Everything in the listing is as it is. The pictures are accurate. Everything is clean and nice. The only grievance I had was not something in the owners control however I think it’s necessary for prospective guests to know. The home is next to a relatively busy street so it is quite noisy. The beach is close by.

this was a great stay for me and my family! The apartment is so clean and beautiful - everything matched the photos and descriptions and it had everything we needed and more! Appreciate the tight and responsive communications throughout the process (booking, check-in etc.) and I really love the local recommendations that were shared! location wise - it is a stones throw away from a laundromat and many food options! highly recommend this beautiful and homely space for your home away from home! to our fantastic hosts: thank you for everything!

We loved the apartment! It had everything we needed, and had 3 massive ambiences, including living room and kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Huge windows showed the city from above and gave it a more ample feeling. Great pressure in the shower. Hangers everywhere which is SO GREAT. Laundry room even has hangers above to dry your clothes, super handy after coming from the perhentians. Cold and hot filtered water was nice for teas and coffee, and the kitchen was well equipped. Great cooking system with 2 fans and 2 aircons. The infinity pool and common areas are AMAZING, wish they had more lounges though. Such a great location too! Just a 6 min walk from a big mall with a massive supermarket and stores. Just below the building there’s a convenient store and coffee places. We walked to town and main markets and that was just 15-20 min too. Will deffo recommend as great alternatives from hotels around. Kota Bahru is so underrated, we loved our stay here and the lovely people.

I did not regret choose this homestay. I really love the surrounding. I felt peace and quiet. I can enjoy my precious time with little family. And the most important thing, my kids really love the pool! The host is very polite and helpful. Thank you for everything. I’m sure gonna repeat this homestay.

The hosts were extremely nice and responsive, making the check-in process smooth and welcoming. The place itself is very quiet and peaceful, making it an ideal choice for a small family getaway. While our stay was overall great, there are a couple of areas that could be improved. The queen-sized bed might need a replacement as it was a little less comfortable than expected. Additionally, parking could be a bit challenging for those driving an MPV, as the space is somewhat tight. However, these minor issues didn’t overshadow our enjoyable stay. We would definitely consider coming back next time we’re in Kota Bharu.

Highly recommended to stay here. It’s a great place to stay. It was the best experience staying there. House and rooms were spacious and comfortable. I am satisfied with the house provided in terms of facilities, and the children were happy to use the swimming pool. Thank you for providing the BBQ area. However, the stairs are a bit unsuitable for the elderly or people with disabilities.

I had an amazing stay! The location was absolutely fantastic-convenient and close to everything I needed. The Muji-inspired theme of the space was a perfect touch; it was cozy, minimalist, and made me feel right at home. What stood out the most was the host’s exceptional friendliness and hospitality-they went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable and memorable experience. The host very cool, friendly and responsive. I requested for early check-in and a bit late check-out. Near to Pasar Siti Khadijah and others viral place. Love the view from the balcony since the house at level 12 😍 I will repeat to stay there when I am coming to Kota Bharu next time 🥰

Spacious! The rooms, spaces, beddings exactly like shown in pics but we were pleasantly surprised with the space. The kids loved the pool so much, we went each morning and evening. Private parking was also our priority thus having accesiblity to park within the gated perimeters really helps! Thanks Coco for being such a wonderful host!

The apartment is a cozy, spacious and clean place. It was easy to check-in and check-out. We had a pleasant and comfortable stay there.
