LOVED our stay. Affordable and very close to the beach and several restaurants. Although the unit is right in the backyard of the host, it was still very private and peaceful. Unfortunately, we did not use the hot tub due to it being too cool and windy the day we wanted to use it, but we will be back and will surely use it next time. Pam was so friendly and very responsive. Check in was easy although the gate lock did confuse me a bit at first. When I asked Pam for help, she was quick to respond and gave clear instructions. I loved being greeted by Pepe the cat every day, and occasionally Pam let her dogs out to use the restroom and they were sweet and friendly as well. Thank you for a lovely stay, I can't wait until next time!

Cute place . Clean. Somewhat tricky to get inside but we managed just fine. Close to conference and building where the medical symposium that we were attending Was being held.

Me and my father’s stay at Cintia’s air b&b in Houston was everything she said it was, cozy, comfy and convenient.

Great location, beautiful one bedroom apartment. Exactly like the photos, very convenient having a washer and dryer in the unit. Excellent option if you are looking for a one bedroom place in downtown Houston. Highly recommend!

Everything was as stated. The extras were great. I was pleased to find coffee with a good machine, englush breakfast tea, hair dryer, straighteners, great little touches to add comfort.

Stayed June to August. Great location, great communication, AC worked well, everything was clean, no bugs. Definitely recommend.

The picture is exactly as the apartment, the instructions helped so that we don't get lost finding it.. we will definitely be staying there again

This is place is amazing beyond my ability to describe, looks like the photos, stunning common areas, has all you need, extremely walkable, great location and great value. I haven’t been in a house this beautiful, if you ever wanted to see inside one of Galveston’s beautiful manors you have to book here. You really are seeing and staying at part of history. Without a doubt best place I have ever stayed. I was really suprised and humbled guests were allowed to see so much of the beautiful house. Guest are very warmly welcomed. I can’t wait to come back.

It’s close to everything, many things like good restaurants, good breakfast only places, etc., were within walking distance. The actual town is quaint, antique stores, small businesses. I recently had the pleasure of staying at Jake’s property in Houston, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I booked, Jake was incredibly responsive and attentive, addressing all my questions with thoughtful solutions. The airbnb was clean and quaint with every amenity listed. His professionalism and dedication to ensuring a seamless stay were evident, as he promptly replied at any hour, making me feel truly valued as a guest. I was so satisfied with his hospitality that I chose to extend my stay. You can’t fake this type of stuff it’s gotta come genuinely and it def does for Jake !! This home away from home is a very clean, very comfortable, peaceful and quiet place to stay within walking distance of MD Anderson. Nearby are parks, museums and other medical centers. Jeff and Stephanie have gone above and beyond to provide everything one could want in the way of amenities as well as information for the local area. Very good communication. We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay at Brittany’s place. I enjoyed the area and amenities in the building and the host was quick to respond and assist whenever needed. I look forward to staying here again.

The place was clean. Entry instructions were clear. Visitor parking is on the 5th floor only ( top of the building). Kids enjoyed the snacks provided by Melodie. Will definitely come back again.

I’ve visited a few Airbnbs in Texas and Johnny is hands down my favorite host thus far! He made the stay perfect for my friends and I. My friend requested a steamer (which wasn’t listed) and he brought it to the bnb wrapped in a bow before we arrived. We had issues working the tv and he showed up, fixed the issue and brought us gifts for the inconvenience. He also showed us how to make the sofa in the living room a bed….. The entire experience was completely worth it. I never write reviews but Johnny earned it and more! He even had free rodeo parking for us! He helped make my birthday one for books; I’m forever grateful! 🫶🏾

This was one of our favorite Airbnb stays! The apartment was so well styled. The bed was incredibly comfortable. We had everything we needed. The hot tub was a great perk. And the hosts were so friendly!

We really enjoyed our stay here! We drove from out of state for a weekend at the Houston rodeo and Mayowa was extremely communicative and accommodating with our late night/early morning check-in and check-out times. The neighborhood is safe and quiet and the apartment is clean and comfortable. The price was also well within our budget and helped make our trip affordable. Would definitely recommend!

Really wonderful place if you want to visit Galveston. Far east side of the island, so away from most traffic. Right across from beach. Restaurants, grocery store, drug store all within easy walk. My wife and I love to walk so we walked to the historic Stand which was probably about 30 minutes on foot. Short drive if you prefer that. Beautiful view off the balcony, and I really enjoyed sitting up there reading a book, watching the waves. Very peaceful. Good view of beach and interior of island because the place is on a corner! Building felt very safe as it is not open to the public and there is a secure check in process. The immediate commercial area in front of the property is largely vacant and could use some attention by the retail landlords, but it was mostly families in the vicinity and we went walking along the seawall at night and felt very safe. Owners were very good about communication and providing clear instructions. Would definitely stay here again!
