I stayed in these apartments for a week and had a great experience. The complex is well-maintained, quiet, and clean. A concierge was always present at the entrance, politely opening doors, which was a nice touch. The surrounding area is beautiful and well-kept. The apartment itself is cozy, bright, and well-equipped. Everything felt new, and there was a pleasant scent throughout, including the bed linen and towels. The elegant dishware was a lovely surprise. The bed was incredibly comfortable—I didn’t want to get out of it! A big plus was the heater, which made the space warm and cozy on colder days. The apartment had thoughtful amenities: liquid soap in the kitchen, bathroom essentials, shower gel, shampoo, and even hotel-style extras like a comb, razor, and toothbrush. A full pack of tissues was also provided—very convenient! Check-in and check-out were smooth, with clear instructions. Overall, a very pleasant place to stay. Highly recommended!

I must say, Richard was very very helpful to us, a sweet studio with all amenities properly squeezed in. I booked for only 3 days initially and then after the first day itself I went to book it for another week but unfortunately it was booked immediately. So I would say, book your whole stay here, it's an amazing place😇

Hanoi was our first destination in Vietnam and we are glad that we booked our stay here with Hoai Anh’s place at the Pent Studio apartments. Our co-host Mr. Elite was extremely helpful right from the beginning and he helped us out to book our taxi from Hanoi airport too. We wanted to rent a motorbike and he even arranged for a person to connect with us for that. The place was fabulous, just like shown in the pictures, cozy and very welcoming indeed. A huge shout out to the hosts, we enjoyed our stay thoroughly, thank you ❤️ Hope to visit back soon.

Stayed with Olivia in here more than a couple time this year and it always worth the visit, beautiful apartment, nice room, great communication Would highly recommend this place

Nhung’s place was very nice and pleasant. I had an enjoyable stay there. The location is near hotspots in Hanoi and a short 10-15’ ride. I was a bit surprised to walk into the apartment’s main door to see 02 separate apartments inside one big apartment. Overall, would recommend if you like staying at a high rise and near the city center.

OK, I'm from London and I am currently still staying in this airbnb and have been for the last two months. The area is ocean park and I love it because there are really nice places to go walking and its a little more chilled then busy areas. I personally love staying in this airbnb because the host is very very helpful, you can message her anytime and she will literally always try to help. I’ve asked many things and she's always came through for me which I love.  The apartment is lovely and very clean, its very modern and I would actually say its even nicer in person. The building has a pool at the top which is usually very quiet and theres a gym literally in the building behind which you have access to. There some other facilities as well but I mostly use those.  There's an oven, washing machine and pots etc to cook with. I also found a very nice reformer pilates studio and gym around the corner (hyperfit).  There is a receptionist so its also safe and lifts are super quick.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Riena's place , and I can confidently say it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment I arrived, Riena made me feel incredibly welcome and at home. The hospitality was exceptional, with her going above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The property itself is beautifully maintained, with a cozy atmosphere and unique decor. I particularly loved the cleanliness, amenities, and location which made my stay even more special. Communication with Riena was seamless, she was always available to answer questions or provide recommendations for anything. Overall, I highly recommend Riena's place to anyone looking for delightful stay, I can't wait to return...
