Super convenient as we split days between Breck & Loveland. Well stocked and very comfortable for the five of us. The pantry was a dream for a few easy meals. Easy to reach when I couldn’t figure out the dryer!! Thanks for the lovely stay.

This home is close to town, but in a quiet neighborhood. Access instructions were easy to follow. Once inside, the unique design was cozy and welcoming to our family of four. The home is spacious and well thought out for both adults and kids to enjoy. Would gladly stay here again!

We had such a wonderful family trip at this beautiful location/house. We arrived with a red bottle of wine on the kitchen counter for us, after a long day of travel it was just what the Dr ordered. It was so cozy and welcoming. The amenities were top tier, from the kitchen utensils and spices, bathroom and cleaning supplies and lots of games! We completed two jig saw puzzles during our stay in front of the fireplace, looking out at the snow covered pine trees. We cooked many meals in the kitchen and had everything we needed to do so and a little more! We enjoyed the dining room table and made memories around that table. The home was about 25 min to downtown Breckenridge and the drive to and from the house was gorgeous. Sharon was extremely helpful and friendly from the second we booked the trip until after we left. Incredible stay

This Airbnb is in a great location, just 5 minutes away from downtown breck by car. The place was immaculate, probably the cleanest Airbnb I’ve stayed at!

Our family trip was beyond SPECIAL ~ Linda's retreat in the Ruedi Reservoir was the most Perfect home for us!! Linda's attention to every detail had the home beautifully ready. The furnishings are so comfortable and inviting. The kitchen was equipped for our every need. Bedrooms had cozy linens perfect for our early February stay! We were so pleased with our hosts being quickly responsive to our questions and needs. Hot tub was super relaxing and used frequently!! The views from the cabin and porches were AMAZING!! I promise we all look forward to our next trip ~ Basalt is the perfect small town with a wonderful selection of restaurants and activities.....and still close to Aspen for the bigger beautiful city experience!! This condo was very comfortable for our family of 7. This includes 2 sets of parents and teenagers. The kitchen was well stocked with quality dishes/pots and pans, as well as condiments, and coffee. It is also only 15 min to Keystone, 20 min to Copper Mt and 25 to Breckenridge. Loved the location!

This unit is perfect. It has everything you could ever need. It's updated and extremely well kept. It's located within easy walking distance to free shuttles that take you anywhere in the valley. So, it's perfect any time of the year. There are also plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The hosts were there any time we needed anything, which we didn't need much. The Eagle River is in your back yard along with a view of Beaver Creek. Jason

Great location. Includes two parking spots that are just a few feet away from the condo. Clean and well organized place with useful amenities. The club house that includes a hot tub and a pool is 2 minutes walk. Shannon was very responsive and friendly

We had a very nice stay at Ira’s place while beating ourselves up skiing every day! No surprises at his apartment since it was well documented and photographed in the listing. Hot tub was very nice after a ski day and the big hot tub towels appreciated. Easy walk to Main St for dinner options. All in all quite comfortable for the two of us. We recommend Ira’s place!

Great place, easy access to the town of Avon, and a short walk to access Beaver Creek's ski lifts. A little bit of a laughable moment--my wife is short (5'), so she had a little trouble getting to the dryer controls and the microwave. :) Otherwise, this was perfect for our Spring Break ski trip.

Thank you for a restful, quiet, safe place to stay. Loved that could walk to walgreens, walmart, restaurant, bus pickup.

The balcony views are priceless! The area is accessible to whatever activities you’re visiting for. Short distance to restaurants and shops as well. Quiet and peaceful area.

Perfect spot for a mountain getaway! Beautiful lakeside location yet close to town and an easy drive to keystone. Well kept condo, very clean and nicely decorated. Look forward to coming back!

Amy was a great host! It was a last minute trip needing to accommodate my dog and myself. The place was clean and in a great location. I will definitely book here again in my future trips!
