Spacious place for a reasonable price. On the main road, but in bedroom no disturbing sound at all. Neighbors are quiet. Warm water, ac, large kitchen with utensils. It takes some time to get to Alona beach, but it is closer to Bohol itself. There are cats living around, sometimes you can smell them. Overall great place.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. The home is beautiful with comfortable beds. The house has a gate and a guard. What really made this place special is the dogs on the property. Girl and Boy are so sweet. Girl would always come outside the gate and stand by us until we got in a tuk tuk. They also have 4 puppies that we would call Angel Baby, Spot, Black tail and Black face. We took care of them and loved them all as if they were our own 😭 we miss all the dogs so much already. Seeing the whole family run to us every time we got back or open the door was the best. I would take them all if I could lol 🐕 Jenny and Queenie were quick to try and fix any issues we had at the house - and were very friendly as well, the aircon stopped working for the last 3 days in master room and was really hot other than that everything was great Thank you for letting my family stay at your home ♥️

Host and the unit tidy and huge.

very quiet and centrally in Panglao located resort. Children can play outdoors very safely. Despite all the praise, I can't resist saying, The kitchen cabinets need to be cleaned more carefully inside and out.

it was a great experience staying at boho chic, it was clean and host is very responsive. it is located in a private area so after a long day of tours and beach you will feel relax when come back to the place. you will feel at home. thank you so much Ms. Rhea. we had a great stay ☺️

grace is a awesome host, the accommodation was close access to the city, but the surrounding area looks like Beirut.... the dogs and roosters very noisy, but other then that it was great for our needs.

We enjoyed our second stay at Maryjane's. First time was six years ago. She was accommodating as we traveled this time with our baby. Providing a crib was very helpful keeping our daughter safe. Needing to visit a pediatrician during our stay Maryjane provided a connection which was much appreciated. They provided transportation to and from the pier. The location is private and safe. You'll need your own transportation once there as it's on a private road. We may entertain staying again during our next trip.

Hosts were very accommodating and thoughtful. Above all, this place met my expectations. Definitely, will be back soon!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The host was easy to communicate with and provided clear instructions, making our experience smooth and enjoyable. The house rules were reasonable, emphasizing respect for the property, which encouraged us to be more mindful during our stay. The property itself was exceptional, offering complete amenities that exceeded our expectations given the price—truly "super sulit." Ate Lovely (caretaker) was incredibly helpful, always accessible, and approachable, ensuring we felt well taken care of throughout our visit. The only minor challenge was the limited availability of Grab services in the area during peak hours. We recommend arranging contact with a local tuk-tuk or driver in advance to facilitate easier transportation. Overall, we highly recommend this Airbnb for its excellent amenities, fair pricing, and outstanding host.

Gorgeous property and beautiful landscaping. Incredibly friendly host and caretaker. We got lost on the way but Marvin responded quickly and met up with us by vehicle to guide us to the property. The caretaker helped set us up with dinner and offered to set up karaoke. Far from things - which is stated clearly in the listing, but it was the perfect retreat after a hectic week in Panglao and Tagbilaran. We wish we could’ve spent more time at this property. Thank you so much for an incredible experience!!

We stayed at Don and Grace’s place for 20 days — and honestly, we didn’t want to leave. I’m currently preparing for a bikini fitness competition and follow a very strict diet. Don went out of his way to accommodate my needs — he even built a grill area after I mentioned it! The internet connection is excellent, perfect for remote work. I had several online meetings without any issues. The house is spacious and comfortable. We were 2–3 people and it was just right, but it can definitely accommodate more. It’s quiet at night, which allowed me to get the rest I needed. The local fish market is a 15–20 minute walk away, and there are small stores nearby for everyday needs. There were thoughtful extras included, like coffee, drinking water, and more — things you really appreciate during a long stay. The peaceful mornings by the river were absolutely priceless. Don and Grace are incredibly responsive. We would love to go back again soon! Highly recommended!

Este alojamiento fue simplemente PERFECTO. Pasamos una semana increíble. Te reciben los anfitriones que viven al lado, son los encantadores y estuvieron pendientes de cuidarnos todo el tiempo, también solucionaron todas nuestras peticiones al instante. La casa es espectacular, limpia, cómoda, con todo lo que necesitas, muy equipada, dos terrazas, sitio para la moto en la puerta, piscina bonita y bien cuidada. La ubicación nos encantó, está un poco apartada de la carretera principal con lo que te sientes en mitad del monte, tranquilo y silencioso. Pero estás cerca de todo, a mitad de camino entre las playas de Panglao y las Chocolate Hills. Tienes cerca varias cascadas, los Tarsiers, la ciudad, bosques, playas…actividades de sobra. Sin duda una gran opción para alojarse en Bohol y disfrutar de tus vacaciones, yo repetiría seguro. Gracias Melinda y familia!

房东有个漂亮的小花园，三角梅和各种植物养的很好，还有一只可爱的狗和猫，这是我最喜欢的。屋里配备的设施也不错，有院子有阳台，私密性好。厨具餐具都很齐备，适合长租。位置也还不错，离白沙滩步行15分钟，离阿罗娜海滩车程10分钟，也算比较方便。推荐大家来住，很舒服。

Diese Unterkunft war wirklich wunderschön. Die Ruhe & Privatsphäre welche sie einem bietet ist unschlagbar und jedes Rappen wert. Das Bett war gross & sehr gemütlich. Das Zimmer verfügt über eine Klimaanlage welche das Zimmer schön heruntetkühlt. Der Pool hat eine angenehme Temperatur und wird nicht zu warm. Der Aussenbereich lädt zum entspannen ein und bietet viel Ruhe. Wir haben und oft nach dem hektischen Alona Beach in unsere Unterkunft zurückgezogen. Die Gegend vom Alona Beach kann ich nur empfehlen, viele Restaurants und Bars. Wir haben die chocolate hille und tarsier sanctuary selbstständig mit dem von der Unterkunft organisierten Roller erkundet (ca 1.5 std fahrt). Alles in allem sind wir sehr zufrieden mit der gebuchten Unterkunft und würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

Our stay at this Airbnb was amazing! The host was very kind and truly takes care of his guests—he even provided free drinking water upon our arrival. When we asked for an iron, he responded quickly and also gave us great suggestions for nearby stores and laundry services. The place was perfect for our group of 3 couples, with three separate bedrooms that gave everyone their own space. The kitchen was fully equipped with utensils, which helped us save money by cooking instead of dining out. The whole Airbnb was exceptionally clean and felt like it was brand new, including the CR, which was spotless. Towels and toiletries were also provided, adding to the convenience. The ambiance was superb, and the location was ideal—just along the road in Panglao, making everything easily accessible. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and will definitely recommend this place to our friends!
