Immer sofort reagiert: als ich krank war hat sie fūr mich zur Auswahl alternative Kliniken gefunden wo ich sehr leicht an mein Medikament kam. Und auch als der Yagi Sturm kam hat sie sich immer Sorgen um uns gehabt und uns bestens informiert und beraten. Zu guter letzt, dann auch günstigen Transport zum Bahnhof organisiert. HERZLICHEN DANK🌺🌹🌷für alles! Das Apartment ist sehr angenehm und mit allem nötigen ausgestattet. Wenn du Ruhe suchst oder konzentriert arbeiten möchtest ist es für dich genau richtig. Wenn du jeden Tag was in der INNENSTADT machen willst, dann liegt die Wohnung nicht so nah und du musst ung. 35 min. Fahrtzeit einplanen. Ganz viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Haus selbst und in der Nähe. Und ein sehr gemütliches Gefühl unauffällig den Alltag der Einheimischen zu beobachten. Klare Empfehlung!!!

The apartment is beautiful, very clean and just like the picture. The building is near Lotte West Lake. The host is friendly and attentive. She guided me to the supermarket and gym nearby. I will come back again.

Holly's homestay was perfect for a 3-day stay for my family of 3. The place is as shown in the pictures complete with all the amenities. Train street and Beer street are at a walkable distance (5-7 mins walk) and there are numerous restaurants in the vicinity. Circle K convenience store is one minute away right at the street corner. Basically all the main attractions, restaurants and convenience stores are closeby so it's a 5/5 in terms of location. Also, Holly is an extremely proactive, helpful and responsive host, she booked us a car for airport transfer, and tours for Ha Long and Ninh Binh, this made our trip to Hanoi smooth and hassle-free! Highly recommend Holly's place!

I stayed two month in this clean and beautiful apartment and I would always come again! A very friendly and personal contact to the owner made it really great!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à 10 dans ce logement. Les chambres du haut sont spacieuses. La maison est agréable, la terrasse est conviviale et en extérieure. Chaque chambre dispose de climatisation, certaines chambres doivent partager des douches communes. Bon donne une vidéo explication claire concernant l'entrée dans la maison. Il est réactif par messages. Photos et descriptions conformes, je recommande.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour chez Omai. Très bien situé et propre. Omai était très accueillant. Seul petit bémol, un sèche-linge qui ne fonctionne ou alors nous n'avons pas su l'utiliser (une documentation serait la bienvenue pour le sèche-linge). Merci Omai!

This 3-bedroom Airbnb was perfect for our group! The place was clean and conveniently located near everything (especially the market!), and comfortably fit all of us. Considering how many people it could sleep, it was definitely worth the price. June was a fantastic host - very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

This Airbnb couldn’t have been better located—right in the heart of Hanoi’s vibrant streets, with easy access to markets, cafes, and all the energy of the city. The space itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. A huge shoutout to Tim, the host, who went above and beyond! Whether it was restaurant recommendations, transport tips, or quick fixes, he was responsive, kind, and incredibly helpful in all circumstances.

We had a great time there - it was basically the best way to end our time in Vietnam. Truong's place is right next to the Westlake, a nice and peaceful neighbourhood. There are lots of nice cafes within a minute walking distance and also local restaurants around. We had a very late check-in (after mid-night), but Truong was so nice coming around and introducing us to his apartment. Thanks a lot! We definitely recommend this place!
